I wish I lived closer to attend in person. I do the classes online, and I still feel a part of the community . The lessons are simple, and yet so keenly amazing and interesting to learn. All is in layman aka real life lingo, you do not have to be a yogi to follow along, or incorporate the learnings to your personal experiences. I have ZERO physical yoga experience, and even as a remote learner, Tina makes learning the moves, breathing and the RELEASE so easy. The best part of this group, is no judgement. Doesn't matter if you're an expert or a newbie, you will get something out of it. I am repeatedly amazed by the simplicity of the moves, yet I can FEEL IT. I've also done an individual reading from Tina. AH-MAZING. So accurate. SO HELPFUL. And thought provoking in moving things to perspective, and a right frame of mind that eases. It was an absolute honor and privilege to be able to attend Tina's Eckasha Mystery school. To learn from a profound and knowledgeable teacher who has had years of practice, self-realizations, and guidance from Ascended Masters. Paired with the Eckasha School manual Tina wrote that is absolutely phenomenal. Composed of deep rooted wisdom cultivated from personal research, understanding, and teachings from manuals too complex for most. Tina truly poured her heart and soul into making an ascension manual that I believe will help so many. An authentic expression of her soul that rings true to her spiritual name, Ardas Taran, "one who ferries souls across the river of Maya to the shores of enlightenment." I believe that this manual is one of many vessels Tina has forged to do just that. During the training we got to learn about the twelve tribes, and got to explore our galactic lineage within them. It is such a blessing to be able to make such explorations. When I discovered my galactic lineage I was overcome with emotions like peace and belonging, and I got to meet one of my most dear guides. All in divine timing, it would not have happened when it did without Tina's sage wisdom and knowledge. There was so much information about sound, matter, frequency, stargates, chakras, the fabric of the universe, and so much more. That gives one the opportunity for an expansion of awareness unknown until they experience it. We got to end the class with a floating sound bath in the pool that was so magical it felt like an invitation into a higher dimension. This studio is cozy. The front welcome area includes a boutique and has plenty of charm. Behind that area is the one yoga room of this studio. This is a great place to come if you want to do breath work or a slow flow class. If you're looking for a Yoga Sculpt class / looking to sweat, this isn't the place for you. They welcome ClassPass members. I have been to a couple of Brian's morning slow flow classes. I really enjoy how he brings in imagery and meditation into the flow to leave you feeling grounded and whole. The studio is small, so will be sure to get individual attention. They have everything there for you (at no additional cost): yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, etc. They have a parking lot behind the studio as well as easy side street parking. Pro tip: great coffee places are within walking distance to make your morning asana complete! read more

All of the instructors are so positive and amazing are help you with your yoga an meditation practice. I've taken a few classes with the same instructors and they haven't been repetitive at all. Darby's morning stretch is a great way to start your workday. Tina's has an amazing prosperity class that helped me move some stagnant energy out of my lymph nodes. All of the instructors bring light, love, and the passion of yoga to you personally. The front area is an amazing boutique filled with so many items to help you cleanse your home space (sage and palo Santo wood sticks) as well as beautiful jewelry that is reasonably priced and pillow cushions to help with your yoga practice at home or in the studio (they're beautiful!) So glad I found this place. Everything from the energy of the place, to its beauty, to the lovely knowledgeable and amazing staff is top notch and most of all GENUINE. I've been to a few places but this one is very unique and special. Besides the place feeling inviting and relaxing... It's absolutely the staff. The energy they bring is amazing. They all are highly knowledgeable and go through the technical and science based side of the house for those people who need that. Each one of them is special and unique. For the classes I've taken so far I've had 6 different instructors and they were all genuinely awesome, authentic, and bring great energy. I love this place and after experiencing the classes was actually revealed to me during class that this was where I belong. I'm so torn between this place and Jiu Jitsu and need to figure out how to incorporate both of these practices in my life. If you are looking for a Yoga place, you absolutely can't go wrong here. I will say there is a more spiritual side and technical/science side to this than your typical Yoga place compared to others I've been to. This yoga studio is an amazing place of restoration and relaxation. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and cater to individuals needs and respective levels of practice. I am currently taking Darby's morning stretch, an amazing yoga flow that gives you energy throughout the day. And Tina's weekend Kundalini class which has helped me to channel energy and feel awakened and emboldened.
