No one came to help us after 2 hours, and the sheriff ended up towing the car. Horrible, horrible service and ABSOLUTELY would not use again. 12 hours later- we've talked to 20 different people, telling them the same story over and over, and we still have no replacement car for our trip. Customer service is no help and all they care about is getting the car that broke down back from the sheriff department, rather than helping us get a replacement. Ridiculous, and has wasted a day of our vacation.

Moreover, they did not honor or properly set aside their reservations. I expected much, much better from National.

Myers airport and our driver was no where to be found. We called the provided phone number that we were referred to and were met with sarcastic, condescending, rude man. He chastised me for wondering where our driver was. Then our driver arrived with a forward facing booster seat, when we requested a rear facing carseat for my 16 month old nephew. My sister refused to put my nephew in a carseat that was too large for him, rightfully so. It was meant for a 40 lb child and he is only 25 lb. Additionally, it was not secure with no directions on how to secure. The driver did not have a clue how to set it up. It amazed us that this company (the driver AND the owner) expected us to put a child in an unsecured car seat? They did not even provide guidance or know what type of seat it was so we could google how to set it up. We offered to have my mother drive 30-minutes to bring us the correct carseat. The driver rudely told us that he wasn't waiting for us and then proceeded to unload his car of our stuff in the street, stranding us with a 16 month old at an empty airport. I then received a lengthy message from the owner stating "they did everything right" and there was nothing more they could do and would be charging us $25 for gas. But wait, thats not even the worst part! When we called to discuss the situation, the owner again was completely rude and condescending, telling me that we were part of the "snowflake generation" and at least he can provide for his family and that he "owns a multi-million dollar business." UM WHAT?! It was the most outrageous conversation I've ever had with a human being, let alone the owner of a company we hired! Please please please do not use this company. Not only are they unreliable, they treat people like garbage and have no respect. I'm utterly shocked at this situation and hope this place goes out of business. This is my third time staying at this Drury Inn. It's been a few years since I had been back in the…read morearea. It's still pretty awesome. They have kept it up so well. They now have a restaurant that was opened in January 2026. Everyone is super friendly too. We have a complete breakfast and kick back happy hour aka big enough for dinner meal here. Breakfast was pancakes, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, breakfast sausage, waffles and drinks and coffee. Kickback(5:30-7pm) was chicken fajitas and sides one night and bbq pork and sides the next night and three alcoholic drinks included if you want - mixed drinks, beer, wine. Soda and juice included without a limit. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and spacious with couches. Love the pool which is a good size, also a hot tub(not for me). And half covered which is nice when u don't want to be in the sunshine. I also loved swimming at night. So many stores and conveniences close by including Costco for gas and right off 75. Loved our stay here again and everyone working was very welcoming, happy, & friendly! Only thing that I didn't love love were the pillows but I always bring a pillow with me.
