I booked a rental for a business meeting, because we have a corp. account and are to use enterprise exclusively. While in route to pick up my car, I receive a phone call stating they had no cars. I told them I had a reservation and I was only 5 minutes away. When I arrived my attention was first to the nice little putting green that the team had set up in the customer lobby to use rather than work with enterprise clients on their reservations. I was then greeted with "Kyle told you we didn't have anything, there is nothing we can do." After repeated attempts to get him to offer some solution from any enterprise in the Greater Seattle area and that we had a reservation and a corporate account, I received another passionate "This happens all the time, you could rent 100 vehicles right now and the system would let you and I would tell you no on every one". When I asked why didn't you call me earlier, so I could make other arrangements, he said "I don't know". I called Customer Service and was told the Reg. Mgr would contact me..? read more

They hit my own personal car in their parking lot and now they are taking me to insurance saying I hit them...AFTER they apologized and said sorry they hit me and don't worry about paying for your rental car. Through an already tough year my cars son died. I needed a car and rented one from here end of November. I had the car until yesterday and upon returning I asked if there was somehow they can work with me to continue renting another car with some sort of discount, promotion, or loyalty? His direct answer was we have nothing on special so no. As he hands me my bill for $720. And I pay in full. He then proceeded to ask if I need a ride somewhere. I said oh yes please to Woodinville. Mind you it's probably 6 miles away....at most. He looks at me and says oh no I mean somewhere right around here.....I personally feel after renting a car for so long I may have had a little wiggle room for assistance. read more

Dropped off my rental car because my car was in the shop. The dealership is more than a mile away, and Enterprise didn't offer any sort of drop-off service (Enterprise normally has this option and it says they do on their website), which left me to walk over a mile in the rain to get back to my car. if you need a rental car PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!! The manager Camden is rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about his customers. Just so everyone out there knows there is a $200.00 Deposit that the don't tell you about when you reserve a car. I asked for the corporate number and he wouldn't even give me that. after looking things up online I got a number and called, I was told someone would call me back and I still have yet to get a call. After all this I started to read the reviews and now I see why A LOT of them were bad. The only saving grace of this whole experience was Braven. My husband had to leave town for an emergency and the place was a zoo. He waited almost 35 minutes to get a car and went home to drive to Spokane. At that time it turns out the emergency was averted and he didn't need the car after all. He waited to return the car because the place was so busy. After bringing the car back later, the employee Kaitlyn, I think, still didn't charge us!! A class act on a very stressful day. read more

Had a reservation through the office at the Lee Johnson dealership for at least a week and they DIDN'T HAVE A CAR AVAILABLE FOR ME ON SITE. How bad at your job do you have to be to pull that off?! Ditto about the bad customer service. I booked online a car for this weekend. Enterprise is known for the pickup. So i called the Kirkland office to arrange it. However, the person whom I talked to was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. He said they couldn't pick me up since they do not do pickups on Saturday. He also said they tried to contact me but I didn't give my phone number, which is not true, since i see my phone number on the receipt. Maybe their ordering system doesnt send it over to them, i don't know. I ended up cancelling the rental car. read more

The problem is that company making good money on lies. My insurance confirmed my word. Also google confirms that too. I'm not pro of the cars, but I can do basic research. They will rent you a compact car as a mid-size car and a mid-size as a full-size car. read more

I ended up renting for one day while my car was getting work done . 3 stars for customer service & ease of reservation. -2 stars for the type of car I ended up with- I asked for the smallest car available, I ended up getting a mini van which is all that they had that was clean & available. Im 5'2" and a huge/heavy minivan was extremely difficult for me to drive. Also - when I rented w/a debit card they put an extra $100 deposit, and asked me a bunch of personal questions- who my employer was, 2 references, etc. I get they are trying to cover their bases, but it just seemed extremely unnecessary for a one day rental. read more

Enterprise in Kirkland. 1-10-14 Sean {sp} was absolutely wonderful in his customer service and taking care of my need to get back to Rairdon for my car pick-up. He definitely has very fine customer skills and is able to converse with the customers on a personal level. Having been in retail for 34 years, I admire this and give him a 5 star rating for customer service. Another reason for me to continue to use Enterprise in my travel plans. read more

We needed a rental while our car was in the shop across the street and Geico sent us to this location. Not only were they super nice, but they upgraded us to a much nicer car at no charge. The car was extremely clean inside and ran just fine. The only issue with the location is that depending on the time of day the parking lot can be quite full and is very tight to turn around in. read more

I rented a Dodge Dart over the Thanksgiving weekend while I had family in town. The staff at my Kirkland neighborhood Enterprise were very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The car was ready and clean, it was an ok car for a few days. Hopefully not Dodge's best effort. The car was a no smoking car, but someone apparently thinks that rule applies to others as it smelled like cigarettes. Nonetheless I certainly would rent from them again just not that car. read more

