This is probably the worst nail experience I've ever had. She didn't clean underneath the nails at all. My cuticles still look terrible. She kept stopping the service to talk amongst the other workers. My nail polish wasn't even all the way removed so I couldn't get French tip like I wanted or else it would've looked like shit. I was looking for a new nail place found this nail shop while shopping and they do have decent prices compared to other places. However, I was very disappointed with the nail polish quality and work. My previous nail polish wasn't removed properly, bubbles around the nails and quality of nail polish not the same compared to others within the area. Mainly only go here for the pedicure, its only $33 which is a steal to me. I do get the french tip pedicure so it is five dollars more so $38 total. The pedicure last long on me and iI never been hurt or uncomfortable with the women providing the service. Definitely going back for my next pedicure. read more

When I arrived there was a used pair of cuticle scissors sitting on the arm rest of the chair I was to get into. There was a greasy mark on the chair, and skin and clippings on the scissors. The cross contamination of touching things in greasy gloves to touching myself was unethical. The service I got was supposed to include a 10 minute massage, and I got 6 minutes with 10 layers of lotion instead of oil so it didn't feel great. My polish came out okay, but there's polish all over my skin. Being a licensed professional myself, state board would have a field day in here. I think some extra training might be useful. read more

I came in here on a Friday (first time). I was hurting for time so I came here bc it's close by. I really needed a full set for a trip decided to take a chance by getting an almond shape acrylic set in nude. I was not happy with the results. The shape is weird. Some nails are longer than others I notice that when I got home. She did fix one I notice in the shop and she apologize. The nails l lifted the very next day. Which is ok bc I don't plan on wearing these nails long. Lady was sweet they accommodated me even though I took two kids they sat my toddler by me ( why I don't do a lower star) but her skills weren't great. As far price they are cheaper than other nail shops in the area my usual go to is the same price but a bit better quality my nails don't lift the next day but like I said I had not time. As far as options they didn't show me colors she just came with a nude acrylic and I agree not complaining the color was nice but they should offer options. They need to use different brand products to delivery a better job. Even if they get good nail technicians their products aren't lasting. I wouldn't come here again unfortunately. read more

My family and I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years so writing this post really breaks my heart. But just like they don't care about our loyalty then why should I, right. This has been going for a while, finally I decided that it's enough. Both my parents come to this place because as diabetics they like to take care of their feet. But every time my mom goes they charge her different amounts and let's keep in mind she asks for basic and never agrees to extra services. Just last week they charged her $38 for the basic service. Because of the launguage barrier my mom doesn't ask but that's why I feel like they take advantage of her. Very disappointing that they would take advantage of people like that. read more

I got red and gold nails for Christmas time and when I left they didn't care to clean up aground the nail I left with red polish on my finger. The same with my mom the lady at the end didn't care and just plopped on a clump of top coat and to ended turning out clumpy. After not even 1 day our nails started chipping. This gal tickled she rubbed so soft and it was only 6 minute, I timed it with my phone. When I questioned it she said ya ya and proceeded to rinse my legs down. She did a nice paint job. A beautiful acrylic ombré full set for only $47!! Booking an appointment here was super easy, I called in the morning and they were able to take me during my lunch break. Vivian was my technician and she was super friendly & professional. I didn't have a lot of time but I really needed multiple services (full set , pedi & eyebrows waxed). Staff are all very sweet. Took me in as a walk in. I got a gel pedicure. French tip. Was $38. They kept asking if I wanted my nails done and I said, "no" but they said they'll do $38 for gel and it was empty so I decided to do it to provide more service to them. I asked for French tip. Well, this is their version of French tip. I expressed how I wasn't pleased with the outcome of one finished hand so she went over it with all white (I asked for it) and it was thick and clumpy. I went to this shop starting a few months ago. It was ok. Then the last time I went I got a different tech. After a few days my acrylic nails started chipping. I thought this was a little strange because I've been having my nails done for 43 years and I've never had that happen. within a couple weeks I had been back there twice she fixed them but then, when the whole nail polish started peeling off, I was like this is weird. Went here for a spa mani pedi combo ($28) on a Sunday. They were understaffed so my mani pedi turned into an "express" combo (which they offer for $26) but I was still charged $28. I had to go back the following day because the young kid who did my manicure didn't put top coat on and my nails looked like water had gotten under the polish. The polish PEELED off on one swift motion as if I was wearing fake nails but it was their polish. I asked if he could repair it since I hadn't even been gone a whole day and rather than remove all the polish and re-polish them he used super glue on the ends of all my nails to glue the polish back down. They put polish on top of it. WTF. The staff then had the nerve to tell me that I should have got gel polish and this wouldn't have happened. Um no, if you weren't watering down your colors had been more caring with your services this wouldn't have happened. I have never had a manicure that chipped so bad after the first day let alone had the entire nail's worth of polish completely peel off. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because the pedicure was acceptable but do not get a manicure from the younger boy there. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Also, FYI they'll charge you $1 if you're using a card there. read more

I have been going to this nail place for about 7 months now. I go consistently every 2 weeks for a fill and a pedicure. They do a great job at everything and their customer service is excellent! I love the fact that the don't charge you for the certain shape you would like your nails like some other places do because I always get coffin shape. Pedicure chair was broken down and very uncomfortable. Also salon had turned off A/C which made it very warm and full of chemical smell. Nail tech never offered a towel or pillow for covering my lap. She seemed completely untrained in massage so that was wasted extra $$$ opting for that. Her nail painting technique is sloppy at best as well. She did one coat of polish and another of clear. She left acrylic on my finger and my nails aren't even. I asked for not coffin and I walked out with coffin.
