After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

I found him through my insurance company provider list, while looking specifically for sole practitioners (NO CORPORATE CONGLOMERATES!) that were nearby who had been practicing for a reasonable amount of time and who have a degree from the 1st world. (I don't care where my docs are from, I only care where they went to school.) Because I have phone anxiety calling businesses I was happy to see they have a website with an appointment form. I filled it out. Amy at the front desk called me back pretty quickly and boy, is she nice and friendly! She was very accommodating and made an appointment for me the very next morning. She's just as nice in person, folks. Brynne was my hygienist and she too is a very nice lady, recently moved here from Washington State. She told me how when she first moved here she was temping and planned on continuing to temp because she only wanted to work three days a week, but she loved Dr. Britton and his staff so much she came on full time, and assured me I had made a wise choice. They seem to have very modern equipment and digital x-rays that they can take from your chair, which is nice. Dr. Britton himself is very pleasant and personable, he introduced himself as "the guy who works in the back", haha. He explained what was going on with my teeth very clearly and presented options and was obviously very sensitive to the fact that it was going to cost a lot of money to fix the massive mess that my mouth had become. I know his assessment was accurate as it matched what I was told by my last dentist, and he showed me exactly where the problem spots were on my x-rays. This morning I started getting it all fixed. He had feared I might need a root canal in one tooth, but decided after he dug out the decay that since we hadn't reached the nerve yet, we might be able to avoid it which would save me money and pain. So, he did a deep filling instead. We'll see how that goes. What really impressed me about the experience was that it was actually pretty pain-free. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and they pre-swabbed the gum with a topical before giving me the novocaine so I didn't feel the shot. I didn't feel pain during the procedure at all. I was warned I'd be sore afterwards and told to take advil, which I did, and which seems to be working. I still have several more teeth to get fixed, he recommended doing it in steps so that I wouldn't have to sit with my mouth open all day. I think that was a good call. All in all, I'm very happy with him and his staff. They work with CareCredit and Wells Fargo for financing if you don't have insurance or have insurance like mine that barely scrapes the surface of the bills. And, with how easy it was to get an appointment and completely hassle-free and more importantly pain-free, I'd say you can't go wrong coming here. (of course, I can't guarantee your visit will be pain free as your teeth may vary).

Beware: Routine Cleaning Turned Into an $844 Sales Pitch…read more I went to this clinic today for to have my teeth cleaned. They performed a bacterial test which showed a level of 44--something they described as extremely high. The doctor then pointed out other factors he said required a deep cleaning, which would cost $844 out of pocket. He also said I would need to return every 3 months for additional cleanings. I insisted on a regular cleaning. He first said I would have to sign a form stating he was not responsible if my teeth "went bad," to which I agreed. Then he said that a regular cleaning here would be "just brushing the teeth." They refused to do any meaningful cleaning unless I paid at least $844 for the deep cleaning. In the end, I left without any cleaning at all. For context: I grew up with poor dental care, but for the last 30 years I have brushed and flossed after every meal--three times a day--and I don't snack. I get my teeth cleaned every six months, and every hygienist I've seen has commented on how little work my teeth require.