Watch out for these guys! Dropped my car off at a body shop, and they promptly picked me up. They assured me that they would be reimbursed by my insurance company since I have loss of use coverage. Well what do you know... I used the car for for 2 days, and these guys charged me for 5 days. I called and Spoke with Dan the manager, and he said that if I had any issues it was between me and my insurance company - there was nothing that he would do! Why charge for more days than I used the car??? Why were they so keen to promise dealing with the insurance company before I picked up the car, and then leave it to me to deal with them after the fact? read more

I booked a full size sedan because we were travelling with family and wanted some roomier sedans. I got a Chrysler 200 which felt more like a midsize sedan and passengers in the backseat were cramped for space. The other option I had was for a coupe which wouldn't fit my needs. The car itself was not super driver friendly but that's not Enterprise's problem though. Check in process took a while but understandable due to long weekend. I have had much better experiences in other Enterprise locations were I got the car size I booked or sometimes even a free upgrade to another car. read more

The vehicle I expected was ready, clean, and I was on my way for the price I agreed to online. Worst experience ever! It's already a stressful situation to have our car damaged and family injured in the car accident (which is 100% other driver's fault). In order to get a car same class as our damaged car, we called up Kirkland and they told us it's available and come to pick it up. When the injured family member went and pick it up, staff told us they don't have it. When trying to resolve the situation, Kirkland's branch manager (Joe) was rude and ineffective in getting his job done and threatened to take the car the injured family member was driving away. The heartless and cruel treatment of customers sickens me greatly. read more

Let me preempt with saying that we have rented many a vehicles over the years, from various locations and various companies. We know the process, we know the rules and we know what to expect. Let me tell you, we was blown away by the efficiency and curtesy displayed by this particular location!!! Everything from the reservation (there was a computer snafoo that created a problem they fixed at once ) to the return of the car, nothing but A-1 Service with attention to details and a delivered with a friendly and caring demeanor !!!! This is a review of Enterprise Rental Car Company, specifically in Kirkland, Washington. I was tasked with a job of driving the shuttle bus I normally drive for work to a location in Kirkland, Washington to have a new paint job done for a rebranding of the location I drive the bus for. It was arranged in advance by my employer to have a rental car reserved so that I might get back to Bellingham, Washington to retrieve my car and get home. When I called the Enterprise location to get picked up, I was put on hold for a couple minutes, while on hold I listened to the recorded advertisement for the company, which repeated over and over, with the main theme being "we pick you up"..."relax and leave it all to us". When the agent came back on the line I explained who I was and that I was calling to get picked up, he then informed me that they don't actually do that on Saturdays, as they are understaffed and too busy. I explained that my employer had arranged this rental car specifically because I would need to be picked up from the shop where the bus was to be painted. I also explained that I had no other form of transport to get to them to get the car. At that point the agent relented and said they would pick me up. Once he had and had brought me back to their office, another agent "the manager" asked for my driver's license which I provided to him. He entered it into the computer and then announced that I was on the "do not rent to list", I asked what was he talking about and he said I had an outstanding balance with Enterprise from 2011 and that they would not be able to rent to me until that was paid. I had rented a vehicle in 2011 and had prepaid for the rental IN FULL. I never received any additional bill in the mail, never received a phone call, never had anything appear on my credit report, and was never contacted by collection of any kind. All of which I told him, and he said I would have to take that up with his corporate office which would be open on Monday (this was Saturday). The actual rental was being procured by my employer who is a nation wide company and the billing information had been provided by my employer, I was only listed as the driver of the vehicle. This did not matter to these agents in this Kirkland office, they reiterated that I would have to pay my balance before they would "rent me the car". I was now stuck 90 miles from my home. Attempts were made to obtain another car from other rental car companies in the area, but there were none available. So while all of the options of transport for me to get home were being exhausted and subsequently another employee of the company had to drive down from Bellingham, 90 miles to pick me up and return to me my vehicle and home. This all took 6 hours, 3 of which I spent in the parking lot of Enterprise where I was told to move twice by the manager to smoke a cigarette, ending up across the parking lot, and the office closed while I waited in the parking lot, all without another word to me. I strongly advise anyone contemplating using Enterprise Car Rental to NOT. Find someone else to give your business to. read more

Just want to say thank you for going the extra mile. I had a problem with Rairdons Dodge dealership not performing the service. The representative at Enterprise was very helpful. It was just before closing when the problem occurred. The agent took me to the dealership after Enterprise was closed. Then my car was not ready and he took me back to enterprise and reopened to get me another car. I'm sure he had better things to do but he did it all with a smile on his face.
