They gently pushed me to a bit more each time, while keeping an eye on my comfort and pain level. Within a few sessions, I was able to move my shoulder around better and wasn't waking up in pain anymore. By the time I "graduated" I was pain free and had a list of exercises to help maintain good health. Now almost a year later, I still have no pain in my shoulder. I credit the Choice therapists with that! I have to say that their Receptionist is also very sweet and was very accommodating to my timing for appointments. All-in-all, I couldn't have been in better hands than Choice Therapy!

I check in with the counter to find out how much longer. Says I'm next for the drug screen. They come out and call someone else for their drug screen. I read needing to go cash a very time contingent check today and now I no longer can and it expires today and now I have no ID. I absolutely did leave it there bc I realized I didn't have it right after I left there office the day I wasted 4 hours of my life peeing for them. I went and peed through another company and passed the next day, but I had to use a photo of my license at the other establishment. So OHG DID still have my license and now this will cost me upwards of 2000 Dollars being unable to cash this insurance check that was set to expire tomorrow. TPTC is beyond amazing. I cannot praise their entire staff enough. They were our third facility we…read moretried for my son for speech and occupational therapy. We first only started with speech but after I voiced some other concerns they were quick to do an OT evaluation and get us on the books. They even made it easier to combine the two and work together for the concerns we were having. When my son first started at TPTC he did not have very many sounds or words. We used an AAC device, sign language, and pointing to communicate. He is now 5 and thriving and has recently graduated from speech! They were able to work a plan for him that no other therapist before TPTC could do to help him make great progress in speech. OT came in to work on fine motor skills, collaborate with his SLP with feeding, and works on behavioral things. The progress he has made has been incredible especially in times where we as parents felt hopeless. We are sad but hopefully he will graduate OT soon too. TPTC makes therapy FUN for these kids. They have dress up days, trick or treat for Halloween, and even did a sensory friendly safety day and community day! Everyone who works here works FOR the kids. They want to see these kids thrive in life. This isn't just the therapists either. The entire staff knows your kid and their interests. I've never walked into an office and had my entire family greeted by everyone who works there like they do at TPTC. Liz is an incredible owner and OT who has done so much not just for my family but our entire community. She wants community involvement so these kids feel safe and seen outside of the office. In my opinion you are not going to find another therapy center in our area (and we've been to many) to give the care, knowledge, and love that TPTC has to offer.
