I purchased a car with lots of problems that I found out about a month or two after I purchased it. It got so bad that I was replacing major parts almost every month until finally, the transmission started to go out six months later. I am very disappointed. I returned the car voluntarily requesting a civil agreement that I would not ask for my money back, but I didn't want it on my credit, but of course I'm not getting any response. I've been told that "I signed a contract "by the "manager ", however, I purchased a car that was a major lemon and would have qualified under the "lemon law ". My update I contacted the automotive repair bar and gave all my evidence and I took the car in I refinanced it as well and my windshield is fixed they say they didn't find no codes on the car but I seen pending codes but they stated they didn't have any so we will see if the light comes back on again cause I had to ask them what were the codes that were on the car and they still didn't check until I had ask when I was taking the car home I still didn't get no new contract or I didn't have to sign a new contract as well which I found very odd and Fernando I had to ask him for an invoice of the repairs he left out that they say there were no codes so the invoice I had to help him make when I signed it I wrote that it had pending codes and I wrote the codes down for him I couldn't get no money back so I'm glad I got it refinanced and the payment is like 100 dollars cheaper but I'm still buying a car for 16,000 and the blue book is only 6,000 read more

Said they needed to do an inspection on my vehicle before giving me my plates. Took my car to the back for 30 minutes if not more and came back saying "topped your fluids, made sure everything is okay" shook my hand. that was completely a lie. they erased a code on my tire pressure monitor and did not top anything. My windshield fluid warning light started flashing a day after the "inspection" and is persistent. Tire pressure sensors are more than likely out of battery and have been out of battery since the first day i drove off the lot. oil was past due by a couple thousand miles (months late) and had to change it myself after i smelled the engine burning and my mpg was absolutely terrible. Thought they would at least change the oil, top the fluids, have decent tires on but none of the above. read more

All was well till now mind you I got the car in March. Needed an oil change after about a month went into dealership was given the free one after a yelp review then about a month after that a piece fell off my door they fixed it took 3 guys and 1.5 hours but it was fixed thennnn where do I begin the car wouldn't start the car continues to leave me and my kids stranded check engine light is on. I have called this place 4-5 times to speak to someone in the "shop" only for them to pick up 10 mins later to say someone will call me back NEVER HAVE THEY! I get a call from good ol sorry ass Leonard demanding payment when I addressed him with my concerns and where we could meet half way for my car to get checked out and how much does he think I'm going to be paying out of pocket and of course he avoids all questions and demands payment again how can you help me I need a car just like you bud nothing got solved took to my mechanic he said tranny is going out which I figured. I bought a car from this car dealership and when it was paid off I was expecting the title to be mailed to me taking them off as lien holders to my vehicle, never received anything, then I call months after and they state that they need to notarize a paper stating they aren't the lien holders on my vehicle, well that never happened. purchased vehicle with an already high agreed upon monthly payment that I was told would be split in two bi-weekly payments. after two months of payments I received a notification that my payments were behind. Once I was in contact with them. They further explained that it was every 14 days which mean I was actually making three payments in one month which totaled out to $900 in most months after struggling to maintain the car payment I did a voluntary repossession, while still in good standing with my payments, after they took possession of the vehicle, I continued to get hits on my credit for missed payments for three months and called to talk to them multiple times with no return call back. After finally speaking to someone after the third month of reporting on my credit, I was told that that was going to happen due to the repossession, which also is now showing on my credit which is fine, but why the continued dings of missed payments three months in a row when I don't even have the vehicle and it's showing that the account is closed on my credit. Beware of this company. They are complete scam artists and liars and they don't care what they do to your credit. read more

Worst experience ever. I let them know what I had available for a down payment before I came in. Even sent all of my pay stubs and banking info. Asked about the amount I had for a down payment even! The only reason I went to logix was because I was 18 and nobody else would sell me my first car with no credit. That's about the only good thing I have to say about them. As for the rest, they leave you on hold on the phone for 45 minutes just to answer the phone and transfer you for another 20 minutes to then hang up the phone while you're still waiting. The managers threw me around to each other like bad parents would. The managers don't know anything about cars and that's kind of mind blowing to me. Not to mention I brought my car in multiple times for ONE problem that they never fixed but seemed to charge me almost 700 dollars to do who knows what. When I told them the problem wasn't fixed but I was charged they told me they can't do anything about it. It's like pulling teeth to get an answer out of anybody here. -1/10 would not recommend! read more

I purchased my vehicle from this place and they made me feel they were helping me out by selling me a vehicle that has given me nothing but issues since 2021. After I first purchased my vehicle, they tell me a few months later that I would need to take time to take it in for a DMV check of my vehicle. Was my car sold to me without being safe to drive? I had just started a position with my job and could not take time off work to go do what they should have done before selling me my car. Almost a year later they finally agreed to come and pick up my car so I would not have to take time off work. Great, finally I am getting my plates. Nope! Now they want to charge me almost $400 to get my registration and license plates. List of issues with my car, paint peeling, consistent oil leak, vehicle does not lock properly (since a few weeks after I bought it) meaning sometimes i worry my vehicle could be stolen, I got pulled over for no plates and guess what? I got a ticket! These guys are horrible with customer service. I do NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here! Check the car, don't be fooled just because you need a car. They will lie and not be true their word!!! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more
