Al ran through a 3 minute set up, but would not answer any questions regarding why settings were entered at specific values. The manual tells you nothing because it is not accurate for this softener. Al is too busy to give good service. When emails are sent to him he gets outraged that he is expected to provide any more service. He then starts to be condescending towards you and is very arrogant. Reading other reviews you see a pattern where Al does the same thing to customers. It's like certain days he gets up on the wrong side of the bed and then takes it out on you. I would never deal with The Water Guy again and especially Al. The guy is all over the place. BEWARE!!

A week ago I had a new toilet installed in my bathroom. After the plumbers left, I noticed a leak…read morecoming from the toilet. I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing.
