I got a back deep tissue massage and buccal facial. Ella was wonderful in scoping out and treating my problem areas. My work requires me to sit around for long periods of time so I figured I had neck problems, but I was surprised she pointed out how I had issues with my lower back as well! I didn't even realize my lumbar area was tender until then. I appreciate her commentary since it helps me learn what to look out for. Tina was also wonderful, she has a good amount of strength for properly kneading out knots, but she's careful in ensuring it's still relaxing. I'd say I'm more on the fragile side and I still managed to fall asleep for a bit while still feeling rejuvenated. Usually I don't fall asleep and am too tense, so I'm very happy I tried this place. But if you give them some direction and ask them not to massage your head with as much power as the back and also no hair pulling the you may have a much better experience than I did. Almost 2 days later my neck is still sore, my scalp still hurts...a lot. Also I got a bruise on my leg from her massage. I think her intent was good, helping with knots etc. but she lacks understanding of the human body. The way she just pour cold oil on me from the bottle and worked so hard. The not so good thing was that they didn't put us in a couples room and said it would be an additional $10, and my husband did not get the foot scrub which was part of our combination massage package. He also felt rushed by the massage therapist to start early while still undressing. However, as previously mentioned the massage itself was very nice and also appreciated the small bottled waters at the end. Otherwise, we would consider visiting here again if we're in the area.

It was such a huge disappointment and painful and uncomfortable I kept waiting for it to be over. First, she doused my entire back with oil, it was so much it dripped everywhere and she didn't even ask for what kind of pressure I wanted. She massaged my back with her forearm, not her hands, with short, super fast strokes. How is that relaxing?? Her pressure with either too soft or too hard, never just right. I had to give her feedback every 5 minutes which was annoying. And she massaged near my armpits and it kept tickling me, I told her to avoid it but she kept doing it anyway. Halfway through the massage, I gave up on giving her feedback as I could not relax. When I told her to please massage my feet as I'm standing a lot, she massaged the top of my feet the whole time, instead of the bottom which was stupid and painful. I told her to not massage my thighs or hips and she did anyway. She massaged a lot of the bony parts instead of muscle. The issue I had was that I had a bi-weekly standing appointment. Their system does not accommodate perpetual ongoing standing appointments, so you have to stay on top of them. My therapist was very hard to get in with, so I was sure to ask the girls up front to extend my appointments out as far as they could. twice, they failed to do so, and I lost my standing appointment to someone else. I scheduled as far out as I could once it opened up, and asked to ensure it didn't happen again. It happened again. There is no loyalty to their consistent clients. I finally gave up and found a therapist elsewhere.

I told the lady on the phone I was driving and could not read it and she simply said, "I'm sorry I have to have that to hold the reservations." Check-in was ok and they were nice but when I told them about my interaction they didn't acknowledge it at all. Simply said. "Do you want rh Wally's?" No acknowledgement, no apology. My boyfriend's therapist was excellent, five stars, and he felt better. They come to the quiet room at 4:22 pm for my 4:15 appt. My session started at about 4:25 and ended at 5:"8pm... not the full 50 minutes promised. My therapists Cranial scalp work was excellent, but the rest was generic and rushed. She didn't even know what type of massage I was getting. When I cashed out I found out the price was $180. I though maybe $140-ish as it is nice. At 180 dollars, call it a premium spa all you want, but one great massage and one average one isn't value. Decent amenities don't make up that gap. I can't justify the price, and I won't be going back. There are better massages with much more caring people. Use them.
