The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. They stated it would be one more week and promised to relay info on texts. Found out they are extremely unprofessional and quite opposite of transparent. I ended up at the store to pickup my laptop two weeks later. They acted as they didn't understand the language so I advised if they do not return I can easily involve the police down the street.
