She gave us tips on how to take pics with our #1 balloon and explained everything really well, so we felt super comfortable. We also took pics at the photobooth, and I was surprised by how inexpensive it was to take pictures with the professional cameras (only $5 for 2 copies)! Even though there were still people there past closing, Hazel and the manager/owner didn't rush anyone at all and let everyone enjoy their experience, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely come back again! My only complaint is that I wish we could adjust the camera angle because the camera is set pretty low and my double chin was showingggg (not their fault tho obv). However, the camera quality was amazing~ They also surprised me and my boyfriend with matching keycap keychains that I had been eyeing when I first got there!! They personalized it for us~ That was honestly so sweet and such a nice surprise. Thank you Hazel and the manager/owner for making our first Photogram experience so memorable!!!

A lot of laughters and memories were shared among the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Kevin and Danilo made it very easy for us by scoping out locations at the venue and providing great guidance on poses. We're also very happy we decided to do golden hour photos. We were looking for soft and neutral tone photos for our wedding, and KLV's editing style was what drew us in to them. The scheduling process was easy - my Korean isn't great so I texted with Chloe in English to set up our appointment and select the package we wanted. I applaud their attention to detail, down to helping me decide what time the appointment should be based on my baby's nap time! On the day of the shoot, we arrived to see an absolutely huge closet of potential outfits for our baby and a large selection of hanbok for myself and my husband. It was a bit overwhelming but the two ladies picked out lovely options for us and we are so glad we took their suggestions because... These photos turned out to be amazing. They had my baby cracking up through the entire 90 minute shoot, which included 4 different outfits - an almost impossible feat for an impatient one year old! This company was top notch for everything regarding the photo booth for our wedding! Trisha was always on top of everything and made the whole process smooth and easy. We had everything tailored to our wedding theme and i couldn't have been happier with how she designed not only our photo strips, but the props for the wedding. I feel like we made out like bandits with how inexpensive the service cost and how top notch the service was! Phone calls, emails and texts were returned promptly and there was a lot of creativity in her work. Everyone had a blast the night of the wedding and loved the photos. Not only did we get copies of everyone's pics in a book, we received the USB with the pics on them for keepsake about two weeks later. Love it! I definitely would recommend Ensemble Events to anyone looking for a great photo booth, with great, long lasting pictures(don't fade), and a personal touch that is hard to find sometimes within the photo booth industry. Received an email response from her explaining about covid and last minute emergencies, which I get. Stuff happens, but next time a simple email/text/smoke signal would be just common courtesy. But as you can see from her email, didn't seem like a huge deal to lose a customer. Must be nice. Needless to say we will be going with someone else. Taking this as a blessing in disguise!

Wow, where to begin? Ok - starting with the general photos and vibe. When browsing for a photo…read morevendor, I'd been seeing a lot of airy pictures or color that was orangey - meh. I wanted something that looked like the cover of a romance novel. A romantic vibe. During this journey, we were introduced to this Lin and Jirsa (referred by a venue I think? Not quite now). Fast forward - I had an amazing experience with Juliana for our engagement photo shoot. Honestly, I wasn't even going to do the engagement photo shoot but the more I looked at Lin and Jirsas photos the more obsessed I got. Once you commit, you fill out a questionnaire and they even ask for inspo photos, good AND bad which I thought was cool! I'm so so so happy that Juliana will be with me on my upcoming wedding day. She was really great at coaching poses, which I was super nervous about. She showed photos in real time. Might I add, it's absolutely fascinating what settings on a camera, and someone holding a lighting stick can produce. The photos she showed me in real time looked like the magic that was produced in our viewing album! She was receptive to feedback about how I felt about myself in pics. Me: "My arm looks skinnier but when my hand is on my hip but I don't want to look like I'm trying to be skinny and have the same pose so like um, I don't know what I want." Juliana "I got you! Let's try this!" No hesitation. She also was very purposeful with the photos she took. She wasn't aimlessly snapping her camera with hopes of a good one - she was intentional and thoughtful. Julianas personality was great - engaging, funny, thoughtful. Her lighting assistant Diana (I think that was her name, so sorry I don't quite remember!) was super easy going too and took the direction of whatever vision Juliana had. The support team that emails you is very nice and efficient. I feel bad that I've not gotten back to them nearly as quickly as they replied to me! The original beach we selected Victoria Beach, ended up having super high tide so when we got there, she immediately had Plan B, no time wasted. When we got to the beach, we really wanted a picture with this seal we saw on a rock (from a safe distance of course so as to not bug). It looks like CGI but she got the pic!! She was climbing over rocks and really putting in effort to get good shots! At the end of the shoot I spontaneously wanted to get in the water and she happily snapped some shots and they came out great! (Visible in my post here). If you have any thoughts or concern about the cost or if it's a good idea - ITS THE BEST IDEA, do it!!! Before I ever saw their site (well, stared at it for hours) I never knew this was something I would want, or feel comfortable with. If you're getting married and are unsure because hey, weddings are insanely expensive, remember that your pics with live forever. So just commit, enjoy the process, and look forward to being absolutely in love with the magic this company creates!

Communication was always clear, timely, and professional. They arrived early, stayed until the very end, and coordinated effortlessly with every other vendor and team at our wedding. They even used headsets to stay in sync with each other, seriously next-level professionalism! What really stood out was how much they went above and beyond for us.. without us even asking. When my wife's bridal party was running late, they managed the situation with so much kindness and grace. And throughout the day, whenever we were feeling stressed or overwhelmed, they would subtly play our first dance song during our private photo moments to help calm our nerves. It was thoughtful touches like this that truly made the day feel extra special and that they really cared. They always checked in on us to ask us if we were okay or needed breaks They also made sure all of our must-have photo ops were confirmed well in advance, and helped coordinate everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Their ability to direct and guide with a relaxed energy was exactly what we needed. And then the cherry on top! by the next day (Monday!) they had already delivered sneak peeks that were beautifully edited and ready to share.
