It was correct. The woman said if I put my ZIP Code in wrong one more time, I would not be able to make a purchase. I told her I'm just trying to buy items from your store. Keep in mind, my ZIP Code was correct. I was entering it 100% correctly each time. According to them, my ZIP Code was correct in the system, but in the part that has discount coupons, there was a different ZIP Code in there. I get all my prescriptions here, which are a lot. I'm a senior citizen. I also shop here a lot, and I've never had a problem before as far as my address being wrong. I don't work for Walgreens. I'm sorry Walgreens doesn't understand that I don't work for Walgreens. I cannot program my address in their system. According to both employees, you'd better know the incorrect ZIP Code that they've programmed into their system in the part regarding the coupons, or you will not be allowed to make a purchase after entering your ZIP Code correctly three times. There is no way for a customer to see what ZIP Code they have in there, but the people who work there, the only ones who can fix that, are not responsible. It's the customers who are responsible, and we have no way to fix it. There was no apology at all. Just yelling. And she said, "I hope you feel better." At this Walgreens, when the employees yell at you and tell you your ZIP Code, which is correct, is not, and that you can't buy anything here unless you are able to guess the wrong ZIP Code they have put in, they think any negative reaction to that, any complaint about that, means you don't feel good. All I was trying to do was pay for items by inputting information correctly. I have never experinced or heard of worse customer service in my life. This Walgreens makes it clear they do not want people shopping here at all, which is fine with me.

This last week has been a very different story. The pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful in trying to access the primary medication and offered to help in transferring other prescriptions since they are now a "Preferred" vendor and price competitive with my new insurance. Yeah! Hoping this trend continues. My husband recently used the new lab in the store and was very pleased with the service. It's a 3rd party provider. BUT if you don't make an appointment online you are very unhappy with a long wait in a cramped area which we saw with walk-in customers. Results were provided efficiently to the doctor who ordered them and got one unusual lab test done right. With regard to non pharmacy services I like the store! It's very convenient in my neighborhood firstly. I've used the photo service to make a custom greeting card which was so nice and very reasonable. Their rewards and coupons are confusing and sometimes work or not when ordering on line. Part of the appeal for this store location from my experience is that it's very clean, has a strong customer base, and is well stocked and they move the inventory. You aren't getting products in mutilated boxes that have been sitting on a shelf for years. I guess perspective can determine point of view huh?

Their neat shelves have everything from heated, vibrating foot massaging contraptions to ice cream treats. Greeting cards are offered in enormous variety. If you've got a fever and the only cure is more cowbell....well, they don't have cowbells. But probably a cow plush and 50 cures for flu and cold. THE PHARMACY is very good and offers steep discounts with insurance or various programs they can guide you toward. They use automated call/text for prescription arrivals and notice when it's been picked up. They also offer all seasonal shots. I find the staff courteous and quick to serve.
