Worst Experience Ever. The owner has no professional ppl skills. His employee doesnt have the brain capacity to give me the correct items (consoles with right cords and controllers that dont work) and i had to waiste my gas 3 times thinking he had it right the second time. How does a console they sell me dont read disks and cant even find their inventory? I asked them multiple times if it works and correct and said yes like it bothered them. Sorry i asked. I even brought him chips and water and said thank you then turned his back to tell the owner i wasnt patient with him but has me waiting near 1 hour in the store helping other ppl that are just looking and not asking for anything (his friends) like get with the program. I was more than patient but the third time? Your waisting my gas for lack of attention. Either you dont know or dont care and it seems like he dont care. Then he almost didnt want to refund me or guve me recent repaedly trying to kick me out aggressively unprofessional. The the owner (white guy blonde hair) was jealous i had better yugioh cards than him and i was sharing my music to his friend. Then down talked me about the music his friend was enjoying clearly and us laughing at jokes. The owner said i was annoying his friend yet when i asked his friend he said that wasnt true. This is not the first time he acted this way with me and other ppl and very rude. He gotta taste of his own medicine. Im sure the word of mouth will spread fast for the customers that witnessed it acting disrespectful and FAILURE PERFORMING PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rat nest was the correct store approach. Lots of folks ONLY come online to write a review because they feel angry, cheated, or unhappy. WELL, NOT IN THIS CASE! These guys are the BOMB! I purchased a CCTV security system from my local dealer (whom I shall give 5 stars to in their local yelp). Brought the DVR home, and for a long time, it was great. I could access live scenes from my home from anywhere. One day, I went to look at something in my yard, via the CCTV, and there was no data to be found!!??!! A problem? Sure. But how painful was the fix? ZILCH! NADA! I called my local guy, later brought the unit to him, and he sent it to these guys for a fix. It came back quickly, and worked for a couple of weeks, then, again stopped recording (??)! So, I called EasternCCTV, and within a few minutes of discussion with the GREAT service staff, I had this unit back to my local dealers, where with a 20 second phone call to Dan (or Daniel?), he walked into the back room, apologized for the trouble, and handed me a brand-new DVR. Then, again, with more patience than a tree, Dan, Eric, and Daniel from EasternCCTV walked me, one step at a time, on the phone, through the setup process. I mean they talked me through every last detain, got me up and running, and never a cross or impatient word. So, thanx to Dan, Daniel and Eric for tremendous customer service. (Did I mention this unit was about 18 months old, and they still treated me with respect and went ABOVE the call on this one! Thanx again! AND, if you are in the 'far' N. Not a Fan at all, I'm actually surprised by the amount of 5 start reviews this company was given. Those people must not have had to talk to one of the rude professionals i got the privilege of talking to on the Telephone!! not one review is less than 5 stars??? not one?? that sounds a little too good to the true if you ask me!! I was having a problem with a DVR that is sold by This company. I however bought mine on amazon.com and not through them, I just had a quick question for them and wondered if they could point me in the right direction. For some reason My instructions came to me in Chinese. I don't know why, and i can't get ahold of the amazon seller no matter how hard or how many times i call. I was like great so the only thing I can make out in the instructions was EasternCCTV in the instruction. so I googled it and found my DRV, SO i call them to ask where I could go to get something checked out, that was going to be the question, but they guy who answered the phone couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. It was like he was repulsed by even having to answer the phone, but now that the phone call didn't have anything to do with him. i was over, garbage and not of any use to him. so he couldn't hang up the phone quick enough. (He did not hang up on me for the record) it was just like i was getting absolutely no where an since their company didn't have anything to do with it EH who cares right!! Only This was my third and final DVR that i was going to buy through amazon mostly because your on your own when something happens to it. i've had so many DVR issues that I told my business partner the next DVR was going to come from a local company so I can pick up the phone and and ask a quick question if I need to. Trust me we pay enough money for these DVR systems we should be able to get a little better support than some rude guy that answers the phone no doubt, that could care less about your problems. If he was good he would find out about my problem and help me a little or at least be polite, all the while telling me how If i went with them in the future this wouldn't be an issue!! but no what he did is seal the deal that I won't go to this company for any of my CCTV needs in the future. If you don't what to show your generosity as a company and help me a little fine, Don't want to steer me in the right direction Great it your prerogative . But if your going to be rude and off putting to someone that your upset didn't buy from your company!!
