My aunt was requesting a specific candy from her childhood, and the cashier led her over to a small wall in the back! ++ Sugar free, low calorie options are also available! ++ Prices are decent for what you get. Which is what I did. Then he got upset because I went to pay pal. I didn't file a claim I just opened an inquiry to let pal pay know there was a problem. Bert obviously has social issues as I read other complaints where Bert's more interested in proving his point rather than just taking care of his customers. I certainly won't be ordering again and I'll let as many people as I can know what kind of business this is .

I keep getting new notices of delivery dates with what appears to be an exploded box of wood chunks lost in the FedEx system. I have sent emails to Bret, during business hours asking for a refund, the last on Friday, without a response. Next step, I know my credit card will respond on a chargeback request within seconds. I would avoid using this business due to the sheer lack of customer service from the staff. In attempting to communicate with Bert, the business owner, is like dealing with a 5 year old in the midst of an epic tantrum, wanting a blue tube of M&M's and won't stop screaming until he embarrasses his parents enough , they finally break down and gives their brat the M&M's. So sad and pathetic. After nearly a week late delivery attempt, I refused delivery and Bert, the business owner has become unhinged and is now making threats of credit card fraud. I forgot to add, the charge back dispute was successful and my credit card has already posted a full refund. It's hard to believe Bert does not have better and more productive things to attend to, than argue over $39.00.

This year again we received tiny peaches in September. Alidas always had the biggest and best peaches that would arrive ready to eat.
