    Staff at front desk, maintenance team, and sales team are very professional and will take care of business with courtesy. Clean floor, display is in good condition throughout. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

I did elect to add on a few of the extended warranties, which as luck would have it I actually got to use when my AC went out a few days ago. I called in to speak to someone and confirm if my warranty would cover it. The manager who took my call confirmed and was great, transferred me to the service department and Jeff was ALSO amazing. In the past I've felt like getting an appointment at the dealer is like pulling teeth, but they were happy to fit me in the next day. Appointment was smooth and efficient, I felt like they were more than happy to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. I could not be more grateful! My only negative is that I had reached out multiple times a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my infotainment system. Several no-answers later and I did get an email from a woman who was not at all helpful, so I just gave up. I literally just want to give you my money, so I really shouldn't have to beg.

He said this was their policy despite also saying 4-5 times it would cost him nothing to fix. Made me concerned about what else they don't fix unless someone notices it. He also said water getting into the chip/crack and freezing (putting the integrity of the windshield at further risk) wasn't a worry because the chip was too small, which is just fundamental misunderstanding of how liquid works. Bought the car and the repair person confirmed the chip would have gotten worse if not addressed so the manager really didn't know what he was talking or was lying about it.

I had taken it to O"Riley and tested myself prior so I new the problem but they insisted they had to do an inspection which I found out was a list of repairs per the manual which were recently completed, just don't trust what my costs would have been after they quoted me $600 to do the repair. I went elsewhere, who did an engine check while I waited and it was free.

To top it off, the last time I was in, I heard one of the female employees offer to drive an older gentleman back to his house so he didn't have to sit there all day long. Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. I'm not religious and was originally worried that I might feel uncomfortable coming here, but it's been nothing but a positive experience all around!

I already felt guilty for coming in sort of late, but they didn't give me any shit for it, or for my cousin who came in later needing an oil change too. Even though they closed at 7 which was when my car was finished, they are still providing work to get hers done. Definitely appreciate that. I had called before hand about coupons & different locations but regardless they still took care of us both without complication. Inside is clean & comfortable. Good spot to chill & wait with snacks & drinks available. This auto care shop I'm making my primary. And one I would recommend to everybody!

The pricing here is ridiculous since they quoted me 4x what other places actually charged me. I had to call around to a few places to see what the average price would be to fix my blend door actuator. I ended up going to Midas and they charged me around $200 but honest1 gave me an estimate of way more I couldn't believe it. It is a convenient location and easy to make an appointment though so if you have the money for it then this place is for you but if you do not want to be overcharged Midas has always been great to me.

The first repair went okay, which is why I gave two stars and came back when a loud front-end noise started. I dropped the car off and Jeff informed me it needed tie rods and a rear left bearing. I specifically asked for a call because the noise was extremely loud and hard to miss--I wanted to be sure the diagnosis was solid before approving work. I picked up the car the next day. The noise was exactly the same. Spending money on unnecessary repairs is frustrating--especially after making a proactive effort to avoid that exact outcome. (Some shops will cover additional labor when misdiagnosis happens. Torys does not.) At that point, I got second opinions on my own. Other professionals pointed to a failed ball joint. I relayed this to Tory's and scheduled the repair. After dropping it off again, I was told the issue was fixed. On my way to pick it up, I received a text stating the noise was gone--but that the upper ball joints were worn and clunking and would need to be replaced soon. No one called to ask if I wanted that done while the car was already there. That would have saved labor. When I asked why, I was told it was due to "affordability"--which didn't make sense after I had just paid for their misdiagnosis that didn't fix the problem. I was also told parts were delayed two days and they assumed I wanted the car back. At that point, the timeline was already off due to the initial misdiagnosis. They said they missed the ball joint due to "cold weather," even though temps in Minnesota the week of 04/20/2026 - 04/25/2026 were mild. No ownership of their mistake. The oldest rule in the book: If you're not asking, it's always a no. If you come here, be prepared-- you will have to pay for any possible mistakes on their part and you may spend more time and money than necessary. I hope your experience is better than mine. P.S. My key fob was returned in poor condition than I left it.
