Later: "It also comes with a safety package -- that adds about $30/month." Then: "The original car was sold, but we found another one in the same color with a different package..." Each conversation added something new. Each change increased the monthly payment. By the end, the lease terms were dramatically higher than the original quote -- roughly 30% more. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch structure: hook you with one number, then slowly move the goalposts once you're invested and think the deal is almost done. If you speak with Armen, get every detail in writing upfront -- exact VIN, exact MSRP, exact package breakdown, and final monthly payment including all fees. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Transparency and consistency matter in leasing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Just license, fees, and first month's payment DAS (due at signing). I started the process on Sunday afternoon when they were closed and went to the dealership on the following Saturday to pick up the car. This was the most stress free car buying experience of all time for me. Once I told Sam about the make, model, and trim I wanted with no add-ons, he went to work getting me the best quote. There was a dealer that quoted $13 more than the first dealer and Sam tried to get the dealer to come down in price to match the first offer. He didn't so we went with the first dealer to lock in a low monthly payment plus tax. None of that "cap cost reduction" nonsense you see in the car dealer ads that fool you into thinking you got a deal. You are just prepaying the lease and lowering your monthly payments. The deal that Sam got me was low selling price for the car, standard residual (set by the bank), lease rebate, zero upsell. In fact, I just dealt with Sam 100% of the time. I got the contract emailed to me to sign. Sam met me at the dealership to sign a couple of DMV forms. I wrote the check to the dealership, then Sam drove the car out to the pick up area. ZERO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT THE VW DEALERSHIP! No games at the finance desk, no wasted time going back and forth, honest selling price of car, and standard money rate with the lease. Sam basically shielded me from all the high pressure sales tactic and made sure I got the best deal. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional like Sam to battle the dealership. This was truly and EZ experience and there was no fee or bill from Sam.

Brian was very respectful, prompt, and communicative during the entire process - including negotiations with local Nissan dealerships and staying on speaker phone during deal signing when the dealership finance director tried to pull a fast one and add on extra costs beyond the cash down amount agreed upon for the deal (spoiler: they failed). He was also very helpful with arranging to sell my now previous car so that I'd get the most money versus relying on the dealership's low ball appraisal for a trade-in. Truly cannot say enough good things about this service and Brian's acumen, not to mention how reasonable his fees are compared to other auto brokers. I have already shared Brian's information with other friends and acquaintances thinking about buying or leasing cars.

From start to finish, Henry and Hayk provided a level of customer service that was truly exceptional. I initially visited the dealership to look at a vehicle I had found online. While it was a nice car, there were a few features I really wanted that it didn't have. Rather than trying to pressure me into making a purchase, Henry and Hayk were completely honest and advised me to wait. They told me that if those features were important to me, I likely wouldn't be happy settling for less, and they offered to help find the right vehicle instead. Throughout my search, Hayk was incredibly knowledgeable, especially regarding the BMW i3 I was considering. I had been searching for the right vehicle for several months and visited the dealership multiple times each week. Every visit was met with the same level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Although I had initially considered settling for a BMW i3 to keep my expenses lower, my dream vehicle was a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Hayk never gave up on helping me find one. He ultimately located the exact Ioniq 5 I wanted at an outstanding price, had it brought to the dealership that same evening, and prepared it for delivery.
