These guys now call themselves Trademark Mechanical…read more First, let me emphasize that my issues are NOT with the technicians who have been to our house. They have all been polite and, I believe, honest and hardworking. The good stuff stops there. This business is mismanaged. Allow me to elaborate: About three years ago, my wife and I were shopping for a new water heater, as ours was failing. While in the water heater aisle at Home Depot, we encountered a person wearing a "Trademark" logo shirt, asking us if we needed help. This discussion led to a salesperson coming to our home, explaining the various units they (Trademark) sell. We decided on a mid-grade water heater by Bradford White. Technicians arrived as scheduled and installed a Rheem water heater. Once we saw this, we objected. This led to calls to a supervisor who was rude and angry. Evidently, our sale was listed in their records as a "Home Depot" sale and Home Depot does not sell Bradford White water heaters. This bizarre explanation did nothing to solve the issue, as we had made the deal with their salesperson on their forms, signing our names to purchase that particular water heater. So strange! To sum up our experience (and believe me, the above is the short version), it all came down to Trademark having monumentally poor communication. Sales to techs, manager to sales, Trademark as a whole to us. Fast forward to this week (July 2026). We are in the process of selling our home, and the buyer's home inspector determined that our water heater needed to be secured to the wall with seismic straps (the home inspector was wrong, but the buyer wanted it done, so we did it). There was also an issue with the flue being too close to combustible material. We called Trademark to handle the issues since there was a possibility in our minds that they would not charge us for the work. Trademark now uses AI to receive your work order. The AI can only handle one issue, so the tech arrived thinking there was only one task to complete. This led to a second tech having to come out the next day. Both tasks were handled well by the techs. We emphasized to the techs that their report needed to specify what work was performed so we would meet the expectations of our home buyer. They assured us that their notes would adequately cover the needed documentation. Wrong! Trademark did not send us anything, so we called. When you make the selection to speak to someone regarding a service call already placed, you are sent to a call center where you can speak to an actual human. Unfortunately, said human is not a Trademark employee. She did the best she could, but after several calls and incomplete "Invoices", we demanded to speak to a manager. Nope. You can't. The actual employees of Trademark refuse to speak to customers and instead make the young ladies at the call center deal with unhappy customers. What a load of crap. After four phone calls and three incorrect invoices, an unseen, anonymous weasel of a manager actually got the invoice close enough to correct. The managers at Trademark do not deserve your patronage. Please save yourself some trouble and seek service elsewhere.

Buyer Beware! This is a merchant and equipment installation problem. We are being ignored. Our…read morephone calls are not returned. Trademark Heating,Cooling and Electrical of Hayden Idaho has received approximately 26 thousand dollars from us and have left us with two damaged Goodman heat pumps. The aluminum fin coils have been left in a smashed and bent condition potentially damaging the coil tubing. This whole thing started about 2 months ago with the original dysfunctional installation. After more than one return for problems, we are left with damaged merchandise. They are ignoring our calls for appropriate accommodations/action. We are not even certain whether warranties will apply in the future for this equipment because they have damaged it all. Very unhappy. We Want our merchandise appropriately replaced.

Use someone else! Long story short - I hired Trademark mechanical to install a large garage / shop…read moreheater i had purchased. First they pressured me to buy the same unit from them for 4x the cost I paid for it. I obviously said no and just paid them for time and labor to install. They installed the unit crooked on my ceiling, they damaged the brand new unit marring the side and corner, they then proceeded to bring the gas line into my garage at the wrong location so i now have an ugly pipe running along the side of my house that wouldn't have been necessary if they had taken the time to measure and use their eyes, and finally they decided to not seal / paint the exterior piping so now it is rusted. I tend to be a fairly accommodating customer so even though I paid ~$2,600 for this poor service I chose to just be grateful for a working shop heater, paid them and let the annoying elements go, that is until today. I noticed after nearly 2 years (they were supposed to have this inspected as part of the $2600 and they never did or this would have been caught - which is technically illegal) that they had failed to properly install the venting for the 125k BTU unit (very large) and as a result the exhaust was coming into my shop. I called them to ask them to remedy the issue, and they informed me that they would be more than happy to charge me for a visit, and then charge me additionally for a repair. I think it is insane that a "professional" company feels they can do sub-par work, damage peoples personal property, perform an install that leaves the customer open to carbon monoxide exposure, and then feel no obligation to do anything about it. My family, friends, and I will NEVER use Trademark again, and I would certainly suggest you find someone else to spend your hard earned month with.
