It's fast and easy service checking and paying with service members there to greet and help you all the time. Bill who runs the car wash is always there and doing quality control checks and super friendly guy to ask questions about the monthly wash programs! They spare nothing here! The soap they use is plentiful and you actually can smell the freshness in the car as it goes thru. The vacuums to clean inside the car are super suction and pick even the littlest stuff up! They have large trash containers too for you to get rid of trash. The place is kept meticulously clean and neat. I drive over 10 miles just to bring my newer car here. I'm at ease that Bill and his super crew will take good care of me but most importantly take care of making sure my car gets the best wash! Don't settle for a car wash using luke warm or cold water, diluted suds or no suds at all, inferior dirty washing parts or broken stages of the wash ie; tire scrub, hot wax machine. I went with the Deluxe, which is fancy for "lowest tier", but I just wanted to get the salt off my car and undercarriage, which is part of the package. I was surprised to see that there was an attendant inside giving a little "pre-soak" from a hose to prime my car for the wash. Also, this wash doesn't have a tire track! It's literally a flat conveyor belt without any bumper or mound to push you along, which is great for those worried about scratching their rims. When I came out, I was pleased with the quality of wash, even at the lowest tier. There were a few residual spots, but nothing egregious and easily something that could have been remedied if I brought a towel for a quick wipe. Based on this experience, I will be back on a Sunday to get the full Ceramic Shield package and if that goes well, I'll consider a membership, as well as upgrading this review to 5 stars!

It typically comes with interior window cleaning. Since I have tint on the front windows, I told the young man that I did not want my windows cleaned and to leave them alone. He wrote with a marker on the driver window - I reiterated that it was tinted and not to do anything with the interior windows. He wiped off the marker and did some minor damage. It appears he did some damage. When the car was done, as I drove away, I noticed other numerous small holes in the driver side tint. I went back and told the same young man that my tint was damaged. He called over another gentleman who was quite rude. He was never introduced so I have no idea who he was. He said no one touched the window. I disagreed and he said, well, you can watch the tape. I said yes let's do that. He then quickly walked away into the building (I guess I was to follow...?). I went to the lobby - no idea what I was supposed to do. After about 15 minutes or so, he popped up in the lobby and said the staff said I never told anyone not to do the windows. A blatant lie. He disappeared again. Came back maybe half hour later and asked did I have the receipt. I said no because the machine the young man was using to take my order jammed and nothing was working. I reiterated that I wanted to see the tapes - entry to exit. He disappeared again without saying a word. After close to an hour waiting with no word, I left. Window tint isn't that expensive. I understand mistakes can happen. What I really resent is the denial that they did anything and the lying - everyone connected to the situation lied. Just take responsibility and handle it in a professional manner. I won't be going back there for anything.

Take a moment to look around when you drop off your vehicle. The "detailing area" is in a muddy, dirty alley with standing water and debris. The workspace itself appears minimally equipped. It does not resemble a professional detailing operation. In hindsight, the condition of the shop and alley matched the condition of the interior work: surface-level and incomplete. When you pull up the money is collected manually. The same person who collects the money then has to also guide the car into the car wash and also spray down the exterior manually. Then they have to go back and collect money from the next car. You can imagine this is a slow process. They really should have one person doing the payments and another doing the guiding and spraying. Once in, the car moves very slow and it is a long tunnel so it takes a long time to get to the end. The sprays and brushes are pretty minimal on the $2 wash. Also pretty much no dry on the basic wash. The result is so-so. Not exactly the best wash, but for this price, you really can't complain. They also have a free vacuum option. Overall, if you want the absolute cheapest wash and don't mind waiting, it is worth a try, but for a faster and better wash, there are other options for a similar price.

It has been a while since I got the interior cleaned so I opted for the $50 option where it includes the interior cleaning and shampooing. First the car goes thru this tunnel (exterior wash) then you are directed to an area for the interior cleaning. This young man, I assumed to be a manager or a crew chief tried to tell me that I had paid to get the back seat shampooed. I told him that I thought I had paid to get all the seats shampooed. I told him how much I had paid and asked him what that included. He said he did not know. Now, I knew what he was trying to do. He was trying to get out of shampooing the front seats. This is not a first time where I had my car detailed or shampooed and I am very aware of the prices. I was already upset. I got hold of the young lady and asked her to inform the guy whether I had paid for all the seats to be shampooed or just the back. She went and informed him to shampoo all the seats. He tried to be nicer after that but this is my first visit to this car wash and he has already left a very foul taste in my mouth. From the pictures you can see that they did not do a good job of cleaning my car. It was not worth $50.00 Next time I get a "free car wash" from Arlington Toyota, I will only get the free wash. Very little soap, low water pressure and minimal rinsing. Further, the dryers worked so poorly I had to hand dry my car at the end. Hadn't been there in a while, not sure if it's new owners but they need to at least get back to where they were 4 months ago.
