I had my car repaired in June from an accident and I choice this particular enterprise because the other one on central ave wasn't to my liking. The first car I received was great until the air in the had a very slow link so I called and explain to them the situation and offered me another car. The customer service was very friendly. It took a while because I had to wait but the conversations were on point. I even had to extend my reservation because my car wasn't ready and didn't have any problems. My one issue is that I had to put $100 downs from out of pocket, but I blame the insurance for that. Would recommend this spot. read more

When I got picked up in the Enterprise van, the gentleman that picked me up had on a suit and looked super professional. The van smelled clean. Isaiah was working with me to get me into my rental. He was very polite and friendly and got me in and out with no problem. I was maybe in there 20 min. I had an amazing experience. This is why people are becoming more misanthropic by the day. My review was going to be about this location, but it is now about the company.During my time patronizing this location, I had to switch cars 3 times in 5 weeks! First Car. No windshield wiper fluid, malfunctioning seatbelts, no SXM, but I was charged for it. Second Car. Trash in the back. No windshield wipers! Consistent low tire pressure. Had to have air put in all four tires twice! Third Car. No rear windshield wiper and no fluid in the front. No AC (heat would not turn off) and the WORST smell of cologne ever. I told them about it, and they could not have cared less. I had to drive around with the window rolled down and even when I returned it, that smell was still rampant. They just looked at it and gave it right to the next client. The day I returned it, I spoke with "DJ" and when I gave him a review, he said "I apologize for the inconvenience, since we strive for a 5-star review, is there anything that I can do to make it right?" I asked specifically about a ride to the auto body shop to retrieve my vehicle. I was told no because the maximum miles that they can take me is 10; mine was 11. So, then I said fine, I would appreciate a discount for the inconvenience. "Sure, your bill is $368, but I will knock something off for that." Imagine my shock when I see my card has been charged $500! I called back and the associates want to say that they charged me $12 for a refueling fee. That should not have been because each car was filled to its compacity and I took pictures, just in case. They said that they would remove it; they did not. As I read some of the customer reviews, I see that this is an ongoing issue. I was then told to speak to DJ since he was the person who informed me of such. When I concurred, all of a sudden, he was busy and stated to return my call. No avail. The next day I called to speak to him and when he picked up the phone and realized that I was still there, he would place me on hold again. This was done for 47 minutes! I decided to bypass the incompetence of the location altogether and go to corporate; first with an email that no one responded to and then with a call. First person. After I explained my issue, she said that she would get right on it. "The fact that you had to trade the car in 3 times is enough of an issue for me. This should not happen, and I sincerely apologize... Give me 24 hours and you will be contacted for at least compensation. I gave them 72 hours. Nothing. Second person - After 72 hours "I see the notes and I am going to escalate this even further because we reached out to the manager, and you were supposed to be contact and the fact that no one did is not acceptable. This time I am escalating this to the district manager and telling them that no one reached out. You will hear something back in 24 hours." Imagine how that went. Nothing. It has now been over a week since I spoke with the second person.Third person. Keep in mind that this is the corporate office - customer relations at that! "I am in corporate, and I am the highest you gonna get. They transferred you over to me and ain't tell me nothing, so now I am coming in blind." After explaining the situation for what felt like the fiftieth time, this is what I was told. "I'm gonna be honest with you. If its been escalated, we send the notice to the location and its up to them to decide what to do and since you ain't heard from nobody, then they ain't gonna do anything about it." At that moment, I could no longer argue with anyone anymore. I won't mince words; I hung up on her. The fact that the corporate office comports themselves in such unprofessional ways, of course the individual locations behave in such a manner. There are no repercussions. My power is in my writing. That being said, I will ensure that everyone knows about my experiences. How it is received no longer matters. If I ever need a rental again, I will find Hertz, Dollar, hell I will take a horse and buggy. Never Enterprise. Never again! Update: Don't even bother wasting your time responding to their answers with their response. It's just another gimmick to give you another runaround. You can see at the bottom of my review that that person asked me to reach out so they can hear more about it. All that is is the same chat that they give you. I told this person the same situation because I wanted to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. I got the same one around and the same story of "I really want to make this right. I'm going to escalate it." Apparently the word escalate means that they're just going to ignore it until you let it go. Absolutely worst experience ever. First, when I dropped my vehicle at the repair shop. I called to get picked up. I was told they were short staff and would not be able to pick me up. So I had to pay for a lyft to bring me to the location. First vehicle I was given the seat belt in the back was defective. I notified the location the next day to get an exchange. I left work early and got there around 4:45 p.m. I was then given another vehicle. Upon receiving that vehicle I let the representative know that it smelled like cigarettes. I was told she would put it through the washer it should be fine. When I got in the vehicle it still smell like cigarettes. By the next day the smell was horrible. I called the location I was told there were no more vehicles available. That