Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. Finally we had to use a bungee cord to keep the trunk lid down. We took our car to Paul's Automotive and they were able to order and install a new latch and now we are happy to be able to use the trunk without fear of it popping open. Paul's Automotive is a place to go for a lot more than an oil change or a "Check Engine" light. They definitely can take care of all your car care needs!

Both times he completely resolved the problems for a very reasonable price. The first was a brake job that cost about half what the dealer quoted me. The second time was a tricky problem that ended up just being bad spark plugs. But he spent the time needed to figure out the problem and didn't charge an arm and a leg for driving to me. I won't be calling anyone else as long as he's around. The only thing that might throw you off is he normally just answers the phone by saying "hello." So don't expect a super business-y response. But to me this just matches the laid back, family-type of service that allows him to be as good and reasonably priced as he is. You won't regret calling him.
