This is the worst experience I've had renting a car. In late June my wife and I personally went one month prior to the date we needed a 7 passenger SUV. We met there the two employees who work there and we felt we had a good rapport. We shared with both our plans and had a few laughs. We explained that we were having friends and family coming to visit, and that they were arriving in Vancouver, Canada. They told us they had plenty of options, and at that moment they had 3 models to choose from. I gave them my credit card number to reserve the vehicle and left, feeling that these two guys were kind and professional. The scheduled day we went to pick up the SUV, and the younger clerk greeted us. I gave him my reservation number and he said he found it, and then he mentioned the cars he had available, none of them a 7-passeneger SUV. I asked in disbelief if he was joking as my family and friends were already in Vancouver. He said he was not. He said that the previous day they rented out the last 7-seater and then he said he could offer me a pick-up truck. Was he mocking me? I then asked what options did I have, and he replied that I could call another Hertz location. I started to lose my temper, and reminded him that my family was already waiting for us to travel to Canada, pick them up and spend a few days there. He said he didn't remember ever talking to me and that I was being rude by raising my tone, and that "we are not going nowhere with that attitude". To which I replied, "we came here a month ago, reserved a specific type of vehicle, you said you had plenty, we shared our plans with you both, and you simply ignored our reservation and let another customer take the car we reserved, and you are the victim? You're not even offering any solutions. Could you at least write the number of the other Hertz locations?" At this time, the other clerk, and old looking guy, was just looking away, he remained silent the whole time pretending he wasn't there. These two guys should be fired, they never apologized and acted like snooty school girls. Don't rent cars from this location. You are going to be seriously disappointed. Showed up to pick up my reserved car, but they didn't have a car for me. The conversation was something like this: Me: "Hi, I'm ---- I have a reservation." Them: "Oh okay. Did someone call you?" Me: "No, why would they have called me?" Them: "Oh we don't have a car for you." After that the suggestion was that I try another location. A reservation is a promise on both sides. I promise to pick up the car and they promise to have it available. When I called the corporate line (and after I got past the AI and waited 20 minutes), the response I got was effectively 'yeah, that happens.' No attempt to make it right - just a verbal shrug. Five hours later the Kirkland location called me to let me know they finally had a car. At that point, I'd already moved on and made other plans. This is the second time this has happened to me at this Hertz. I'll be avoiding this location and Hertz in general after this. read more

Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a rental car place! They were so friendly and accommodating and gave me a discount on a bigger car when they didn't have the one I booked. The car we ended up with was a brand new 2025 jeep compass that was a dream to drive! Since the car was new the system wouldn't let him give us the deal so he actually refunded us so he could give us the price he promised! The process of picking it up and dropping it off was quick and easy plus when my friend accidentally left something in the vehicle, the staff went above and beyond to get the item back for her going as far as to track it down and have the car brought back to get the item for us! I'm not sure why the ratings are so bad but if I could give a higher rating than 5 I would! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Reserved a 12-passenger van for my daughter's birthday party. Several days before, I called to confirm. They said they can't get the car. I ask them how do we get all the kids to the party? They have no idea. Not their problem, apparently. I asked some more, and apparently their Standard Operating Procedure is to look for the van two days before the reservation. And if they can't get one, they just cancel on you. Would they call? Judging by the other reviews, probably not. So that's the level of customer service and car you can expect from this place. we called to make sure that we needed everything to make sure that we could get our car and they said to us last minute that the card that we booked with has to be physically there even though we called on the phone to ask if there was anything else to bring. We made a reservation for a 1pm pick up. When we got there, the office was closed, we had to call a number to reach them. When we called, the guy who picked up the phone was outside cleaning another car. (Our reservation was at 1pm, we arrived at 12:45.) We told him we had a reservation, pick up at 1pm. He then tells us that we need to come back in an hour! Fyi- you are paying by the hour for this rental. We asked him why cause our reservation was made for 1pm. He said that he was the only person working today and he hasnt been able to take a break or lunch so he was going to take a lunch before getting our vehicle ready for us. Totally unacceptable! I understand you havent taken a break or lunch but why wasnt our cleaned or ready in advanced? After a long while talking to him and telling him we needed the car, he finally agreed to get our car ready for us. The car wasn't cleaned or sanitized yet, so he spent maybe about 8 min to clean the car. Then, you know when you reserve a car, they always provide you a pamphlet. Well, he grabbed a USED pamphlet from the garbage can. I dont know if he knew we saw the whole thing, or if he just didnt care. No, we didn't confront him bout it. We were already running late and dissapointed at the service. As soon as he gave us the keys, we got out of there! We didnt get our car until 1:45. 45 minutes after our actual pick up time. This rental was cheaper which is why we chose this place. Its true, you get what you pay for. Save yourself time and rent somewhere else for a higher price. Need I say more? All other reviews including mine speak for themselves- this location is horrible. They're very slow with attending and helping out customers and every time I was here their printer was always having "troubles". Last visit I was waiting for half an hour to return a car and another half an hour to pick up a new car. I come here for the convenience of renting a car but I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to this location. And guess what? Even with renting the car you picked it's not ensured you'll get it. One of the easiest car rentals I've had. I've been a customer of several other companies over my 40 some years of travel and am happy to return to Hertz. I walked up from my repair shop a couple of blocks away after making prepaid reservation two days before. They didn't have the car I requested, but they made an excellent upgrade to a Mustang. Return was just as easy, they checked mileage and gas, printed my receipt, and I was on my way. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! We showed up right on time for our booking, we reserved a tesla. We watched as the customer in front of us who had a reservation for a DIFFERENT car was handed the keys to the last tesla available by "Thucthac". Thucthac said to him "oh would you want to rent a tesla instead we actually have one left!" They ended up giving us an entirely different vehicle. Then, when we returned our rental - the store was closed at noon and we had no place to drop off the keys to the car. Had to go return at the bellevue location. Listen to all the other reviews. If you have a good experience here you are extremely lucky. Go to the Bellevue location instead, customer service was way better. read more

