I have been attending OT/PT here, 4 times per week, for over seven weeks and I am thoroughly impressed with everyone I've come in contact with. I have found the experience to be very positive and the therapists I deal with, no matter who they are, all equally professional and knowledgeable. When I am done with PT I would definitely like to look into coming back here for maintenance, like a gym membership. I can't say enough positive things about both sides including their massage therapist. Everybody is very kind, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in your recovery. I had my wife bring my son today to this place and boy was I not impressed at all. He has had a concussion for almost 8 weeks and boy to me they really were being lazy or they just did not care. I was supposed to be communicated via text because that is the easiest way for me to communicate cause I work an 8-6 job 6 days a week. The guy I am supposed to talk to Bob only works 8-4 (must be nice). Bob my time is very valuable and it is money. If you cannot make a simple request for me that is fine I will just take my familys business elsewhere which it seems like you already done by shooing my sons concussion issue away cause you got other stuff you want to do. Maybe I get time to call tomorrow or maybe I do not. I will let that be on my terms not this places. read more

I am currently in rehab after a knee replacement. My PT, Tori, is incredible! She is taking a 67 year old woman and making her believe in a body that can overcome her physical challenges.She is patient and encouraging. My knee is doing way better than at the chain physical therapy place that I'd used for my other knee replacement. There is an energy to this place and their expertise is far superior! The woman tori, who doesn't have credentials to work here is awful to. She makes you feel like you're an idiot even though I don't think she knows what she's talking about. I've heard other complaints about her from other people too. She is very rude to her co workers. She will be abrupt loud and strident to a fellow co worker IN FRONT of patients. The boss doesn't seem to care about her behavior, probably because they're "together" so to speak. Overall, she's the reason I won't return. read more

AMAZING! I cannot express how knowledgeable and caring the staff are at Engineered Sports Therapy. I originally chose EST because of a MCL tear and because a friend referred me to them, letting me know that I would be very well cared for. They go far beyond that and honestly do it all. I came for an injury and now that I have recovered in record time, I have become a client for sports training. Even while I was going for physical therapy for my knee injury, they didn't just focus their efforts on healing my knee. Each time I went in I was given a performance nutrition supplement (ask them about it and they will explain to you what it is and how it works with your body and performance), I was sent to a strength coach (not at risk of losing muscle while my knee recovers), and I am sent home with a protein shake and a high-five. This place is energizing and each trainer/physical therapist truly cares about the outcome of their clients. Just look at the wall when you enter and you will see how important their clients are to them. Other important notes: -The facility is large and very well equipped for both therapy and training/conditioning. -You are constantly challenged in new ways (new daily workouts, incorporating different types of fitness or therapy techniques into your workout, trying new machines, new ways of using various equipment). I don't think I've ever had the exact same workout twice. -Client age ranges are vast, from middle school teens to senior citizens. EST will meet you where your physical limitations are. They can move slow and easy for those who need slower recovery or training, or they can pick up the pace and push you to new levels! -EST is far better than any gym membership. I am moving soon and I fear I will never find a place like it. Engineered Sports Therapy is best for: -anyone needing physical therapy regardless of prior physical activity experience -athletes- training is very intense and will push you to new levels while keeping you injury free -teens needing extra training for high school sports -collegiate athletes- training during the summer. I have seen collegiate athletes working through their binders of summer training with coaches here. -anyone looking for a new and fun way to stay fit I hope you find this place as wonderful as I have. I have been going to Lance for physical therapy throughout the years since they first opened. Lance and Bob as well as all the PTs are extraordinary at their jobs. I really believe this to be the best therapy facility. They also work with high school athletes to increase their endurance and build strength. There is a personal trainer component for $100 a month. I highly recommend this facility for physical training, physical therapy and sports training. read more

I have had a great experience with EST for shoulder PT. These guys are great! I highly recommend it for athletes, cops, firefighters,etc.

These guys are on the ball! I was referred to them after shoulder surgery resulting from a car accident, and I am very glad I was referred. Technically, they know what they're doing and proactively work closely with the physicians on ensuring a good link between the therapy they provide and the needs for recovery. They worked well with me to ensure my personal needs were addressed in conjunction with the needs for recovery. The staff is friendly and efficient. They have a modest facility with excellent equipment and staff - so they seem to be spending the money where it matters most. Although I'm focused on recovery, they are working with a constant stream of athletes looking to boost their performance. Above all this they find time to help Special Olympics of Washington and volunteer time in South America promoting healthy living - sincere support for worthy causes. I just recently finished with my hip surgery and wouldn't go with any other physical therapy provider. Lance, Bob and the rest of their team are terrific, and I'll make sure that my friends and acquaintances know that if/when they are in need. read more

I would like to thank Engineered Sports Therapy for all their hard work in getting my shoulder back to where I can now compete for a Triathlon. After tearing both my rotator cuff and labrum, Lance and the team at Engineered Sports Therapy did a great job in exercising, stretching, and getting my shoulder strength back with full mobility. Besides being great therapists, the reconditioning program at Engineered Sports Therapy was flexible enough so I missed a minimum amount of work while getting quick results! I am a triathlete having completed an Ironman (2.4 mile swim/112 mile bike/26.2 mile run) so I thought I was in pretty good shape. When I was plagued by injuries, and felt as though my body was "breaking down", I knew I had to supplement my endurance training with strength training. I had lifted weights in the past, but never saw any real tangible results. After just two months at EST, I have improved in all three sports and have a general feeling of well being. A bonus: I have lost several pounds in the process! The trainers are patient, positive and the sessions are tailored to my specific needs and conditioning. It's fun in a challenging way, and I look forward to going 2-3 times/week. It's like magic! Just show up, do your best, and see results! Oh, and by the way, did I mention I am 63 years old?
