I had trouble finding the place. The spa is located in a large white building where a barely noticeable sign for the hair salon they're inside of is at. You would never imagine a spa/salon was in there, I drove right past it. But now to what really matters, Tiffany was amazing, she was so friendly and easy to have conversation with, that's a deal breaker for me. She went to school for what she's doing and I promise you she knows her stuff. I love that she explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that for $30 less you're at a nicer spa with an esthetician and for $20 more you're paying what you would at Woodhouse Spa. I wish this location was nicer to match the prices, I'd go nowhere else if that was the case. Getting someone to answer the phone was also impossible, I called for months until I finally emailed them and got an appointment that same week. So definitely email them and include your phone number. read more

I had an Anti Aging Facial with Alyssa and it was AMAZING! She goes above and beyond with her techniques and tools. It was so relaxing, she even does a massage on your arms and feet. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I had glowing skin for days after my appointment. I will definitely start seeing Alyssa on a regular basis. She so informative on skin care too. read more

I take my son here to help with his acne. Lyss is always very professional and has the best advice for his skin care needs. It made such a difference in his apperance, my nephew wanted to try it. They are both hooked and enjoy a chemical peel or microdermabrasion! Found her on groupons, but stayed with her because of her knowledge, products, and great bedside manner. read more

My experience was great. I had Tiffany and she was really sweet. I haven't had an appointment with Lyss but she was great at replying and getting follow ups. The only downside is that it's not great for busy people. I work odd hours and it's difficult for me to make appointments. If there was a way to make appointments online, then I would be all for it. I love the people so far and would come here all the time, but I wish it was easier for me to make appointments. read more

Being and Esthetician isn't just my job, it is my passion. It is important to me on providing a safe space for my clients to express their skin concerns without feeling judged or embarrassed. My goal is to use my tools and knowledge to help treat those concerns, so each client can be comfortable and love their own skin. In my 12 years as an Esthetician, I have not only attended the best post-graduation trainings, but I have had the chance to work with many top product lines and worked in both the spa and medical atmosphere. I always go back to the spa, because there is no feeling like knowing someone left my treatment room feeling pampered and less stressed, all while getting an effective treatment. When I questioned the pricing, a scene was made -- multiple employees came over, speaking to each other and to me, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. To make matters worse, less than an hour later, the polish on my oldest daughter's toes was already peeling off. Overall, the pricing felt inconsistent and poorly explained, the atmosphere became uncomfortable, and the experience did not match what was advertised or expected.

I started getting Brazilian's here with Emily a few months ago and I love it here! I like the fact that it's not a busy day spa and more of a comfortable one on one atmosphere. I also had my first facial here a few weeks ago and after about a week or so when my skin was done purging, I could see a noticeable difference in the way my skin looked and felt! The Image Skincare products they use smell great (not like chemicals!) and are SUPER gentle on my sensitive skin! The location really isn't as hard to find as some previous people have stated. You turn into the parking lot, walk inside the hair salon and the first door on your left is it. BOOM! It's that simple lol They were really easy to get a hold of. I emailed them one day to set up my first appointment and I'm pretty sure within hours I received a response. I've tried a handful of the Image skincare products they use and they're great! I'd recommend giving them a try! Brazilians are obviously super up close up, awkward and personal and they do a great job at making you feel comfortable. read more

I recently found Flawlyss Skin on a mom group that I am in on social media. She was offering really great prices, so I was kinda of skeptical at first, but it was the best facial experience that I have had. Not only was she super sweet, but she actually took the time to take a look at my skin and see what it REALLY needed. She really creates a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and began the treatment with aromatherapy. She was very thorough in all that she did! Gaby made an inappropriate comment stating that I needed to get off the phone because clients become extra dramatic when they have an "audience." I found that extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm an adult and I know how to conduct myself. When she inspected the area, she questioned how long I had let my hair grow, and even after I clarified that it had been 2.5 weeks, she continued to argue with me. I asked her directly if I should reschedule, and she said it was fine -- but the end result proved otherwise. The waxing session was rushed, lasting barely 10 minutes. After saying "ok," she just walked out without any follow-up or indication the service was complete. I paid $85 plus a $15 tip out of courtesy, but when I got home and checked, I was shocked to find large patches of hair left behind -- the job was incomplete and sloppy. My vagina looked like Cynthia from the Rugrats. I attempted to contact the shop multiple times afterward to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phone. I ended up going to another esthetician and paying again to have the wax corrected. I've been a loyal customer in the past, especially when Norma was there, and always received quality service. Sadly, that level of professionalism and care seems to have disappeared. I do not recommend this place anymore and will not be returning.

I paid $80 and gave a tip to be injured and insulted by this business owner. I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews about Gaby, the owner before coming here. This was my 3rd time here in 2 months. There are tons of other options in Killeen. Definitely, find a better one. The store front looks nice but it is lip stick on a pig.

There was a mix up and communication was sort of mixed up because I came in with my brows roaring and she cleaned them up but I was not aware that the wax to clean me up was extra. She was so kind enough to refund me for that service and she really didn't have to because the work was done. LET THIS BE A WARNING LOL, clean it up or you'll pay . The studio was so cleanly and cute. Candice was so sweet and her customer service was A+. She was very careful and light handed with everything she did.
