This place was great! I called in just to check if there were any openings, which I suggest even though it says walk-in, just to let them know. I did the $40 for an hour of full body massage, they didn't accept card, only cash when I went. I had a nice man that did my massage! He asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure, (I chose hard) and he did a wonderful job!! The only downfall was that there were only 3 people in that day, so he had to leave like 3 times for a short amount of time during my massage. Overall, I enjoyed this place! My daughter and I saw the sign out front and wanted to try it out. A female massaged my daughter and a man massaged me. He smelled bad and interrupted the massage the entire time. The female also stopped mid massage every time someone would walk in the door. They talked during our massage and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Whatever the man was ranting to the woman about in an Asian language she kept sighing. My daughter said that massage made her feel sad. The man was really angry when I paid and didn't tip well. I have been a few times simply for the convenience (I live 5 min away) but each time they make rude comments about receiving my generous 25% tip. It's so nice to have this Chinese Reflexology place in town! You can't beat $25 for an hour long foot massage, they incorporate a full body massage in that. It's not as private as most $100+ massages, since it's in a larger room with 3 tables though which is fine by me. I went on a Friday night, they're open till 10pm! Wear comfy shorts and a tank, as this is a fully clothed massage with a warm and cozy foot bath. Nancy was incredible and made me forget I'm training for a half marathon. I've been in a lot of pain lately from excessive exercise so I decided I'd just go for it. Whether it was or not the massage therapist made me feel comfortable in a somewhat awkward situation. No one who works there speaks any English to my knowledge so the language barrier made it difficult to know. Regardless, can't beat $40 an hour for a full body massage. I got a 1-hour massage for $40 and it was great! I had the male massage therapist. Started off with shiatsu type moves and then full body Swedish acupressure style that really worked for me. In the middle of the massage, he suddenly left the room and I thought "WTF" but then he came back with HOT STONES, yes hot stones, and I was super stoked! I requested medium to light pressure so I would not be overworked (since my shoulders and arms were sore from surfing) and it felt perfect. He got a lot of knots out. Well, here's what happened: just visiting, saw the sign, enticed by the low prices. At counter, the man snapped angrily at the woman. Shoulda thought twice right there: do I want a mad guy rubbing me? Used restroom: very clean, okay. My wife reports that her masseuse was fine, though she left the room often and sniffled constantly. This is in April: allergies? And by "full body" they evidently don't mean "arms and feet." I got the mad guy and he hurt me. Not just cuz he was hard, but he actually slugged my shins and the bottoms of my feet. Is that normal? I've only had a few massages so I am not a good judge. Maybe he was working out his anger, so better me than that woman. Also, he left the room and I clearly heard peeing so I assume it was him. Apparently he does this (see other reviews). Maybe he should cut back on the coffee. At checkout, problems. My wife clearly said "add $5 tip" and the girl added $15. Where we come from, a $5 tip on mediocre $40 service is generous. When we protested, they looked on in horror and disbelief, then exclaimed "we worked hard!" then muttered in an unknown language, then laughed derisively, shaking their heads over this injustice. As someone wrote below, it is the luck of the draw here as for the quality of the massage. If you get one of the newer ladies...you're stuck for an hour. The last time we went, I had Marvin and there were 3 other people in the communal room for the "foot" massage. Other than the phone calls and people coming in, it was still quiet and relaxing. They don't have a "front desk" person so your massage will likely be interrupted. They are SO busy now that previously (last year) we could do this as a "walk in" but now sometimes we can't even get in within a couple of hours of calling! read more

Always pass by this place and decided to give it a try, entered the place and asked what time they close because it wasn't listed on yelp and the lady at the front desk said 9:30pm. Was greeted immediately by two ladies and I asked how much for massage and the front desk lady said how long and I said one hour, she said ok $40/hour and I agreed. Room was fairly clean and had a nice ambience to it with dark red theme. The face sheet cover was new and didn't have any funky breath smell(very important thing).They played some relaxing soothing background music. Store was fairly quiet and I didn't hear any neighbors or people taking loud like other stores I experienced before or even going in and out. The lady left the room twice within my full one hour massage: 1. To treat me using hot stones for FREE(Yay felt good for my upper shoulders and lower back), 2. For hot towel. Lady(Tina) really gave me a nice, deep tissue massage as I mentioned specifically my upper shoulders, neck and lower back was hurting and sore. She started a bit hard on the massage pressures initially but I instructed her it was a bit painful and she adjusted accordingly and gave a perfect even pressure throughout the whole session and told Tina where it hurt exactly and