I told Him that I was 98% sure I wanted to purchase the car I found on-line but lived up North and how could we make it happen. My documents were verified electronically, the same day and in less than 1 hour was told I could come and pick up the car tomorrow, a Sunday. My wife and I had been looking at the Enterprise Car Sales website for some time to see available inventory. When we looked, we were blowned away about the quality of cars available for purchase with low mileage and competitive pricing. Because we are Arrrowhead Credit Union members, we decided to go look at the available inventory at the Bloomington location. Before we went, we agreed that we would not buy a car if it the monthly payment and downpayment was higher than what we were willing to pay. We also knew that we wanted to purchase a 2014 large SUV. When we got there, Alex Sosa greeted us, listened to what we were looking for and he showed us the only one they had in stock but we weren't impressed. Alex asked more questions and once he understood our parameters, he invited us to his office, located a newer 2015 SUV at a nearby location and to our surprise, he said he could probably get us approved for the newer vehicle with the downpayment and monthly payment we had in mind. I didn't think it was possible but Alex did his magic and got us approved. Not only did he get us approved, he also promised to pick up the car himself the same day so we could have it that evening. He drove several hours in the rain and he delivered the vehichle that night. When we saw it, we fell in love with it and we drove it to Las Vegas the next day. We are now the owners of a beautiful, fully loaded, 2015 Chevy Suburban 1500 SUV. The buying experience was hassle-free, friendly and enjoyable. We never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. Alex listened to us, he was accomodating and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The only choice we had to make was whether or not we wanted to purchase an extended warranty. We agreed to purchase one but we never felt pressured to do so. Eek! Methinks not is right! I bought a car here a long time ago...it was July 2007 I believe. I worked for Enterprise at the time so I got a good discount and I was young and didn't know any better so I decided to buy a car here. I picked out the car online so all I really had to do was show up and do that paperwork right? WRONG. My sales agent was Charles (probably doesn't work there anymore) and he was awful! He pushed me to get this aftermarket moonroof and worked it into the payments so I didn't pay it all up front. I agreed to it and he didn't say anything more except to drop my car back off at the dealership about a week later. Well as he obviously knew, I was an employee of Enterprise and didn't get off work until 6pm. Oddly enough the dealership closed at the same time. I don't know how a car dealership stays in business that closes so early but that's neither here nor there. Anyway, another rep agreed to stay late for me so I could drop my car off. NOT the sales person who made all the commission off my car sale. He'd already made his money so what did he care right? So I drop my car off, pay for a rental car myself and then go back home. When the car was ready it was the same thing, another person stayed late so I could come get my car. When I got it the tank was completely empty and there were scratches all over the roof of my new-to-me car! I asked about both and they said my car was driven all the way to Los Angeles to get the moonroof put in! WHY? As if there wasn't someone closer who could've done it. And p.s. it doesn't take an entire tank of gas to get from Rialto to LA and back. I asked about the scratches and they said they'd have someone come out to look at it. So this dude comes out, totally hits on me and then says it looks like I drove the car under a tree and hit the branches. Uh, wtf are you talking about? I lived in Palm Springs where the branches of all those bushy palm trees were like 100 ft high. I most certainly did not drive it under a tree! Moron. THEN the lovely aftermarket moonroof that I so obviously needed started to leak whenever it rained in the winter of 2011!! OMG!!!! So that's when I bought my Corolla. It's our second vehicle from Enterprise in Bloomington, and I'm sure we'll be getting another when it's time to trade in my car. This place creeps me out. Went last year with my friend to get a car and she wasn't able to get one. They are strict on credit scores here. Very strict. The guy who helped us out was a nice guy named Coleman. My friend ended up giving Coleman her number when he asked for it. We referred my sister to him a few months ago and it was a mess. She said Coleman was trying to hit on her the whole time and she saw him blow a kiss to the lady that also worked there. So unprofessional but it will make for a lot of business if you have an office full of men who sale cars by hitting on women! No haggle as far as prices... This has been the worst car buying experience of my life! I was in a car accident needed a replacement. Coleman is what he says he is a car sales man. He promised to fix certain items on my car and kept rescheduling and saying he forgot and that he did not work that day (I have the emails to prove it ).I finally did bring it in on a Saturday not telling him I was coming because I didn't want to get put off again. He was condescending and telling me nothing was wrong with the vehicle mind you he did not get underneath the hood and check the transmission he didn't listen to my request regarding the Bluetooth not working properly. The front fender fell off and he blamed my driving and said "well you must of hit something." It had worn from from use. He he continued to say "what do I expect it's a used car?" When he was selling it to me the car it was well-kept and it's former owner was a little lady from Pasadena. This man had taken advantage of my desperation to purchase the car. Then when I called him out on his lies and said I was going to write my story on Yelp he tried stop in me from leaving by putting his hands on me then my car. I had to use profanity to make him let go of my car door. Not His coworkers nor his managers intervened I felt helpless. When I left they blew up my phone Coleman send me an email asking me to bring the car and I never want ever see that man again! I bought my very first car today. I walked in nervous, and even a little bit stressed, expecting to be dragged through the whole "car salesman" motif that is the horror of most car buyers. I was pleasantly surprised when, even though my mother and I arrived twenty minutes before the place opened, an employee named Corey invited us right in and talked us through the whole process. He asked what our expectations were, what our deal breakers were, and so on - then, he came back five minutes later with a list of cars fitting the information. He found me the absolute perfect car, a 2012 Nissan Versa, and patiently walked me through all of its features. During the test drive, he was calm and engaging. Throughout the paperwork process he kept us dialed in and entertained, talking about everything from the car to old school teachers. I had a fantastic experience in buying my first car, and it was largely thanks to his excellent customer service and amiable personality. He even put some extra gas into the car for me. That being said, no time was wasted. I am so thankful for the wonderful experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Rialto. My credit union recommended them, and I was reluctant at first because I didn't want to get haggled and 'sold' by a salesman on a car that had had multiple drivers. But from the minute I spoke to the first Enterprise sales associate, Alex, the professionalism was clearly evident and completely different than car dealerships. At Enterprise there was no pressure and the car had been excellently maintained. I took the car to the Hyundai dealer and paid for my own vehicle inspection and they said the car was perfect.
