Definitely, one of the best! The ice cream here was so creamy and delicious, my wife and I loved it. She had a cup of strawberry cheesecake and I had a cone with scoops of chocolate and butter pecan. Both were great, but the chocolate was amazing! The store is located in a strip mall on Rt 46 in Budd Lake. Plenty of parking and friendly staff behind the counter. The bang bang shrimp and chicken had NO bang (heat/spice) - it's like there was no seasoning at all and again the consistency was mush; it wasn't inedible but it wasn't worth $20. We would have been much happier at a standard Chinese or Thai place versus Pandan despite its stellar reputation. I'm not sure what happened tonight.
