Each conversation added something new. Each change increased the monthly payment. By the end, the lease terms were dramatically higher than the original quote -- roughly 30% more. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch structure: hook you with one number, then slowly move the goalposts once you're invested and think the deal is almost done. If you speak with Armen, get every detail in writing upfront -- exact VIN, exact MSRP, exact package breakdown, and final monthly payment including all fees. Do not rely on verbal assurances.
