Used their web form to request information. They called the next day to set up an appointment the following week. Two days before I got an email to confirm which I did. On day of the appointment they didn't show up. Got an email next day saying they didn't have my phone number and had address as 56XX not the correct 66XX. Attempted to blame me. They coulda saved this with a sincere apology, instead they wanted yo blame me for their errors. Looks like I have to take my chances with someone else. read more

Our new house, built in 1965, came with a weird, confusing array of 4 large tanks plugged into the water system. Several vendors were left scratching their heads; not Quality Water. They took one look and knew exactly what each tank did. Then, they recommended several tests (from another vendor) to see if all of the tanks were necessary. As a result we were able to reduce that mess down to a single tank and a modern filter. Great company. Can not recommend highly enough. read more

A Plumber friend recommended this company as our pipes, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. were showing signs of extreme hard water (common in our area). That was probably 6-7 years ago and although we thought it was a bit pricey for the Kinetico system at first, it has proven to be a great investment. We have never had a problem, until my husband unknowingly put in the wrong kind of salt (crystals, instead of pellets) in the holding tank. Noticing the water wasn't as soft as before, I called to set up a service call. The wonderful lady (Amy, I think) who helped me, walked me through a back flow process to see if it would clear the crystals from the tubing before paying a $125 service call. She then sent me water testing strips (free of charge) to make sure the problem was solved. Her recommendation saved us money and got our system up and working once more. Awesome customer service!
