So, it was time to shop around. Enter Buric. Booking appointments was easy, with multiple reminders including a call 15 minutes out. The technician spent over an hour documenting the system and doing maintenance tasks. The documentation took a lot of the time since he took photos of every part so the next visit the state can be compared. When he went to replace my humidifier pad, he even suggested I save money by buying them on my own and just keeping them near by. I ended up paying the premium and he left the box so I could find replacements more easily.
