My sister and brother in law just bought a used car from this dealership 2 weeks ago. They were…read morehaving problems so took it in and found out last night when the engine blew as my sister was pulling into the parking lot at work that they obviously didn't fix the problem. So now they are carless again and out $3,000. We grew up in the area that this dealership is and have heard years of bad reviews about this dealership and the other dealership in Big Rapids, Marco Dodge. Constant poor service. Someone should report them to the better business bureau. My sister now wishes she had done a better job of talking her husband out of going to this dealership.

When we received a call that the taxi was outside we called the woman back to let her know the taxi was no where in sight. She told me the taxi had waited for a total of 8 minutes. The funny thing is, we called to ask where our cab was 2 minutes after we received the call that the cab had arrived. The woman on the phone was very rude and after I told her how disappointed I was with their service she told me to never call again. We ended up walking home while it was -1 degrees outside. I would NEVER recommend their service!