Worst company policies I've experienced. They said they ran out of cars after we booked a rental. Even in an emergency they were no help.

Lost my key on a Saturday. Tried to called for assistance but no one picked up the phone. This went on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Finally called Hertz National Support on Monday while I was at the airport awaiting a flight to Detroit. Was told that this was SOP for Kirkland. End of story was a change of over $600 for the lost key and towing from Edmonds to Kirkland. These guys are rip off artists of the first order. I would never recommend them to anyone. I should have checked their reviews because I am not alone in how badly they treat their customers. They are pond scum. read more

Every once in a while a business just pisses you off. It was one stupid thing after another with Hertz. The guy working here was awful... some of the more annoying points of our attempt to get a car: -They must be on commission because he made us wait 30mins just so he could help us. We sat there like idiots while others came and went with their cars. Two other employees asked us if we needed help, and he looked over and said "I got them covered". WTF just let someone else help us so we can get the hell out of there. We were on a *major* time crunch to pick up my grandma at the hospital, and we needed a smaller car then our SUV so she could get in and out of it. -They quoted us $150 for ONE day. The guy then went on to say he would cut us a deal and do it for $120... We called Enterprise and were quoted $50. -A girl next to us was renting a car under her name, and her boyfriend said "I have triple A, can she use mine for the discount?" and she made a smirk and said "We aren't suppose to, but... Ill let you". So when I asked the guy if I could drive the car, he said "thats an extra $13- unless you have triple a then its free!" and I told him we are renting it on my grandmas credit card and she has triple A... he was like "eh, no, cant do that". Bullshit. -FYI: They run a credit check. Long story short- NEVER go here. Prices are INSANE and employees are greedy. We were so annoyed! Hertz hurts. This was my first experience with renting a car. I dropped my car off at the repair shop and got a ride to Hertz by an employee. Once I got there I gave my ID and credit card as asked. We started talking about the add-ons (insurance and what not). I wasn't sure if my insurance would cover this car and the employee wasn't either. I asked for a price estimate and she reached over and swiped my card. The estimate printed at $600. I thought hmm this isn't right and canceled out of the screen. I went outside to call my insurance who reassured me I did not need to purchase the insurance since my car is in a claim. I went back in and said okay let's not do insurance. The employee, Amy, said "ok I don't think it should've charged you". That's when I realized she'd done something very wrong. I went into my banking app and sure enough without my approval or signature or anything ... a 600$ pending charge. I asked her to cancel this and I wanted to use another rental place. No one at the store level could help reverse this. I had to get in contact with my insurance and hertz' regional manager. The regional manager was busy driving so he couldn't reverse it just quite yet. I asked the store employees to close my reservation so my insurance could open a new one at another place ( enterprise was fantastic by the way). Hertz employees couldn't close a reservation either so I had to wait hours for it to get closed. Wasted around 3-4 hours in this place without even driving a car. I mean who charges and swipes your card without your approval? Who when running a price estimate charges $600 onto your card? Ridiculous place, poor management, poorly trained and unauthorized staff. Customer service was abysmal. And cleanliness of store? Pretty sure they had mouse traps behind the water coolers or bug traps. Disgusting. Don't go here. Even while I was in there calling insurance and asking what to do; there was another lady who was returning a car and the employee gave her a total 100$ higher and argued with the lady that the prices of cars change daily... even