    Here's my new Jeep!
    Terry T.

After being the victim of a hit and run by an unlicensed 16 year old driver, I needed a new car. However, due to financial difficulties beyond my control, I was very limited as to what I could purchase. I found a silver 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Sports and Imports during an online search, and I reached out to them to see if it were still available. Mr. Rob answered my call and invited me to come take the Jeep for a test drive, which I did and found it to be an excellent truck. I had a Jeep sold out from under me by HI LO auto sales on Rt.40, so I was worried the same thing may happen here while waiting on paperwork to come back, but Mr. Rob assured me that the owner, Mr. Gus said he'd hold the Jeep for me, and he held to his word. Which in today's world is rare! But more welcomed than they could ever know. They held my Jeep for me, and if that wasn't enough, they got me a loan with 2% lower interest than HI LO offered, saving me thousands of dollars! I've had the Jeep for about 2 weeks now, and it's a wonderful truck! It isn't the Charger I came from, but I love it! I can not say good enough about Sports and Imports, Mr. Rob, Mr. Max and the owner Mr. Gus but I can tell you if you're looking for a reasonably priced, decent used car or truck, give Sports and Imports a call, and you won't be sorry!

    2012 Ram 1500

I was in a rush between leaving work and going to school . I had called when I left work and told them I was trading my car in and I wanted a ram 1500 and was tight on time . I pulled up and was greeted at the door to have my trade in looked at . With in 10 minutes I was walking the lot looking at rams . Test drove the one I liked and was driving off the lot within the hour ! Great customer service and employees that make it a easy process . I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle !

Our sons new car! Excellent condition and awesome value.

The cars all have a "Certified Pre-Owned" sticker on them even though they are sold as is. They wouldn't let me take the car to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, but offered to pull the Maryland service inspection records for me, which I agreed to. Nope turns out they couldn't do that either, it would take over 24 hrs. They offered to let me take it to a mechanic of their choosing for an inspection, which they would pay for out of the kindness of their hearts. Highly suspect. As we were working through all of that, they broke down the numbers on the car I was looking at, trying to sell me all kinds of add-ons. When I said I didn't want any add-ons, they said they couldn't sell me the car without add-ons. Period. I walked out. Some very shady tactics going on here that could cost people a lot of money. Be warned.

First call was answered with a clumsy and immediate hang up. Ok, we are all human and things happen. I call back. (Now would be the time to say 'Gosh I'm sorry. I think I accidentally disconnected you a moment ago. Nope!) I ask about the truck I'm interested in and what time the 'dealership' (I lose the word cautiously after having seen the business in person) will open the next day. I'm told they open at 9:00 and the truck is set up to be seen by two other people. One at 8:00 and one at 11:00. Popular truck it seems and they are apparently opening the doors early for some lucky customer. Must be a friendly place! So since we live about 90 minutes away I ask if she can call us after that first appointment so we know if the truck is still for sale. She agrees. Meanwhile we found a few other trucks in the area we felt were worth the drive to see so we made plans to make the trip to the area the next morning. Now the next morning we made our way to Glen Burnie and visited a few car lots before heading over to Prime Autos. I'm watching the time and I haven't heard anything from the woman I spoke with the evening prior (I'm assuming that would be Dee Bognar) so we show up on the lot. Its just before 11:00 about this time. We look around and suddenly a woman comes out with an approach as if we are trespassing in some way .... "You need something?!" She's not very friendly at all. I explained that we were interested in the F250 they had advertised, never mentioning our phone conversation from the previous day. She tells us its sold. Now I'm a bit confused so I reminded her, "Yeah I spoke with you last evening and you were going to call me if you sold it this morning but I guess you forgot." She is obviously agitated with me and lets me know that she didn't forget, she was waiting for the customer to go to get their financing in place. Mind you .... there was no F250 in sight!! Wonder if there ever was. This is a sketchy business with a very rude and unprofessional staff of what seems to be one person. And while their website has a finance application tab, I would't fill that out! They obviously don't offer on site financing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wouldn't buy a truck from them if they were selling it for a dollar!!

Well my Jeep has a problem and my other vehicle came with a broke passenger mirror and the rear defroster didn't work from the start. When we bought the Toyota vehicle we were told a new mirror would be purchased for the vehicle. Well after many phone calls and text all we got was "I forgot to order it" and other BS. And the rear defroster never got fixed because they said they couldn't tell it wasn't working because when we took it to the dealership do to the temperature outside you couldn't turn the defroster on to see that it didn't work as if we were going to lie about a broke defroster and our word wasn't good enough that the defroster wasn't working. Now the dealership went out of business and were going to have to take the owner to small claims court. So if you bought a vehicle from Prime Auto in Glen Burnie and have a issue with you vehicle your also going to have to take legal action against the owner. I thought a Veteran dealing with another Veteran you could trust them and there word and handshake. I guess being a used cars salesman does something to a person's integrity.

For more than 10 years, I had wanted a Subaru Crosstrek, and the moment I drove it, I knew it was the right car for me. Over the years, I've purchased vehicles from Toyota, Nissan, Jeep, and Volvo dealerships. None of those experiences were particularly memorable--good or bad. Unfortunately, my experience with i.g. Burton stood out for all the wrong reasons. The test drive itself was excellent. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and the experience up until that point was exactly what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment we left the dealership. We were bombarded with aggressive phone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails. I've heard stories about pushy car salespeople, but I've never experienced anything remotely like this. What was even more surprising was that when I explained why I wasn't interested in continuing the conversation, the salesperson repeatedly argued with me. Not once or twice, but several times. At one point, she even told me she would give me zero stars as a customer. I've never had a salesperson speak to me that way, and I found it both unprofessional and baffling. In the end, we purchased our Subaru Crosstrek from another dealership. They provided an honest, transparent offer, respected our decisions, never pressured us, and had us in and out of the dealership in about an hour. i.g. Burton should take a close look at how its sales staff interacts with potential customers. A great test drive experience means very little if customers are driven away by aggressive and confrontational sales tactics. They lost this sale not because of price or product, but because of the way they treated a customer after the test drive.
