I sent her my voucher ahead of time. She texted me that she was running 15 mins late. Again, fine no problem. Upon my consultation I could tell she was really trying to push expensive micro needling and other procedures. She said that my skin was not a good candidate for microdermabrasion. Again, fine if that's her professional opinion. She spoke in circles. So I eventually asked if we could just get on with the facial I paid for. She told me she doesn't get paid by Groupon to just do the facial and told me I should just go get a refund. I was truly flabbergasted.