though she had her price quote in her hand. This literally is the worst Hertz rental location. We dealt with the manager Mark. I suspect he is the reason why this location has such bad reviews. We rented a car for my mother for 7 days so she could watch my sisters kids while my sister was out of town. My sister never makes car reservations. She lets her husband and I do that kind of stuff but this time made the reservation out of necessity. She did not understand she needed to make the reservation under my mothers name. She did it under hers. But no one else was ever going to drive the car other than my mother. My sister was to fly out to Florida the next day with her husband. Mark the manager saw my mother drive the car out of the lot and called my sister. He left her a nasty voicemail saying he would unilaterally be charging her with an added persons charge for the full week. My sister not knowing what the rules were was upset because of the type of message he left. He was so nasty about it. Because of the call she decided to arrange for my mother to drive her car and take the rental to the airport. I told her that was silly. She just needed to rearrange the reservation so that my mother was on the reservation. So that's what she did. I thought everything was fine until the day we returned the car 7 days later. I told my mother to meet me at Hertz to return the car. She drove up with the kids. She is 73 years old and completely unfamiliar with the area. My sister taught her to drive the car specially to and from the kids' school. The only reason she made it to the rental place was because I gave my 12 year old nephew directions. Otherwise she would have gotten lost. After she drove in, I realized she had not filled up on gas. With 2 kids in the car on a cold and rainy day, I told everyone to get in my car and made the decision to drive to Arco, which is kitty corner from Hertz on the same block, to fill up. Apparently this manager Mark saw me do this and unilaterally decided to charge me for an extra driver. At the counter he told me the charge was for more than I remember the receipt being - my sister had sent it to me. So when I questioned him he said it was with an additional driver. When I asked him what he meant, he said it was because he saw me driving just then. I told him it was just to go get gas - I mean he saw me in my own car. I even showed him the gas receipt. He said he didn't care, for all he knew I could have been driving the car the whole week. Really? What is he the car police? How can he unilaterally, without even discussing the charge with me, change the charge? He was clearly just going to sneak it in there. When I told him I didn't consent he said it didn't matter we were going to get charged. I know he cannot possibly do this. I was not an additional driver in the sense this was meant and I certainly knew the consequences if I had gotten in an accident in that short 1 minute drive. But that is my business, not his. I mean for all he knew a dozen different people could have been driving the car. Why didn't he charge me based on that conjecture. I told him this was not the way to do business, that he can't treat people like that, not to mention he cannot charge me without consent. I believe I need to be added formally as a driver for him to charge me. Usually they get your name, your drivers license number etc. he didn't even have my first name at that point. He didn't care. He was going to abuse his authority and the fact he had our credit card on file to charge us at will. People ultimately have choices and Hertz' product is not unique. While product driven, they are still a service oriented business, part of hospitality. This place has none and needs serious revamping, starting with management. I called corporate. The supervisor in charge apologized profusely and said he would refund us half the cost. At least corporate recognized the folly of this person. I have rented from hertz several times at this location as well as enterprise on 120th. I will never again do business with hertz on 124th. I suggest enterprise on 120th. The guys there are friendly, fast and flexible and understand the concept of customer service. read more

