Well, don't reserve a car with these guys. They will call you half an hour before a scheduled pick up and cancel on you.

Staff was polite, proficient, helpful and I think I got the last available car they had so was grateful to rent it very quickly so I could get home. Check in was quick too. They were dishonest on their rental agreement and bill. Didn't disclose the full amount of the rental. Also had to return the first car received because it smelled heavily like smoke. Second car had 60k miles on it and operated terribly. Was a rental while wife's car was in the shop. Gave them two options: 1) don't do anything, your choice that's fine. I'll take my business elsewhere, or 2) refund the amount you did not disclose to me in the rental and billed my insurance for. They weren't willing to have any compromise, and told me my wife misunderstood and their 3 years of experience in the rental business made them right, and they didn't care if I contacted corporate and took my business elsewhere. Based on how I was treated, how they tried to take advantage of my wife, and their unwillingness to compromise to resolve the issue, I have sent a complaint to corporate and will be renting from elsewhere on my travels. read more

They changed manager, now if you need pick up you have to call them at 8am to be picked up by 10am !! so if you need to be somewhere early, forget it, you will be very late. I have a State Farm client and Agent- On my claim I selected enterprise bothell- got email confirmation and was told enterprise will call me in 4 business hours 24 hours later when no call was received I called location and they tried to blame and say my reservation was Kirkland. I was like I personally selected bothell and have bothell as confirmation do you want my business, sarah the assistant manager was extremely rude! She said no we have no cars which is why neither Kirkland nor bothell location called u I was like a courtesy call would have gone a long way! Enterprise used to be great! They were proud of being the best in customer service but their attitude and response today shows they have no care of customer satisfaction any more! Very disappointed! read more

We came from san jose to Washington for a visit for the holiday. We rent a car from this location and we took a car for a drive to our place a day after but as swoon as we put a defense on in immediate time the front window of the cars got a big crack starting from the bottom all the way more than 1/2 way. We were hesitant to drive the car back from Christmas light at the park our family we were thinking it might break and glass might come to our face during the drive back home. That event runner our next day event and missed it because we were not comfortable driving a car with broken windshield. We were trying to call the branch but you guys were closed in Sunday so strewing out over the entire situation and who should we call to come and fix it we have my other son-in-law look up for and find out that Kirkland branch were open so my other son-in-law call the branch and they were open and those process takes about hours and we finally changed the car and he gave us $110 discount for the inconvenience but some times inconvenience will running your entire plan especially when you are from different stat so we decided not to go out and stay home and the new car never being used and all it was a horrible memory of it. When we returned the the car in the day off returning gentleman Ben asked hope everything work out after that bad luck and I asked him if I can express my opinion in regards of the entire situation and that was then Ben gave us the full amount back and that created the environment that wow! Someone actually understood and have an emotional feeling for our family and trip here to Settle. Ben action makes it all different. That small gesture made us all happy and we were never forgotten his kindness and understanding and professionalism. I like to say his actions was above and beyond and he is a keeper! I made an online reservation for a 2 day car rental. I received an email confirming my reservation. The morning I was going to pick up they called and said they did not have any cars, but might in a couple hours. They said they would call back but never did. I took the bus and made a new reservation for a 1 day rental. I decided to try again and made a new Reservation. I got an email confirmation. I even called the day before just to confirm they actually would have one waiting for me. They said, absolutely. The morning of, I showed up and they said, "sorry but we don't have a car available." What? That's the whole point of the reservation. They had another car that needed an oil change and was being serviced. After 1/2 hour wait they made it available to me. Ok. Not the economy car I reserved, but a bigger one. Whatever. Word of advice, done trust the "confirmation" from Enterprise. It's auto generated bs. read more

In October I was in an accident caused by another driver and my insurance provided a rental car through enterprise. I was flustered when I went into the office but was immediately greeted by 2 kind employees - one of them being Jhayden. He was kind and was able to provide me with a car I was thinking about purchasing. He went out of his way to make the entire interaction easy and seamless. Went at the end of the day and he didn't rush me with any questions I had. Will use this enterprise in the future again. read more

My family had quite a scare this holiday season when they came to visit us in Bothell, they had pre-booked an SUV with Enterprise months in advance, and one day before pickup they received a call from them saying they might not have a car for them. Apparently there were no cars anywhere in the whole Seattle area, and since some of their contracts don't have a fixed end date, they do not know if any new vehicles will be delivered that day. Mind you, my parents needed a car to get around, and they thought by booking it MONTHS IN ADVANCE that wouldn't be an issue at all! After calling several other car rental places and driving around to other Enterprise locations, we received a call from the original location we had booked saying they found us a car. Really not the way my parents wanted to start their "relaxing" vacation. Will definitely book rental cars elsewhere in the future. read more

