They are correct to say the store displays their plumbing nicely. However, their breadth of brands is limited. The brands they do sell are just okay. Their prices are way higher for the exact same items sold elsewhere on the Internet, local hardware stores, and local retailers. We had an unending process of finding the same plumbing item elsewhere and having them meet comp. Their list of items you've chosen is heavily coded to make it hard to search for the same item elsewhere, but once you figure out their code you can find everything someplace else at a much lower price. However, this said, The Plumbing Place has some severe problems with merchantability of their wares. All sales are final. You can't return anything, even for exchange. You simply get hardware and a handshake. If you prefer a brand they don't carry, like American Standard or Delta, they can't help you. For these reasons and others, BUYER BEWARE. Don't waste your time here. Go to Ferguson's. They have everything The Plumbing Place has, plus much more. Besides, it's more fun shopping there.
