Such a fun farmer's market, starts Sunday at 10AM. Try to get there early for better parking--I usually park in the parking pods and cross the underpass which goes under the train tracks (lots of pretty mosaic art to see too). Lots of options for produce and ready made food, as well as some additional trinkets and wares. Just bananas also never disappoints--creamy and a perfect morning treat!

This is such a nice farmer's market in a bougie area with great food and vendors. Parking can be a little tough, but if you're okay with walking a bit, there's actually a lot of spots available along the road. My favorite stall is Rafiki's Foods. The spicy chicken, curry cabbage, black eyed peas, coconut rice, and collard greens are all so so amazing! And their hot sauce is super good too! We actually make the drive just to eat at this stand. There was also another popular stand selling frozen bananas that are sent through a masticating juicer to basically come out like ice cream. A bit pricy for what it is but it's a great dessert that can be made healthy. There's live music and also an indoor bathroom you can use (not just porta potties).

Nice little farmers market located at Paul Ecke elementary school. Good selection of vendors. Don't miss out on Just Bananas soft serve!

We were lucky enough to stumble across this Farmer's Market on 4/6. It was popping! Tons of vendors and shoppers. Excellent energy, love music, and lots of seating both on benches (shades) and on the grass. We tried a mango sticky rice from Mango on the Moon. Delicious!! Just the right level of sweetness, a nice cool snack for a sunny afternoon. We browsed the produce stands, thrifted clothing. Overall a great time. Highly recommend stopping by! Note: parking can be challenging since the school is within a residential neighborhood. We went near the tail end so was able to find street parking but there was a sign for a parking lot nearby.

Great for fesh food but a lot smaller than I expected. I thought a lot more crafty vendors would be there. Parking was pretty bad but found spots along railway fence.

Lots of venders and live entertainment

Such a great farmers market! Lots of great venders with food, clothing, jewelry, and health conscious items. I absolutely love the Kenya food tent. The Sambusa's are my favorite! It's definitely a must if you're passing through Encinitas on a Sunday early afternoon. Just keep in mind that they close at 2pm.

Roselia thank you so much for invited us to go to this farmers market! This is such a cute area and loved all the different foods and vendors they had here. I really enjoyed all the foods we got and drinks they had some awesome things here. Also got baby girl this handmade axolotl that is so cute. Terry K. Shared her delicious meal she got too and we all shared fries. What a beautiful farmers market really loved coming here! I hope to be back again. They had live music this young teenager boy was singing he did so good too. They had sugar cane drinks, and all sorts of delicious foods and treats here. The parking was a little rough but we found parking at the building behind us. Very cute place to go if you are ever in the area to go to a farmers market this would definitely be the place to go. I am happy with my freeze dried Bit O honey too lol :) thank you for everyone being so sweet here. The weather was perfect we had a table to sit down and eat too. What a lovely place. Highly recommend to check it out. Have a beautiful day :) Aloha

How I miss California fresh produce! Every year when I visit my friend in Encinitas, we always come to this Farmers Market. They are open every Sunday from 10:00am - 2:00pm and they hold the market in the outside area of a local elementary school. There are so many booths offering delicious and fresh vegetables and fruits. Samples are always available. We always end up purchasing some fresh veggies so we can make a delicious dinner. In addition to the booths they offer a whole row of food and drink options from fresh smoothies to bold, flavorful coffee drinks. This time we decided to order crepes for the hike we were going on and they were so delicate and delicious. There are also fresh flowers to be picked up along with mushrooms and my favorite booth. This is a lovely woman who sells greeting cards but also air plants. I have purchased two air plants from her now and they are both thriving. Such a great locals spot to hit up when in the area. Enjoy!

Every Sunday morning at 10AM on the grounds of the Paul Ecke Central Elementary School on Union Street in Encinitas is a fairly large farmers market with lots of produce and food vendors. It goes on till 2PM but I've hung out past that to enjoy last minute food purchased from a vendor - I've been the Pastrami Stand's last customer on more than one occasion as they were still able to hook it up while others were already almost done packing it up for the day. If you enter from the main entrance to the northeast of the grounds there is a shaded set of tables for folks to eat what they purchased from food vendors and there is a lot of seating. Usually there is also live entertainment near the entrance. There are also bathrooms in the school in the building all the way to the west. There are two main lanes going down from the basketball court area all the way down to the field up to Halcyon road - the western side is mostly produce and packaged and prepared food items and crafts and the eastern side is mostly food vendors. The crowd is usually pretty large and that means parking is not easy to find especially if you come past starting time. There's parking to find in the neighborhood though but most likely a long walk away so come earlier if you can.

Was in the neighborhood and went to a local fruit store that I visited last month. This month the prices had pretty much doubled so left to check out this Encinitas/Leucadia Farmer's market. Horrible parking as expected but a really fun place to visit. It was laid out like a maze. LOL Beautiful looking fruits and veggies. Also had a delicious Kenyan booth/stall to enjoy as well as a tea cup fresh coconut place. (forgot to take a picture). For sure will be going back to this place!

Nice medium sized farmers market. Its laid out in an oval shape and one side was dominated by a huge variety of food vendors. It had a good balance of farmers to food vendors / artists. Since its our first farmers market in the area, we don't have a great frame of reference for prices, but they seemed in line. Parking looks to be rough. We got lucky and did not have to wait, but lots of cars circling around and neighbors that lets just say are less than enthusiastic about your presence

Delightful Sunday Farmer's Market with an abundance of great vendors. Veggies, fruit, all kinds of hot food to eat, plants, clothes and more!! You can spend hours there and spend lots of money or little money.

I love this little farmers market. The parking is a bit crazy, but they have great food and provide a family experience.

There are numerous produce vendors, food vendors, crafts vendors and prepared food vendors. There is usually some live music for entertainment you can listen to while partaking of some of the food vendor offerings. For me it's usually either something from Chez Cristophe or the East African Food vendor who sells saffron chicken and sombusas. Parking - it's usually not too hard to find parking on the street... if nothing is available right nearby there usually is some parking up Rosa street. Bathrooms - if needed - are in the main office building. Just go through the main entrance glass doors and the hallway to the right leads right to them. Vibe is laid back and I haven't seen it too crowded all the times I've gone over the years.