I use Enterprise for all my rentals, and my first experience with this particular location was great, thanks specifically to their employee Annie P. While she was getting ready to prep my desired car choice, we found out that the previous driver had mentioned the check engine light briefly coming on but it had gone back out. It wasn't even a question for Annie of if I still wanted to use it, she just wasn't willing to let me take the risk. As it was the last one they had in the class I reserved, she walked onto the lot with me and basically let me choose which one of an upgrade choice I wanted, free of charge. She was incredibly friendly and professional the entire time, and whenever I need to rent locally again I'll be sure to use this particular location. read more

Bothell Enterprise has the best customer service that we have ever received from a car rental agency. We could not be more pleased with our choice to rent from here. Every single person that we encountered in this office was friendly, professional, and helpful. The manager, Brian, was super friendly and accommodating. Even though we stopped by at the closing time, he gave us time and listened to our story carefully. Brian helped us to pick the best option based on our situation. Their service unquestionably warrants 5 stars. Although there are other enterprise locations closer to our house, we would, without a doubt, rent another vehicle from Bothell Enterprise location. read more

Spoke to the area manager Chang, had the worst experience with an online reservation. They did not have a minivan and wanted me to book from a nearby location that was double the cost. The area manager is the same in both locations. Pretty poor experience. read more

- The at fault party who hit my car last month uses Geico for auto coverage. Geico referred me to Enterprise to get a rental vehicle while my car took a week and a half to get fixed. Geico created the reference number for Enterprise and then transferred the call. I told the Enterprise agent on the phone that this was being billed through Geico, and provided her with the reference number. She told me yes of course, and proceeded to set up the appointment to pick up the rental. When I arrived to get the rental the following week, Enterprise didn't even have Geico's insurance information on file...and I would not have known this had I not asked. I had to spend more time once again calling Geico to cover the rental, so that Enterprise wouldn't surprise me with extra charges to my card. - That same agent from Enterprise who scheduled my appointment promised I would get a sedan to match the fuel economy of my Camry. There was no sedan to be found when I arrived for pick up. I was stuck with an SUV, spending over 90 bucks in gas compared to the 40 that I would have otherwise spent in my vehicle. All of the employees were pretty friendly....but there is a lot of communication lacking throughout the company, which results in the customer receiving the short end of the stick. read more

Sadly, I can't give Bothell Enterprise a negative star review. I posted a negative review earlier commenting on high prices and lack of customer service. I was really hopeful with I received an e-mail from the corporate customer service department that said they were sorry I was unhappy and the general manager of the Bothell site would contact me. I had booked an economy car rental at this location. Our plan was to go on a 2 day trip to Vancouver. We arrived at promptly 9:30 am which was our reservation time. After the front agent checked my reservation, he said that they have run out of cars to rent out. Ran out of cars?!? What's the point of making a reservation?? Then the agent spent around 10 mins looking at other options and said that they can offer me a giant SUV. I am not a fan of SUVs as they are hard to park in Urban areas and get 20MPG. So, I told them that I would really prefer a car. The agent then made a few calls and said that there is one available but they'll have to drive me to some auto repair place to get the car. We drove for around 10 mins and finally pulled over at the shadiest looking auto repair shop. The agent then walked inside and we waited outside in the chilly rainy weather for another 10 mins. Finally, the agent came around with a Chevy Impala. The car looked banged up and really dirty outside. When we got inside, the car was the dirtiest rental that I have ever rented. There were nasty stains and spills everywhere and the mats were covered in dirt. The car was also a very high mileage for a rental at over 35K. The agent that rented us the car said he would waive the additional driver fee because of so much hassle. However, when I returned the car 2 days later, they not only didn't waive the fee but seemed to have no recollection of this. They did end up removing the fee which I appreciated. I don't know if this is how all the Enterprise rental car locations are but I am afraid to try them again based on my first time experience at this location. read more