I would have to look somewhere else for an exchange. I went to another Enterprise I was then told if they could exchange it I would get charged for cleaning fee because of vehicle smelled like cigarettes. I call customer service countless times. Escalated the issue, they said they sent an email to risk management, regional manager blah blah blah blah blah. I then went back to the Capitol Heights location and the gentleman behind the desk let me know the vehicles they had available. One was a Pathfinder and another was a mustang. I told them those were not accommodate my parking situation nor my child in a car seat. I was then given the worst vehicle possible in life a Kia. This vehicle had so many issues. The windshield wiper blades broke, the windshield wiper fluid on the driver side did not work. And the windshield wiper fluid on the passenger side the fluid was frozen. Meanwhile in a DMV area we had inclement weather. Lastly the vehicles engine light came on and as I was driving the vehicle it smelled like it was going to burn. I immediately called Capitol Heights location and I was told there's nothing that they can do for me I can try to find somewhere else to get the car exchanged they had absolutely no vehicles. So I tried to get the vehicle towed and get a new replacement vehicle. I was able to finally get the vehicle towed at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday night. But by then the office has closed so I had no vehicle to drive. The next day I called and I called and I called and I called the Capitol Heights location nobody picked up the phone. I escalated the issue to the escalation department. I even called the headquarters in St Louis. Absolutely no one was able to help me. So I had to get a lift ride to work that Friday. On that Friday I continuously called the Capitol Heights location no one picked up the phone. On Saturday I could call the Capitol Heights location and no one picked up the phone again, shocker. I was able to get a loaner from the auto body shop where my repair was being done. I then called the Capitol Heights location to ask them to close my rental agreement. I was told " do you know where they told the car to ". I stated I use Enterprise AAA for the pickup that should be in the system. I was then told well my manager who handles that will be here the next day. I can not help you with this right now please call back tomorrow. All I can say is customer service is not a priority at this location. This is the worst Enterprise I have ever dealt with in my life. Visit the office at your discretion. read more

A friend of mine came in after having a car accident. her insurance company scheduled the a rental to be picked up at the time of opening. with having her confirmation Email and details. the manager stated that they do not have any cars at the moment and she could try again later. AFTER, she already had reservation confirmation. how can you CONFIRM a reservation and have nothing for you there at pick up? when I personally asked him "you all can make reservations, and not have a car ready?" the manager response was "for sure" A young lady whispered under her breath stating "she didn't confirm it" which was a complete lie. The location at 7963 Central Ave. is usually understaffed. I've rented from there twice in the past 3 months. Even if you have a reservation, you still have to wait in a line, inside for 30 - 45 mins. They only have 1-2 service reps. to assist. Once you enter the office, the manager greets you and says "Good Morning. Be with you shortly ". Shortly is NOT 30 - 45 minutes!! I was there a month ago and while waiting in line, I had a few questions...So, in between her servicing other customers, I tried to get my questions answered! So, the manager tries to throw the ball back in my court, as IF I was the one with the problem...She says "Mam, you seem as if you're in a hurry!!" What about, "I SEEM AS IF I WANT SOME BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE"!! Well, I certainly can't receive that at this location! What I ended up doing is turning the rental keys in and I was advised that I would get a call back, verifying the rental checked out okay.. I did not receive a call back. So I called them back...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, not long after my rental, I called the 800 number to complain about my experience and was advised, that I would be getting a call back from the manager. To date, I have not! read more

The Enterptise at 7963 Central Ave. needs to completely be shut down. The customer service was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my adult life. I literally wasted 2 1/2 hours that I needed to be at work because I'm a REAL professional, based on their inflexibility, lack of empathy, and pure incompetency. Sadly, my car was just stolen. my insurance company ass short me that I could go to any Enterprise and I get there to find out that the reservation was at a different location. The worst part is that they refused to accommodate me in anyway. Instead, they told me about some random 10 day policy, which I would need to pay the difference between the insurance and the cost of the vehicles that they had for 10 days contacted the corporate office no help they kept referring to the area manager, who obviously is not very competent either. The team at this enterprise location made my renting experience smooth. My insurance company created the reservation, someone from this location called in advance to verify the reservation was accurate, and the transition process was seamless. A rep picked me up from the auto body shop and got me into my rental within 10 minutes. The best part was that my rental matched my actual car. I was afraid that I'd end up in some tiny golf-style car, but they gave me a car very similar in space and body type as my own. The staff was very courteous, professional, and well-dressed. The crew greeted us immediately upon entering the establishment. The computers were down so my friend's reservation was not showing up in the system, BUT not a problem. They still were able to help her. Originally, we were at Hertz in Landover Hills (which already had bad reviews and I'll add mine later). She called Enterprise from the Hertz lobby and booked a car. When we walked in the customers were smiling and also greeted us. (It's always nice when even the customers