I had a bad experience with a pedicure here. I had not had one in a long time. I thought my was sore the first day but thought nothing of it. I decided to try this place since my normal nail place is closed on Mondays. I saw that it had some good reviews. I showed up and was able to get started with no wait time. I picked my colors for a pedicure and found a matching gel color perfectly. The technicians were very friendly and took their time. I like my toe nails very short. She was able to do that perfectly to my liking without cutting me or hurting me. I'm also picky about the shape of my manicured nails. She did a great job with that. I felt they were all even and looked very nice. The price was average for a gel manicure and pedicure. (Including callus removal.) it came to $44. Unfortunately on my way home the clear coat chipped off on my right thumb and when I got home my more of my thumb chipped and my left index finger. This place was ok but I wouldn't come back again, very unprofessional and had half the staff lounging in the spa chairs napping, or watching netflix. I got pink and a white French tip and the girl did a mostly good job but she definitely overfiled my natural nail and some of the nails are a bit lumpy. read more

Okay so I went to this place for my birthday about two weeks ago and I was really happy with my results. I walked out more than happy with my nail color and the lady who helped me was super nice and helpful. Today I went in to get a fill, and I had the complete opposite experience. I came in with a friend and it started off fine. However, I came in with an exact picture of what I wanted. The lady who helped me was unbelievably rude. I showed her what I wanted and I had already saw the loose glitter that they had behind the sign in counter and she told me that they only had glitter for the gel. Long story short, she was doing her own nails when doing mine and was taking phone calls. Oh and then, my friend was done getting her nails done and she was told to go wash her hands and left her bag on the chair. Not even two minutes later, they moved her chair over and was already helping another customer before she even paid. I like going here but I feel like they need a lot more color options and new polishes, they don't have much to choose from. Also The pedicures are great but they don't add anything to the water like most places do which I feel is weird. Nails are ok maybe need better nail techs. I went to enjoy nail two weeks ago and received THE BEST gel job. Kim was my manicurist. She is a bit older, but extremely sweet. She took her time by carefully applied very thin layers on each nail ( she said that will prevent the peeling from the nail beds). My favorite is that she didn't rush through the job. She took great pride in making her work last. The place is not a fancy place, but clean and well maintained. Great pricing. I really liked this place. Tried it for the first time and was very happy with my pedicure. Good location and a clean facility. The people were professional, friendly and it was reasonably priced. I will definitely come back. I had to come back and update my review based on my most recent visit. While most of what I said previously still holds true, I got someone this time who isn't good at what she does and it was a very unpleasant experience. When she did the callus removing, she scrubbed the arch of my foot so hard that I yelled in pain. I had scratches and scrapes on that sensitive skin (on the arch of my foot) for a week. That's just careless and unnecessary. I guess when you find someone you like, remember her name and ask for her each time. I will from now on. read more

I've been here in the past and had no problem, but I don't think I'll be going back. I was in there with a few friends and they said they would be accommodating to several of us and were not. They said it wouldn't be long and they would be calling other girls over, but nobody showed up. The lady doing my manicure and pedicure went through the motions to move onto the other customers waiting. Since I got the "regular" pedicure she barely tended to my feet.
