I call at 11:30 like he tells me to, mechanics haven't looked at it. He says call back around 3:30. I do so, and mechanics still haven't looked at it and apparently won't have time to. Vehicle was scheduled for an 8:30am appointment. The tech didn't begin servicing the vehicle until 4:20pm. Service rep didn't offer to provide me with a loaner vehicle. Majority of the communication with the service rep was initiated by me. The lack of communication from the service rep was the most frustrating part.

My car was having some electrical issues so I brought it in for diagnostic testing. I scheduled an…read moreappointment online and reserved a loaner car but when I got there they said they didn't have anything unless it was for something major. Luckily I didn't live far away and they had someone give me a ride home. Diagnostic test was $160 which I was charged for and paid. The problem is that they couldn't complete the test because I had stuff in my car that was in the way. If they had told me that I would have emptied it out but the first I heard about it was when I went to get my car. I had to pay full price for a partial diagnostic test that didn't tell me what was causing my problems. The oil pressure sensor is bad which AutoZone had already told me for free which is not causing the problems I was having.

So now they are carless again and out $3,000.
