Her handling was a bit too rough, especially when using the equipment around my face -- at times, it even felt like my eyes were being pulled open when she worked on my lower cheeks. She also didn't explain what she was doing throughout the session, and when I asked, her responses came across jokingly, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Customer care could also be improved. I was told to lie down on the treatment bed with no offer of a pillow under my legs or a blanket for comfort. Lying completely flat for over an hour became uncomfortable and caused back pain since I couldn't move during the procedure. Small gestures like providing support or checking in for comfort would make a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, while the products and technology used seem solid, the service did not reflect the premium price point. It felt like I was paying more for the equipment and products rather than for professional skill or attentive care. I wouldn't recommend this treatment for routine maintenance unless these areas improve.