My husband and I have rented from Hertz before and never had a customer experience like this anywhere. So I booked the reservation under my name with my card. My husband wanted to actually pay with his credit card instead. Some other people walked in he asked them about their reservation. The customer said they reserved a vehicle this morning. The employee said they tried calling and we don't have a vehicle for you. The gentleman very calmly states why would the website let me reserve a vehicle when there are none available. The employee just goes well I tried to call you and that was that no apology or anything. Back to me and my husband this employee is trying to figure out how to switch the cards over another customer walks in and he says let me take care of her she's a gold member. After she was taken care of he finally calls the customer service line and we waited until somebody picked up. My husband gave the person on the phone details. Okay so after that he wanted my husband's license instead of mine. He wasn't driving the car I was. My husband has an out of country license and wasn't planning on driving. After this, the employee goes you can't do that! That's not something that rental cars do. My husband goes on to say that we rented from the Bremerton Hertz (the employee there was wonderful btw) and did just this. He started raising his voice at my husband wherein my husband states he has been rude since we walked in the door. Not just towards us but to other customers as well. The employee goes I don't know how you think this works that's just not how we operate. My husband requested a refund and proof of a refund since it was prepaid. At this time another couple had walked in and said they were able to rent a car before where one person paid and the other drove. We stated we have been able to do this in other states and this is the first time we have run into this problem. The employee was visibly upset and becoming irate. He called the customer line and was on hold again. While he was on hold he took care of the other customers. He started talking about us to the next customers to which my husband told him to keep going because he was going to tell his manager everything he was saying. To which the employee ridiculously replied I don't care, call Trump (I'm not too sure why he would say this?), call the British Prime Minister (My husband is British) it doesn't matter. So my husband and I just burst out laughing he was just being ridiculous. Apparently, he didn't like that because he said he was going to have us thrown out... He's the one making ridiculous remarks we just wanted a refund. Finally, the service agent answers the phone. He states we wanted a refund because the driver didn't have a license. Which wasn't the situation at all but whatever? The agent wanted to speak with my husband. The employee goes out to inspect the car with the other customers. The agent wanted to know what happened otherwise we would be charged a cancellation fee. My husband explained. The agent said it was up to the discretion of the branch (but I have a feeling he could have done this for us if he wanted to). She was very apologetic and courteous. The employee was not so much. Apparently, he's the assistant manager which was shocking. But upon looking at yelp I'm not surprised this place had such horrible reviews. This is our first and last visit here. I don't care how convenient it is. The customers behind us gave us their contact info if we needed them to vouch for us too. This behavior should be unacceptable. I'm not sure what's going on at this Hertz. read more

If it were possible to give a worse rating, I would. Frankly, anything short of a torchbearing mob might not be enough. I rented a vehicle to drive from Montana to Washington, over two days, and was quoted a rate of $100 per, plus some insurance coverage and whatnot. Total about $300. Upon return in Washington, after two days, I was presented with a bill for about a thousand dollars, with three days charged at $250 per day, with no explanation given. The staff at the end location were unable to tell me anything, other than the fact they that were not responsible. Contacted my credit card provider to dispute the charges, then contacted the origin location in Helena, Montana. Who promptly informed me that I owed them, and would be charged, 310 dollars and 44 cents, as described in their estimate, and that the Kirkland location was apparently drunk and high. Which didn't surprise me in the least, given that they had already told me they were not responsible. Very, very not responsible. read more

They were a half hour late to pick me up and I called them after waiting at the shop for 15 mins! Then, even though I was paying cash for the weeks rental , they declined to rent to me after running my debit card! I'm a loyal and long-time Hertz Gold member. Normally, I get great customer service from locations around the world. This location was an unfortunate exception. Amy was wonderful, but manager Will was disappointing. Amy solved problems with my vehicle's charging port, Bluetooth connectivity, and faulty navigation. Will refused to fairly discount the rental accordingly. What's more, the vehicle had 7/8 tank of gas and this location would not allow me to pay with my accrued points. I gave manager Will a call on his personal mobile (provided by Amy) but he refused to do anything more than take $20 off a $177 one-day rental. I'll rent elsewhere when I return to Kirkland. read more