are happy and show pride for a business.) Asia was her representative and she was a joy. She professional and informative. You can even see her smiling in my pictures. They had plenty of cars and set her up with a rental car right away. After a car collision you would think people would be more sympathetic guess not. When i arrived there were several disgruntled customers waiting outside for service.The inside of the establishment was crowded with a bunch of frustrated customers. I didn't get a pleasant greeting from the agents it was more like "why is the door unlocked and we are suppose to be closed". I mean thinking to say that is one thing but verbalizing it not good. I explained to the rep that I had a reservation after she yelled pick up or drop off. Once I told her "pick up" she was like "we closed" I am quite sure a manager was on duty, but I was frustrated so I just left. Whatever happened to the customer is always right, or if you are in before the door is locked then we would serve you? I guess not at this location, no professionalism at all I would not be returning nor would I tell a friend or two. The prices are good too for the rentals. The entire staff works hard to make sure everything is just right. Sami and Asha at the front desk were so nice. They did their jobs well. Their interactions with the other customers were awesome too. DeVon gave me a ride to work after dropping off my rental. He was nice and friendly too. He ask me "how was my vacation, and were you satisfied with the rental?" I told him yes and everything was good. When he dropped me off, he made sure I made it inside before leaving-This was 8:30 am. Hit and run happened to my vehicle parked right outside my house around the 4th of July. Called USAA and after I filed my claim sent me to this location. Today I dealt with Mr. Lloyd Howell after I thought I was getting my car back and it was a smooth transition right back into my rental back to get on with the rest of my busy day. I needed a car, on a budget and my car was in the shop still getting work on. I still needed to get some gifts for Christmas for the kids. I called on Enterprise for a car and told them my situation,They got me in and out less than 5 minutes and they confirmed me for a car within minutes. Not only when I came there to pick up my car, they gave me a upgrade on my car and told me that I only have to fill the tank of gas to a quarter of a tank which the tank was already half full, at no extra expense of my own. The rental place did pick me up from the body shop I dropped my car off at and were very prompt. Upon returning the car the credit card machine was not working and this location would not accept cash. I knew it was their machine because I used my card to pay at the body shop subsequent to the drop off of the rental and it was a substantially higher payment. I asked if they could process that card later to because I was sure there were ample funds to cover the $65 charge. I got an email saying the the charge was processed the following day but about two weeks later got a bill in the mail for the same $65. I don't believe this was malicious but the young manager has not been trained on what good customer service is and has no idea how to deliver it. It felt like it was my fault that the credit card thing was my fault and I needed to resolve it. I was given a free upgrade on my next rental for another problem the occurred during my rental. I appreciated that but my belief is that its unlikely that they will have a car that I want at that time. read more

Terrible place to rent a car from. First car given to us was missing a hubcap. Had to put air in the tire 1 day after we got it. Finally the car lost acceleration and broke down and had to be towed back to the rental office. Rental office blamed us for undercarriage damage (*something we didn't check for when we got the car nor did the employee show us the undercarriage) and front end damage (although no front end damage was seen or documented when the car was towed). I used Enterprise due to an accident that was not my fault. I used Enterprise on Central Avenue. In the beginning it was a little rocky, however when I finally, picked up my vehicle on November 6, 2017 I was very please with the service. The first vehicle that I was offered I did not accept for the simple reason it smelled like smoke and once bringing it to the representative's attention he was very responsive and found me another vehicle that I was very pleased with, which I am happy about because I drove the vehicle for a full month until my car was repaired. The representatives make every effort to be accommodating and I appreciate that. Especially, the one that assisted me. Very nice and caring young man who took pride in his work. They did not have a vehicle here so they drove me to the Upper Marlboro Enterprise. They got me in the rental. I drove off and realized the car reeked of smoke. I have rented cars many times from Enterprise, and this has been the worst enterprise experience I have ever had. Customer service is lacking, we all have days where we may not be happy at work, but I hate my job, and I hate everyone who walks through the door was written all over every employee's face. This misery of this experience started when I was picked up from the auto repair shop that was fixing my car. The woman who picked me up arrived 30 minutes late. This was a real bad start because I was on a schedule for my day. I had previously confirmed the pick up time with enterprise, they said someone would meet at the shop at that time. This was only an hour and half prior to pick up, and the enterprise is located 15 minutes away. The woman who works at the repair shop called to tell enterprise that I was ready for pick up as soon as I walked in the door. Well after 20 minutes of waiting the woman who works for enterprise called and said she had to stop for gas and was on the way. WHAT! They were previously aware of my pick up time so I would assume that stopping for gas was not in the plans. Well when she arrives, she does not get out of the car to greet me and tell me she is the enterprise pick up. The woman at the repair shop informed me that enterprise was here. The employee was sitting in the car, looking down at her phone, with earbuds in her ear. I had to ask if she was from enterprise because I did not know if she was