I have ZERO physical yoga experience, and even as a remote learner, Tina makes learning the moves, breathing and the RELEASE so easy. The best part of this group, is no judgement. Doesn't matter if you're an expert or a newbie, you will get something out of it. I am repeatedly amazed by the simplicity of the moves, yet I can FEEL IT. I still remember my first class with Mahanraj Singh. He welcomed me in the studio with the warmest smile that made me feel welcomed. I knew right then that this was where I belonged. Fast forward to 2020 and I just completed their Guru is You 200 Hour Kundalini Teacher Training!! It was an experience of a lifetime! This is NOT your run of the mill gym yoga studio, where you do 10-30 poses and stretches then leave, it's a place you can go to honor and treat yourself to some dedicated self care and also become part of a very authentic supportive community if you so desire. Not only is the studio perfectly put together with attention to detail in ambiance, but they also offer all of the props and tools you may need for class. It's been a place that I've been able to find sanctuary, peace and space to have time for myself to fortify, strengthen and love on myself -- A place I can fill my own cup so that I can go back and help others in my life too. The instructors are wonderful humans and this place is so so special. With regular yin, restorative and sound baths, this yoga studio (for me) continues to be a place of healing and growth and I often leave feeling like I'm walking on a cloud! My last class attendance was Friday, May 8 (I attended only two classes in May), and I had already paid $250 for the month. I appreciate the studio helping me get this corrected, but the cancellation process was still frustrating; my renewal date was 5/22, and although I attempted to call to cancel, I did not receive a clear response until I sent an email. With so many new studios opening up, it also makes me pause and ask whether this membership is priced appropriately for the flexibility and cancellation experience.

The studio is clean and…read moreconveniently located right off San Marcos Blvd. Make sure to park in the back (make a left at Better Buzz and another at the next stop sign after) to make sure you dont get trapped in the parking lot from the coffee drive through. I've gone to a number of instructors' classes and I've generally liked them all! They all have different styles and means of teaching but still follow classical Pilates principles. Some have more difficult classes even at the same class level than others, so definitely try a few different instructors to see whose style you enjoy best. Some of my favorites are Stephanie, Laura and Thalia. The studio super big which is great when you're in there, but does make it occasionally hard to get into classes. They do have a 12-hour cancellation window prior to class, and spots will typically open up if you waitlist. I haven't had that much trouble getting into afternoon classes. They offer monthly memberships and very occasionally have packages. I personally prefer the class packages for more flexibility but it seems rare that they have them. They dont always advertise it in the app, and I often find out from their instagram. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Pilates studio!