Dirty dirty dirty....was forced to use this place while car getting fixed. Worst car rental place on the planet. After requesting an SUV or a luxury car they sent me an old mini van looking thing which smelled. I then brought it back and they only had an Altima. That's fine but I drove it home and realized it had t been cleaned! The seats smelled like body odor and there was dirt all over the floors. I called again and they said they don't have any cars. A pleasant pickup experience. The guy working the counter was polite efficient and freindly. The car was a bit rubbish but that was more due to my company policy of getting the junkiest car rather than the facility itself. I was rear ended and my car needed to go in for repair. My car is an AWD vehicle and its winter so naturally I requested a AWD or 4WD. I was told they couldn't guarantee anything for a few weeks. So I had to sit on a car that had been hit for 3 weeks. I was supposed to get "door to door" as per the insurance company of the individual that hit me. When I tried to set something up they were very put out, said they would be the only one there and it would be impossible. When I got there, no other customers were present, and two staff members were onsite and the guy I had been talking to wasn't even there. So my husband cancelled his plans to help me out and was obviously mad that his time had been wasted. The additional insurance is a complete ripoff. They charged full boat of 4 days even though I technically had it 2.5 days.They made me feel pressured and uneasy about not getting it even though I have VERY good insurance. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! They called the body shop to find out when they could get their car back. I am not sure if this is normal so this might be nothing but it felt weird that they couldn't get that car back fast enough. Setting up a ride for my husband to pick up our car was also a pain. They again were so put out. We were told its their busiest time (5 PM) which is understandable and they are all hands on deck and if he didn't show up at a very specific time he would be out of luck. When my husband arrived, people were leaving for the day and there were no customers! Even though no other customers were present at the time, why are they not staffing up to meet evening demand and shuttle service?!?! read more

Kirkland Hertz stole our money!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would! I recently rented a car in Southern Oregon on a Thursday, drove to Kirkland WA where I bought a car, and returned the rental to Hertz in Kirkland. My wife and I had been at the car dealer all day, we were ready to grab some food and go get ready for an event we were trying to get to in Seattle but our trip was ruined by this Hertz branch!! when I walked in the guy at the counter was messing around with his phone and seamed distracted. I handed him my keys and told him I was returning the car that I rented in southern Oregon. He asked for a card for payment so I gave it to him. He never verified my name or what the balance was so I asked him what the total ended up being. He replied with $1699! I thought he was joking so I said "o you mean $169" he said " no $1699 for a 4 week rental." I explained that that was not possible to be charged so much for a rental that we had less than 24 hours! He claimed the number was wrong on the key ring that he had typed into his computer (if that was the case you would have thought this has happened to multiple people using this car right?) My guess is that he typed a number wrong but I cant be sure.... So he called the original branch I rented from and asked for payment for the real car rental. I gave him the card back and he said it was declined? My wife and I were like what the heck that's weird so we handed him another card that had a tiny bit of money on it which was charged. We immediately looked up our bank account and it showed the $1699 charge! We told the guy at the counter that this needs to be fixed now and we reiterated that we are out of town and taking this money from us has left us broke!!!! He called some people and messed around with his computer but he wasn't getting anywhere. We where getting nowhere fast so we asked the guy if he could please keep working on this and call us as soon as he got this figured out. We didnt here back until 630 at which point I asked to speak with the manger. The same guy called back instead of his manager at 7PM and asked if we could call my bank which I explained to him was closed! And I asked again to speak to his manager which never happened....... We ended up calling their corporate 1 800 number which got us no where either. around 8 or so phone calls later we finally got our money back that they stole from us on Monday afternoon! Rental pickup was great and service was so good I actually considered switching from Enterprise for all future rentals. But, our vehicle was broken into and towed to their service center on a Sunday. Tow was arranged by their roadside assistance operator. Went into the Kirkland center to close out bill on Monday and submit vehicle incident report. Unfortunately, the manager could not close out bill because they could not locate vehicle. So he said he would call me back. Never received a call back. Had to pull my receipt online to find they charged us a $9.99/gallon gas fee and $25 service fee for not returning the vehicle back to Kirkland. I could not believe they did this knowing the situation. I called customer service and they waived the service fee and adjusted the gas charge to market value after I explained the car was not driveable for me to gas it much less return it to Kirkland. If they had charged me market value for gas and been fair about everything I would have been a repeat customer. read more

Snakes and scams. State Farm, agent put in reservation, told my husband to "go pick up a car using your credit card, we'll switch the charges to our State Farm account." While looking over car in parking lot, my husband replied "of course" he would want insurance on this car. (State Farm made the reservation, they said they're covering the rental, right?). Little did he know, Hertz charges us $259 for insurance, over & above our State Farm coverage. Be aware. State Farm & Hertz have quite a racket going!! read more

