Had a Groupon so I decided to give it a try. It's a bit of a hole in the wall, but I got a great massage from Nancy. If you don't care about decor or cleanliness, it was a fantastic massage. Two complaints: flat/thai style bed without a face hole. The pillow had a paper towel over it, but the pillow was a little sour smelling. The other thing was I did not get a foot massage! Massage was so bad I had to ask her to stop and walked out in the middle of it. I'm pregnant and was looking forward to an hour foot "reflexology" massage. The massage started by the woman aggressively pushing me onto my back on the table after me telling her multiple times I can't lie on my back due to clearly being very pregnant. Finally she gets the point and stops pushing me and I was able to lay on my side. During the massage she's scratching the bottom of my foot with her long finger nails and it was so uncomfortable! And there was no pressure when she was massaging and it was just very clear she had no clue what she was doing. And in no way was it reflexology so that was a total scam. Then to top it off, she was yawning extremely loudly every 2 mins and kept pausing, I'm pretty sure she kept falling asleep! After 20 something mins I just walked out and of course the woman at the front desk refuses to give me a full refund. This place is just full of fraud. Do not come here. read more

I had the worst experience here! I went in for a foot massage ... and the man who was serving this was either using a tool or his fingernails to constantly pinch and stab my heels with something sharp.. It must've been 95% of the hour that he was doing this.! It hurt very bad. He never rubbed or massaged my feet at all, and I went because they were very sore from starting a new job that has really hard flooring... all I wanted was a foot rub aka massage; but instead this man was pressing very hard pinching and stabbing all around the areas where there are veins never on the areas where it actually needed to be rubbed. Today I have pain, which I didn't have on both feet one goes straight up my leg. The other looks like a burn on my toe. He's got some weird issues if he has no common sense to know what a foot massage is that is the opposite of stabbing and poking as hard as you can in somebody's feet terrible experience! Also on a sidebar, they are false advertising $30 for one hour and which it is 45 only if you pay cash a little more for the card fee . And the girl they're very nice has no understanding or attack of the gratefulness in generality and tips and leaving tips but makes you feel as if you have to.. This guy should not be in this business. He is probably causing nerve and vein damage if he does everybody's feet the way he did mine. read more

Love this place! I looked back at my reviews since 2019 and I still love it. Sadly I don't make it there as often as I should. The past 2 times I have had Kevin and he is great at deep tissue and I am now hooked on his massages. I went in with upper body stiffness and neck pain and I felt like a million bucks when I left. Have only one masseur. I asked for 2 people, she said come in one hour, then when I go a masseur whom was not a real masseur but just the receptionist, maybe the owners wife comes in and just rubbed my body which at the end did not feel I had a massage and when I refused paying a tip the owner got very upset. read more

I found this place on Groupon and decided to give them a try. I SO wanted to like them as the staff were super friendly when I arrived. First off the linens and rooms smell stale - they need to use a refreshing linen spray or essential oil diffuser. I eventually got used to the smell but it was not the best start. The massage was mediocre, the oil was cold when slapped on and there was very little attempt at keeping my privates covered - some times I felt like I was on full display. Lots of slapping - not a lot of pressure. I was hopeful when I saw the bars on the ceiling usually used with Thai massage but was disappointed that I just got a rub down. I did feel stalked as I was leaving to be sure I left a tip. Won't be returning - there are way better options out there - do better Grace! read more

Bought a Groupon for 1 hour hot stone massage with aromatherapy. Paid $60 for a retail $140 value. Staff was nice, masseuse used good pressure but you can tell skill was lacking; not her fault. She left me in the room for awhile to retrieve hot stones. Just rubbed stones over me, not a normal hot stone treatment. No aromatherapy given and massage ended about 10 min early. I still tipped since she was nice. The biggest ick for me is the lack of clean sheets. You lay on a blanket with a thin gauze cover. Top covering is also a blanket ... which I'm still Wondering how many other guests may have used it before me. I probably should have left since I'm still wondering how hygienic the table situation was... overall .... Not a $140 retail experience. Won't be back. read more

I'm a regular. They do a great job and offer. Great price. I wish the music was little louder. I wish they had a burning essence or something that smelled like a spa. This would improve the experience but they do have relaxing music softly playing it is dark and clean. Mostly importantly my friends always ask is it a private room massage. Yes it is. So this is great as well. Clean bathrooms and friendly professional staff. I recommend the 2 hour full body massage. It about $100.00 and it includes hot stones. I also recommend the 1 hour couples massage it's about 60.00 for each person so 120.00 for two people. I think it's worth it. Oh I suggest you bring your own water for after so you can detox your toxins after the massage. read more

Oh my goodness I wish that I found this place many many months earlier! I probably had the best massage I have ever had this morning when I came to Grace. The masseuse that did my massage was named Cici. She was very firm efficient and worked all of my knots. The oil and hot stones were such a nice added extra, used on my back legs and feet. I honestly didn't mind hearing some of the noise that some reviewer's mentioned, the rooms are not soundproof but they are individual and private. The door was kept very slightly cracked so that the masseuse could go in and out to get the hot stones or wet damp washcloth. You stay draped the entire time and disrobe prior to your massage. After reading other reviews from Grace, I thought this was going to be one of your typical reflexology places where there are about 5 to 10 different areas to sit among other customers. I was pleasantly surprised to see that each massage area was in its own room. There was a nice massage table with a hole in the end for your head it with nice draping and disposable cloth where your face rests at the hole. I really can't say enough about this place. While it is not your fancy spa with super fancy furnishings and interior, the quality is definitely completely there. A 60 minute combination massage, which was 45 minutes full body and 15 minutes foot massage and reflexology, was $40.Yes, that is slightly higher than the price that is in the photos here on Yelp, but I don't mind paying $40 for a 60 minute massage at all! Your regular fancy-schmancy chain massage parlors would cost well over that, and considering we are trying to recover from coronavirus, $40 is nothing! This was a huge treat! With all the demands of two small kids during a pandemic and leaving my job after a year of full time work during a pandemic which included ending Kindergarten, starting first grade remotely for the entire year, and getting an ASD diagnosis for my toddler (and having had the hardest last 10 days due to a current tough transition for him), this was ABSOLUTELY needed!!! We had already setup an appointment over the phone so when we got there we were able to get started on our massage quick. The massage itself was amazing! I haven't got a massage for a while but this place reminded me how therapeutic they can be. I do not recommend 120 minutes because you don't get the full 120 minutes it was 100 minutes . And 90 minutes is more closer to the 90 minutes they advertise. The message place is a small complex but very clean and has a relaxing ambiance. I had deep tissue, essential, and hot stone combo and it was AMAZING and so affordable (even without the Groupon deal). Given that some of the staff are also from the northeastern part of China, it also reminded me of home! After an hour of massage, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The second last time the foot massage was rough and the masseur had gas which was putrid in the small room. I gave them another chance but regret that I did. They charge a credit card fee so I have always paid cash and tipped generously, for which they never say thank you. The last time, I mistakenly paid just for the massage and they ran out after me screaming that I didn't tip!
