We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

When she learned we were from out of state she actually took the time to come by the house to see it that night after she finished her open house. Shelly is so knowledgeable about all of the laws that come into play when dealing with wills and trust when selling a mobile home. She was able to walk us through step by step, and provide names of people we would need for various inspections. She also gave us different options. We chose to sell to an investor to get at home sold quickly, but she was also willing to help us make repairs and changes to the house to be able to sell it for more. Beyond so professional knowledge and hard work (I've begun to think Shelly doesn't sleep), she's also just a nice person. She seems to be busy 24/7 but still took time out to attend my father-in-law's funeral, and that meant a lot to us. My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately.
