Found this Barbershop in Yonkers and they take walk-ins. The shop has a cool vibe and is welcoming to all. My son had his hair cut by Rafael. The shop was new for us but we lucked out!! Rafael gave my teenager an amazing fresh cut and line up. He did exactly what my son asked for.My son loved it and now I'll be bringing my youngest there. You're gonna need to wait another hour for a spot." I was a costumer prior to this and was never spoken to like this in person. If you're going to work costumer service and have this kind of attitude you're not going to make it far and I hope that who ever handles the appointments at this establishment fix whatever attitude it was that day.

Most of, if not all of the barbers besides the owner are unlicensed (or don't display their license anywhere) and extremely young. The last time I went was the final straw -- they touched up the front of my hair and cut a few strands from the back and made it look like they did something. When I got home, I immediately noticed that the back, the crown, was essentially untouched. I needed to get another haircut immediately from somewhere else to fix the mess they left my hair in. This has happened multiple times from multiple barbers in this shop. I refuse to continue paying for bad haircuts.
