The first few calls were because my aging furnace or air conditioning had stopped working. Never a fun experience but Deb tried to help me resolve the problems over the phone. When that wasn't successful, she got me on their schedule ASAP and frequently were able to make it out sooner than expected. Ron provides a fair and honest diagnosis of the problem each time and they worked with me to make educated repair decisions. This past week I experienced furnace problems again, but this time the diagnosis was fatal. Ron and Deb worked with me to determine the most appropriate replacement solution, got me scheduled as soon as they could, and even offered to drop off space heaters at my home to help us keep warm until the new system could be installed. They completed the project on Friday and I couldn't be happier. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. They also bring treats for my dogs, which are highly appreciated by the pups.

I don't care how good the company is, if the driver is unsafe, they'rere not only unprofessional, they're liable to kill someone! Cars are weapons, whether they're used that way or not!!! This driver s/b fired, and the company needs to put road safety ahead of saving 3 minutes. If the driver kills someone , gets in an accident or gets ticket they'll be later than if they had been safer on the road: This driver had the audacity to nearly hit me and then honk at me. She finally says "I'll have the technician call you with the price of the visit before you commit". 20 minutes later I get a text and an email that a technician was on his way in about an hour. I contact the call center again, and nothing. Another 20 minutes goes by and a technician finally calls me. Won't tell me the price of a standard emergency call, and tells me a tech is already on their way. I simply said "cancel it". If it's this difficult to get a simple price from them, I can't imagine how more difficult things go for them. It told me everything I need to know about how they handle their business. Avoid. So many other great options locally, they don't need your business.