Fortunately, the person I spoke to was actually interested in my feedback and seemed sincerely concerned that the level of customer service received at the branch in Bothell was as awful as it was for me through this situation. The good news for me is that given her concern, the case has been closed and the charge for the deductible should be refunded (please see attached). I would appreciate it if you could fax me an adjusted invoice showing that the charge for the deductible was credited back to me so that I can have an accurate record of the charges. I thought it might be easier for you to see the actual request in my email if I highlighted it this time since you must have just missed the repeated requests below. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the Bothell branch and the customer service I've received. From a convenience standpoint, your branch was perfect for me and I've used it for numerous rentals in the past as I travel for work. It will be a long time until I come back to the branch, when I'm sure that the staff has completely turned over again and that hopefully those that are hired at that time are interested in the customer service levels that Enterprise as a whole is known for. It's not often that I recommend to the organization I work for to discontinue using a Company for use but in this case, I believe it's necessary. I, as well, work in the service industry and can't turn my back on sharing the experience that I've had with Enterprise. I needed a rental car after a car accident and my insurance covers me to get an SUV. I was calling around different Enterprise locations in my area to see which location had an SUV available for me to come rent. I was not having much luck until I called this Bothell location. They did not have any SUV's on the lot but if I could wait an hour they had a premium SUV in transit from another location. I told the guy helping me that I do not think my insurance will cover a premium SUV, and he told me that because he had not other SUV's to offer me, he will lower the price of this one so it will be covered. I reserved the car and was ready to go pick it up. When I got to the location, they opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile. By the time I finished filling out the paper work the 2015 Tahoe was ready for me, washed and filled with gas. We walked outside, did a walkthrough of the car and Joe showed me some of the options the car has. I was in and out of there quickly. I have to share my experience. My truck had to go to the shop for repair and this Enterprise was the insurance selected rental. The repair shop called Enterprise to let them know I was ready to be picked up. The sales agent arrived 45 minutes after the call (even thought the location was 3 miles away). The receptionist had to re-call to make sure they were coming. Then I received a dirty car, seriously I wish I took a picture. It was embarrassing. Finally the car they gave me had expired plates from July 2016 and i rented on December 28 2016 (so they were 6 months expired). I was pretty surprised about this. Every time we reserve a 4x4 truck from this location, the day of pickup they don't have it available. This is wrong because we have certain projects needing to be done around our house & day of Enterprise in Bothell tells us it's not available. There customer service is also not the best because they tell us the day of to call around other Enterprises to see if they have the size we had bought. Which is wrong because it's their mistake for giving false information online and then they expect us to day of call around and find the truck. Well this last time they were refusing to help and call for us. After explaining how we're running late for our project, then they called around and only found a small truck. We reserved & paid for the 4x4 big truck. They had us drive all the way to Seattle to pick up the small truck, 4x2. This just wasted more of our time and we had to take additional rounds to complete our project which took us an extra couple hours. Very disappointed in the Bothell location. read more

The Bothell Enterprise is not forthcoming in the price of returning a vehicle with a full tank of gas. I was not told they charge you $3.88 a gallon. They also gave me false information of adding an additional day. I will not use this location again or Enterprise. They need to train their employees better. read more

Be aware! The car you reserved may not be there when you come in. I reserved a full-size car & a pick-up time for 9:30am. I called that morning to push back the pick-up to 10am...they said, "no problem just give us a 30min heads-up". Well instead I saved them the trouble and got dropped off at their location by 11:45am. I was surprised to learn that the car I reserved was given to someone else. I didn't receive a phone call letting me know that this car was gone. Instead I was rolling in a mini-van. Would appreciate more proactive service. I don't know if I'll book future rentals from this office. read more

I have used this branch ever since I moved here in January and everybody there is fantastic. They pick me up about 10 minutes away from my house and have never been late. Both drivers have given me great tips about getting around the area and traffic laws as I am a recent transplant to the area. I've never spent more than 5 minutes in the office, even if they don't have the exact car, they always hook me up with something cool. Damage waiver went up to $20 a day for even economy cars (ouch!) but obviously they don't set the prices. They're the best deal in town, most professional and punctual. I'm a little to young to be a "sir" but it's nice to hear anyways! read more

My car was hit in a hit and run while it was parked outside of my house. This alone caused an incredible amount of stress, but on top of it, my father was in the hospital at the time, so there was a lot going on and my car being hit was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I got the car rental setup through my insurance and went into this Bothell location to pick it up the next morning. I worked with Ryan, and everything was great. He was very courteous and helpful, and made things very easy. It was a very quick transaction. After my car was repaired, I called and I was told I could leave the rental car at my repair shop where the Lynnwood office would pick up the rental car right from the repair shop. I'm driving a rental this week because my vehicle is in the shop and I couldn't have had a better experience. Elijah picked me up from Gerber Collision and drove me back to Enterprise. He took care of my reservation right away and gave me a choice of vehicles. Really nice guy! From the time we arrived to the time I drove off the property it was probably about 10-15 min. So quick! Best service ever! Have had all great experiences with Bothell Enterprise location. Was rented a clean, new Toyota Camry with few miles on it for price of a compact . Both gentlemen at the desk bent over backwards to be helpful and polite even though I was only renting for the day. My husband rented a full-size car from Hertz airport and drove away with a beat-up junker Impala only slightly larger than my Toyota. Was so sorry to read of other's bad experiences with Enterprise - believe they really happened, but in light of my good experiences, maybe Enterprise has replaced staff. read more
