I later found out that this vehicle was in a prior accident. Paying over 33K for a vehicle that was in an accident is crazy and when asked if anything was wrong with vehicle I was told no. Hello my name is Shunta Jones I purchased a car last month on 11/17/23 I have turned in all my paperwork in a timely manner to the agent at this location. I then received a call from capital one stating they were unable to get in touch with the location for some documents. I then went and called to finally get someone to reach back out to capital one. I was then told the paperwork was sent in too late and another credit check was sent in without me knowing for a new application which was approved again. Then when I received a call from Dustin who's a manager who was very rude demanding me to bring my car back or I need to bring in another $900 then he went down to $600. He then stated me moving was the reason and it put me at risk. He then threatened me with a repo and told me it's best to bring the car back and get my money back. I then contacted a manager and was told that if I paid for the repair on the light then I will be reimbursed. Well I did and they ignored me afterwards. Mixed results. I bought two vehicles A RAM 1500 and a CHRYSLER 300C a week apart. The RAM has been wonderful. Have called multiple times on the Chrysler only to be told I'll check with my manager and call back. To me they just want a sell the vehicles and then good bye so long. Enterprise gave a dodge FAB instead of a Chrysler therefore the FAB doesn't do what the correct FAB does. remote start. , start the vehicle with FAB in pocket. but the wrong FAB has to be held on the start button. There has also been an on going electrical issue that the repair shop can not locate. Once again not our problem. If you want a vehicle without customer service after the sale this is your place other wise stay clear because if by chance you get a bad car your stuck like me. . read more

Ok so update from my post made 25 days ago. After calling and calling FINALLY we received my daughter's reimbursement back from the battery she purchased. Now remember the car was purchased back in Nov. it is now Jan 16, 2023 and her temp tags expires Jan 20, 2023 and enterprise has made no efforts to get my daughter her tags. So here is a bit of the back story. Before purchasing the car we asked the salesperson Brittany could the tags be registered in Mississippi due to my daughter being in Med School in that state and her license and insurance aligns with that. Yes no problem she says!! Well either the entire office of personnel is incompetent at the Arlington location or the lady DeDe who has called since December confirming where to send the tags versus where the tags should be registered. If you have it please provide number to corporate because come Friday my daughter will be riding with an expired tags which equAl's a ticket. read more

Hello, I bought a vehicle a week ago. When I was driving the car home from just buying it, I started hearing a noise from the back of the vehicle. I called Enterprise and a car sales men told me I could take it to Nissan and my extended warranty will cover it . So I took my vehicle to Nissan. Nissan notifies me that my two back tires were completely worn and needed to be replaced as well as a wheel alignment, with that news I decided to call Enterprise and inform them with the news about the vehicle. At that time the car sales man said to hold off he will file a claim and have me go to Pep boys. Two days after that call I call him back and he says my claim has been approved and to head over to pep boys (as Enterprise will cover the cost ) I drive over to Pepboys and realize after being there for two hours the claim hasn't been approved!!!!! So now it's been a week that Enterprise has wasted my time!!! No one has notified me and to say the least I'm highly disappointed!!! I want this fixed what else do I need to do to get this situation rectified????? If I don't get an answer soon, I will make sure that I NEVER purchase a vehicle from Enterprise car sales again . read more

Do NOT even attempt to purchase a car here. They say "no-haggle" but that's all they do. They make promises they can't keep and get angry when you don't let them bully you into buying the car THEY want you to buy, not the one you came to buy. I wasted hours there in person and paid $600+ on a rental car and transfer fee to get the car we were interested in moved up from the San Antonio location. We were told our vehicle would arrive within 48 hours and it didn't even get loaded on a truck to come up here until 5 days after they put the order in. Fortunately, while we were on day 4 of waiting, we found the same model vehicle at a local dealership with 3,000 less miles on the odometer for $2500 cheaper. Buying from the dealership, "haggling" with them, and driving off in a new car took less than 2 hours. Thank you, Enterprise! If it wasn't for your horrendous service, I wouldn't have gone somewhere else and gotten a much better deal and excellent treatment. I also forgot to mention that none of our money was refunded, save for them covering the last day of the rental car. I purchased a 2015 ALTIMA from the location in Arlington, TX. There was a mild smell of mildew in the car and i kept trying to figure out where it was coming from. Finally I took to floor mats out and discovered water under the mats. I called the associate that sold the car and she said all they could do was detail the car. The car was transferred from Austin and the associate Jasmyn Otote said she can not be responsible for what another location does but they can detail it. Whether the car came from CA, NY, NV or TN does not matter., you all are one company. I explained to the manager this could cause electrical problems with my power seats. When a customer pays for a car to be transferred and it arrives to your location it should be your obligation to inspect every vehicle to ensure everything is up to standard. A customer should not find water in the car they just purchased. Another issue I had with this associate is she lied regarding a rental reimbursement she said I would get after I made the purchase. Management said he could not do it and not sure why she told me this. This was my second car purchase with this location. Never again. I wish Monica was still with the location, I know I would have received A1 service. She was the reason I went back. read more