Below is from a letter I wrote to Hertz after my experience here: My Experience: I recently rented a car from the local Hertz and had a terrible experience - the worst customer experience in my life, by far. I am 40 years old and have had hundreds of car rentals in my lifetime. When I say the worst, nothing even comes close, car rental or otherwise. I booked a car on the evening on September 11 for a mid-size car for two days, picking up on 12th and returning on 14th. The reservation confirmation no. is G6902375436. On the morning of the pick-up, I received a voicemail informing me that, unfortunately, they don't have a mid-size car for me. They do, however, have a car that I can take for $150 more per day. I call the number and tell them that, since it is so late and I am already on the way, unfortunately, Hertz not having a car for me is not an option. When I make a reservation, and esp. when I pay in advance, I expect the company to honor the reservation and have a car ready when I arrive on location. I show up, the guy behind the counter says that he doesn't have a car for me unless I am willing to pay $150 per day more and move up rental class. It kept getting worse from there. Below are some of the exchanges we had - 1. "You booked the car after hours, so I couldn't contact you to let you know that I would not have a car for you" - I thought that was one of the benefits of having an online reservation system. If you don't have a car, you don't take a reservation; if you do take a reservation and payment, you make a car available for me 2. "There are people ahead of you and I can only honor commitments in the order they were made" - a noble and fair argument, no doubt. My question is, why would you then take my reservation, my money and then send me a confirmation 3. "Ok, I pulled some strings. I have a Nissan Versa here that you can take." " This is too small for my need and I expect you to give me a car in the same rental class that I reserved." Sorry, that is all I have unless you are willing to pay extra to take this other car I have; take it or leave it." 4. "Hey, there is an enterprise nearby. Why don't you go there and rent a different car. I'll give your money back." "Ok, let me make you a deal. You rent me a mid-size car from Enterprise for two days and I will be okay with it. No need to give me my money back." 5. "I can check with the other Hertz location, they may have what you need." "That sounds great. I can't waste more time. You give me a car from here that you are supposedly holding for other customers and have someone else bring one over from the other location." "That is not what you do. I can refer you to the other location, you have to drive there and get a car yourself." 6. "There is nothing more I can do." "Can I talk to your supervisor, looks like we are not making much progress over here." "I doubt they will be able to help you either." "Let me see for myself if that is the case." 7. Picks up a phone - "Hey Mike, here is a customer who wants a mid-size car, I don't have any left. What do you want me to do? Ok, ok, ok..." "Ok, there is a Nissan Sentra that you can have." "Is it in the same class? Can you show me proof?" "I don't have any proof, just trust me." I take the car. I bring it back the night of 13th, leave the key through the drop box and leave. Next morning, I receive a call from the same person. He says there is damage to the car. I need to go back to the location and sign some paperwork. I go back to look at the damage. The car was NOT in the parking lot where I left it. It was in a different place and there was indeed some damage to the passenger side rear door - some very strange looking marks that I am not sure how you can get driving a car on the road. I did not cause the damage, I did not even see that when I was returning the car. I surely would have noticed had there been any damage when I returned the car since I had a car seat in that seat. I had to open, close that door a few times before returning the car as I was taking the car seat out. However the marks appeared on the door, appeared after I left the car there the night before. Now begins the 2nd part of the story - the harassment. The guys behind the counter tells me that I need to fill out something called an "incident report form". I fill out the form and mention in the comments section that I know nothing about the damages. They told me that I was free to go and someone from the claims department will contact me with the next steps. Little did I know that, apparently, filling out the form is the equivalent of assuming responsibility for the damages. Few weeks later, someone calls me from the claims department and tells me that I owe more than $800 in damages and asks me how I would like to pay..." ...would like to show their response too, but running out of space. I would not recommend renting through this agency they were not upfront with the total cost of the rental and it cost me to additional $190 then what was initially quoted me. Very shady business get your rental car elsewhere. read more

The worst car rental experience I have had. The worst customer service I have seen so far for car rental. One star is too much for their quality but Yelp does not let me put negative star. If you really need to rent a car. Try different location. Their priority here is just trying to get your money. read more
