We still enjoyed some ice cream but definitely were disappointed being that we wanted other things and were there almost half an hour before closing. If you're gonna serve the rest of your customers on site before closing at least fully serve them. Also management I would recommend doing some simple coaching with these employees on professionality and such around closing. I get it I've been there myself but you still have to serve the people in your place to the best of your ability before it shuts down. That's just food business.
