He said hed take a look and quoted me an estimate based on what he thought the problem was and said it would take a few days. The next day he calls me and tells me its ready for pick up and he fixed the problem. Charged me less than quoted and its been working fine since. No damage no extra upsells, just good honest work. Mike and his team are professionals and broke everything down so i understood what i was paying for and their work is super solid. Cant even tell my console was taken apart. Now its running smooth and i have a trusted place i can take my electronics. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

I tried everything on my own until I followed up with Jose at APlus Tech Labs. He identified the issue, offered up upgrade my CPU and replace it with a new AIO Cooling system. I was very happy with the price and lead time. I wound up bringing Jose my 2nd PC as well! For this 2nd PC, the PSU or the Motherboard had gotten fried so we had both replaced in a matter of days. The keyboard and mouse are wireless and i needed a replacement mouse for my logitech g502 since my cat knocked it down and i lost the side button. The frieren keyboard will be replacing my duckys. On Thursday, about an hour before my appointment time, I received a call from Joe in the installation department. He asked about the installation materials, he didn't see them on the order. I explained that I wasn't aware of anything else required, I was under the impression that installation included everything as nobody said differently. He quoted me an additional $266 for the parts. After a disappointing phone conversation with corporate and an unhappy trip back to the store, I ended up returning the unit. The manager was apologetic and said that she would speak to the associate, but that's as far as she would go.
