Love ent & allergy associates. I usually go to the Yorktown heights office but since the doctor I was seeing there had left I switched to the Middletown office which is about 10 minutes from my house. They told me to get there 15 minutes prior to my appointment because there was paperwork I'd have to fill out which I did arrive early and there was nothing for me to fill out. The receptionist didn't give good directions on where the waiting room was for my doctor so I ended up having to ask 2 additional people before being in the correct waiting room. Not sure why they have so many waiting rooms but they really should have signs up or something for each doctors waiting area to make it easier. The doctor I saw was super nice!! He spent a good 40 minutes with me going over my medical history and everything going on. I will definitely be going back when I need to see an allergist! read more

I wouldn't recommend going to this establishment. Though its seating is numerous and spacious enough to allow for social distancing and the receptionist and nurse I spoke to are nice, there are still issues to be found with how sanitary it is and the attitude of the doctor I went to see to prevent potential future strep-related reinfections after having four or so this year alone, Dr. Massengill. To be specific, respectively so, a receptionist coughed into their hand without using hand sanitizer after doing that, which is especially worth noting since one of their tasks involves handling cards, including IDs and credit/debit cards. Equally bad is how said doctor metaphorically waved away my aforementioned concerns by rather condescendingly stating I hadn't been infected enough to treat them outside of immediate contexts. The icing on the cake came when I asked what I should do if I get infected again and was told to take more anti-biotics, which is what I had been doing... Going here is akin to a dead-end -- it'd be best to find a quality detour to avoid having to realize that personally. read more

Let's start with a pro-tip... if you put the directions into this office, park in the BACK of the building. From there take the elevator to (I think the 2nd floor) and it's right there. This is the mistake me, my husband, and newborn made. We had to come here for my son's tongue tie. We parked in the front, it took us 10 minutes to walk the building and find the office...Thus being 10 minutes late for our appointment, in which they told us because we were 10 minutes late we had to wait an hour (after everyone returned from lunch) for the doctor to see us... This is why I don't recommend this place. As a first time new mom with a 1 month old it was extremely scary. We didn't think to bring and prepare formula, our son was getting hungry, tired, and we couldn't leave and come back because the drive took us 30 minutes to get there. Then when the doctor did see us it only lasted 15 minutes to tell us our son MIGHT grow out of the tongue tie. It felt like we were being punished as new parents just because it took us a few extra minutes to find the place. And the lack of sincerity is why we're giving it a lower rating. read more

Dr Sergey Koyfman at ENT allergy @Middletown location is your typical mainstream doctor. He will diagnose you with an infection (even though its not really one) and prescribe you antibiotic after antibiotic after antibiotic. What annoyed me about him was that he concluded that I must have some superbug thats causing an infection and that I need to wash my hands. Ummm.. I am a clean freak and borderline germaphobe and I didn't even see Dr Koyfman wash his hands between patients. Maybe YOU should wash your hands. He's blaming me for his shortcomings? Unbelievable. Also, doesn't he know that prescribing unnecessary antibiotics can cause superbugs? He is contributing to superbugs by the amount of unnecessary antibiotics he is prescribing. Obviously he didn't help me so I just went to another ENT who said I did not have an infection and is ordering a CT scan. I agree with that ENT but I need to find the root cause of this inflammation Im having. BTW- the building's layout is terrible. It took me 10-15 mins to figure out how to get to Dr Koyfmans office because not all of the elevators take you to that section of the building. Very frustrating and was almost late for my appointment due to the confusing building layout and no special signs or instructions from the office. read more

Never see this Doctor Dr. Sergey Koyfman I was referred to him by my primary care Dr. I had to travel 60 miles to see him I was in & out of the exam room in about 1 minute all he did was look in my lower jaw (mouth) and told me he couldn't help me & to live with my pain and my problem he didn't care. Nice way to treat patients who need treatment. He the worst Doctor I've ever seen. read more

ENT has been an excellent provider for my allergy therapy. I feel very confident in their knowledge. My care has been excellent. They give you the time to speak with them, with any questions you may have. I do not feel rushed. The staff is always very kind, courteous. Always greeted with a smile. The wait time is something I've never experienced, 5 min or less, to see my physician or get my allergy shots. The technicians always check on you to make sure that you are ok and feeling good with your treatment. ENT has exceeded my expectations for my allergy treatment. read more

We were extremely hesitant but after speaking with this physician we have no reservations that he is the one to perform the surgery our son needs. Dr. Mark Driver, is incredibly rude, I was stuck in traffic for over 20 minutes trying to make my 4:30 appointment. Knowing I would be late I called my wife to please let the office know. I walked in at 4:39, signed in at 4:40. When the Dr walked in the first thing out of his mouth, "You missed your appointment, you are lucky we can squeeze you in...." after he spent all of maybe 7 minutes with me, never once making eye contact, just typing away on one of the sloppiest computer setups I have ever seen, he then says, "... make an appointment in a month, now that you know where we are, arrive 10 minutes early, don't be late...." You better hope I never wait longer than 9 minutes past my scheduled appointment time in your waiting room! read more

Great doctors and friendly staff! I always felt that I was treated with care. I highly recommend this office. I was seen by Dr. Massengil, an ENT doctor and then, when we figured out that my problems were more allergic, I also saw Dr. Park, an allergy specialist. Both were very respectful and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I have since started allergy shots, so I will be back frequently. read more

They have great doctors. I just don't like the front check in staff. They are rude. They talk down to you. They refused to call my insurance to find out if I needed a referral. They tell you you will be responsible for full payment when all they had to do was place a call to find out. They alone make me want to take my business elsewhere. I like Dr. Massengill but I'm not sure that I want to be treated that way again. I deserve respect like any other normal person. The check out lady in the front was the only nice person.
