My husband and I went to this dealership today because my husband has been looking for a Nissan Frontier quad cab for quite some time. We had driven by their lot a few months ago and saw that they had several but they were a bit out of our price range at the time. However, we knew that they were one of their fleet vehicles so I have been keeping an eye on them. Today was the day! My husband found the truck he had been looking for and it was in our price range. Our salesman, De' Ontre, was incredibly friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable. The process was very smooth and actually was a lot faster than I recall previous car buying experience is to be. When I called De' Ontre not five minutes before I knew the dealership was about to close, he did not rush me or seem annoyed and answered my question with no problems. From start to finish and even after we were home, he took great care to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. Initially I had a great experience buying my car. The price was right, the process was easy, and Patrick my salesperson was delightful. 2 months in and my car engine needs A $6,000 repair due to engine failure and enterprise doesn't want to cover it under the powertrain warranty that is offered with every car sale. They told me my warranty was cancelled and have not provided much assistance to correct the error or a rental while I've been without a car for 3 weeks. I have a 6 month old at home and don't have the time or the resources to fight everyday with the staff about an issue enterprise caused. I don't blame the salesperson. I blame management for not following up or accommodating for the situation. They clearly don't care. Fuck this company. I'll make it my hobby to tell people how shitty this place is. read more

If I could put a negative star I would. Dealing with this place has been my worse experience ever! They messed up my car registration when I bought it. I found out due to a police officer debating if she was pulling her gun on me because she thought the car was stolen. I've been fighting them to get the paperwork correct for 3 weeks now. I wasn't able to drive my illegal car so they so kindly gave me a rental "for free". They told me I needed to get insurance on it or if anything happened I'd be charged out of pocket. So I begrudgingly did and told them since I only had a rental because they messed up that I would be giving them that bill right back when we were done and they claimed I wouldn't be charged. Well they now taken over $600 out of my account for the insurance that was "my choice" and will not refund it. They also will not give me my original registration because its "inconvenient" for them to drive 20 mins down the road to get it and that I should just except the copy. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elentra from this place with all the bells and whistles and warranties. People seemed great and friendly and I was happy, although we talked about the limited version I ended up with the SE (already made transaction) etc so I wasn't going to not just keep the vehicle. Moving forward as you can see in the photo the handle is messed up the lil key piece has come off and they are telling me that I'm pretty much sol and I've had nothing but issues with this car since I got it doesn't matter how small it's been several things. Also had a tire that came on the vehicle when I got it go completely flat due to dry rot, though that's not covered in my lifetime warranty that I pay for my tires (only potholes etc) How am I responsible for a tire that came like that now this has happened, headlight went out when I first got it, I've had the breaks replaced since then still making noise. Not to mention the hard shutter the car does and how it sounds like the right side w hen I'm turning is grinding the wheel well which I've brought to their attention but I'm told to just ride it out till whenever since I have warranties Also make sure you collect names otherwise they act clueless. read more

I would seriously urge you not to purchase from this do-nothing dealership. I bought a vehicle from this Enterprise location in July 2020. After weeks with no updates on when I would receive my vehicle license and registration (to replace the temporary plates and registration), I attempted to contact the person in charge of those matters by phone and email, with absolutely no response. After further weeks without a response, I spoke over the phone with other members of this dealership. Not one of them offered any assistance. The closest thing to help I was given was being told that "it could take up to 90 days to complete the process". It is now January 2021, it has been over 150 days since I purchased my vehicle, and still no plates or updated registration, and no communication from any employee to provide information. I am stuck driving with expired temporary plates and vehicle registration, which I am sure puts me at risk of citation. I walk into the office around 10:15 am and am greeted and welcomed right away. Had a great conversation with the finance person (so sorry I can't remember her name), Marcus, and ultimately the salesman Jahi. Everyone was very nice and informative and I felt this was going to be it. I was told that the car I wanted had been sold and they proceeded to show me other cars I might like. Cool, no problem, I'm not against options. After I was waiting for a while, they couldn't find the key. "How do you sell cars and don't know where the key is?" I asked myself. "Well there's a lot of different people showing cars, maybe someone misplaced them," I answered. It's a Saturday, I don't have a lot to do today but buy a car, so I waited. I was then told the car I wanted had in fact not been sold and is on the way to the location I was. Great, perfect! I'm 2.5 hours in and they tell me that the people who had an appointment to buy the car (and are paying cash) are also there. So you had me waiting over 2 hours and I have not seen, touched, sat in, driven a single car and now the people that are schedule to buy the car are here??!! BOY/GIRL BYE! They initially didnt take down any of my information, but were sure I had the application before even seeing a car. They tried to get my contact information in case the car didn't get sold, but it was too late. I then drove to the Lanham location and will be buying a car from them hopefully next week. I am still happy to give Enterprise my business because they are great, but I have no time for games at this location. read more