she would spend more time in those area. She even noticed I had a bad sunburn on upper back and applied something else instead separate from my lower back so it doesn't further the burn and redness from me staying to long at the beach. Overall, thought this place was sketchy and dirty from reading the reviews but still gaved it a try and am glad I went to it. After finishing with the massage, my bill was exactly $40 for that full hour. Right after I paid and the front desk lady was about to give me back my change she immediately asked me how much tip I wanted to leave for my licensed massage therapist? I didn't answer and gave whatever I felt like giving to my LMT once I got the change back from the front desk lady. After driving by this place for the last 6 years, I finally tried them. I asked a friend of mine to try it as well because of the sketchy reviews. Because of their culture and not knowing much English, they may or may not answer the phone, there is no way to leave a voice mail and if they do answer, they are unprofessional by curtly saying "hello". Don't be alarmed when you call and think it's the wrong number. They have problems in this area. Once you jump through that hoop, You will be surprised once you get your treatment. My friend and I both can attest to the fact it was literally the best foot massage we've ever had. My friend is pregnant and she could even lie down on her stomach based on how comfortable the table was. The relaxing music and silence of the masseuses made it all a dream. Very nice ladies, but can't say my massage was all that great. Way too rough and did the same motions over and over and over again, sometimes in the same area leaving me feeling raw. Worse place ever. First thing I let them know when I went for my massage was that I wanted my neck and shoulders concentrated on, and I needed it to be on the softer side. I was in the area and stopped in to get an hour massage. The man giving me a massage made gross bodily noises the entire time, so it was so difficult for me to relax. The thing that killed it for me was he left during the massage and went to the bathroom. The room we were in was right next to the bathroom so I heard him pee and the toilet flush and then the door opened and he was back in the room with me and just started massaging me again! GROSS! He didn't wash his hands and then came in and rubbed his nasty pee hands all over me. I wanted to tell him to stop but I didn't want to make a scene and thought I'll just run straight home and shower. Well the massage ended and I went to the front to pay, the man and a lady were standing at the counter and they kept asking me "Tip? Tip?" and I was like no and they literally stood there gesticulating wildly and saying "Tip! No tip?! Tip!!!". I finally just said "NO TIP" to get them to shut up and then they started talking about me in their own language. I'm sorry, I'm not tipping the disgusting man who I had to suffer through an hour of listening to him process bodily functions and then he took a bathroom break in the middle of my massge and didn't wash his hands. They were so upset over no tip, I can't believe they are willing to lose customers over a lousy $5-10 tip. I was so excited to introduce my friend to the art of an Asian foot massage and brought her here for her first time. She will probably never trust me again when I say they are usually not like that, I'll take you to another place next time. Everything they are saying about the tipping is true. I am beyond happy to make a massage therapist's day and tip big, I am far from cheap. But during this massage the one working on my friend got up 3x during her foot massage. Mine was definitely not a certified therapist and if I had been alone I would have had her stop and of left. It was just annoying that I had to sit there for an hour. She had no technique and as luck would have it, went super soft where she should be going deeper and really hard in spots that are super sensitive and painful where they should be going lighter. And bc of some misunderstanding checking out mine ended up w a bigger tip than my friends and she ripped my friends change out of her hand again after she realized her friend was getting more from me. We couldn't get out of there fast enough, it was so uncomfortable. All around horrible experience, even for the cheap price. These places are everywhere and some of them are amazing. Diamond massage in mission viejo is amazing and so is the one in San Juan Capistrano in the Marbella plaza. Same price, way way better therapists who are grateful for their tips! Spend your $35 elsewhere and get ur $$ worth. read more

This is the second time I have been here where I have had an hour massage and had extremely rude service. Once I gave a 15% , giving $8 on a $40 massage because that was all the cash I had and they didn't want a card. They told me they needed at least $10 as I proceeded to scrounge through my purse for change,leaving the place feeling shamed and offended. I returned again (because it's cheap) and tipped 25% this time and AGAIN they laughed at my tip and expressed that they expected more. My massage was also interrupted several times as she continued to take calls in the middle of my massage. They did a reflexology foot massage on my mom and did not understand enough English to do it softer or be more gentle. She left in serious pain and was near tears when we left. No one should feel humiliated or pressured into leaving an undeserved tip. These people need to take some lessons on American customs and customer service or go back to the country they came from! read more