waiting to pick up a friend. She then moves what looks like groceries in a bag to the back seat. I am thinking did she stop at the store before picking me up? When we get to enterprise it was very crowded, again no greeting, and I assume no one noticed I had walked in the door. When I was finally helped, I had to wait another 30-45 minutes for them to locate a car. Now usually when I have a reservation with enterprise they are prompt at getting my car, and sending me on my way. But not this time. More waiting and trying to locate a vehicle, I did not understand what was going on. Eventually I did get a car. The return was easy, but then I received calls that my bill was not paid in full. I was in a car accident so the insurance company took care of the payment. Since the staff would not listen to me, I had my lawyer talk to them about the payment that was sent over by the insurance company 6 days prior to them calling me. I guess they were pretty bad at updating the system and closing records. Finally the issue was resolved. I still like enterprise, but I hope I never have to use this location again. read more

I received a vehicle from this location that had brake issues. I mentioned the issue to the sales associate soon after I test drove the vehicle, didn't even leave the lot, and I was not issued a replacement. A day later, I had to call roadside assistance and they issued a tow order. Long story short, I went to another Enterprise location (airport) and transferred into another vehicle. Process was long and unnecessary, but rental ended up working out and was satisfied with the new rental for the duration of time I needed it. Also, this location allowed me to keep the rental a couple extra days complimentary for the bad experience. I give them three stars for trying to repair my experience. read more

I've rented from Enterprise on numerous occasions. Mostly due to car repair covered under warranty. This was my first and last time coming to this location. I gave them the authorization # from the dealer to cover the rental fees and instead they charged by debit card $284 for a 7 day rental. No one called to inform me. No one called to say hey there is an issue with the authorization code (which there wasn't). They just processed the payment on the rental that was returned 38 minutes BEFORE they charged my card ON the due date might I add. Did I mention....they debited by account not one but twice?!? The rental was turned into another location on the due date and they insisted I didn't turn it in. I was able to call the location and wala they had the car. I spoke to Regina Timmons (manager) who how do I say sucked and is a liar. She told me there was no authorization code in the system and that is why I was charged. I contacted another enterprise location on a whim and wala they were able to tell me in fact it was in the system and even read it back to me. I had to keep calling to check on the status..no follow up call or email. See the issue. No this is where we are in the process..nothing..When I called back the third and final time this afternoon...I was asked, "what can we do to make this better?" A rental.. (laughed so hard inside)...NO...practice due diligence. Accommodate and inform your customers...plain ole customer service. You didn't practice it with me, but please pay it forward. It was like pulling teeth. What if I didn't have the money to transfer from one account to the next to cover bills?!? They've got to do better. P.S. While I was there picking up the rental, someone brought back a car that was shaking. So they clearly don't inspect their cars before renting them to the next customer. Update: I spoke with the GM who explained that the store took on more responsibilities by opening their doors seven days a week. As a result, they did not have the resources to keep up with this change. The GM said that he was staffing up and sent me a coupon to get a free weekend rental for the poor experience. I called the manager months ago and requested a rental for the next day at 7:00a for a business trip. He was busy and asked if he could call me back. He never called. I had to arrange for alternative transportation. While I have a coupon, I will probably never use it. I am too afraid to do business with these people. I've tried this location several times now and here are my findings: Professionalism: They get a grade A for professionalism. They are always courteous and quick to listen. Price: They get a grade B for their price. Their prices are higher than some of their competitors, but for the pick-up and drop off service (if needed), you may be willing to pay the extra. My last rental (February 2016) was extended and this location did not explain to me that my extension would cost an additional $12 a day. My rate was adjusted from $32 to $45. When I brought this lack of communication issue to the manager's attention, he said that he would reach out to his area manager to see what he could do. I have not been contacted. Punctuality: They get a grade F for punctuality. This location takes entirely too long to get you into a car. It can take 45 minutes or more to get out of the shop. Therefore, I recommend that you rent the car the day before you need it if you have meetings/events to make. Definitely a general/area manager should review this location's processes because there are major delays. This location takes you rather quick at the counter, but you sit and wait for the car. Also, if you need pick-up service, don't expect this to be on time and don't expect a call to tell you that they are running behind--poor communication resulting in poor customer service. Responsiveness: I can't grade them on responsiveness as I have never had to interact with them for a length of time over the phone or email. Quality: They get a grade D for quality. If this location did not exemplify professionalism, they would be a failing company. The cars they rent are externally filthy and not very clean inside. It is difficult to inspect the car for scratches or dents when they deliver you a wet dirty car--one cannot differentiate between a scratch and dirt. Note: I do see people cleaning cars out back--perhaps more training is appropriate. Time is valuable and they don't respect the times in the reservations. Recommendation: Try another location. Hyattsville, College Park, and Silver Spring have good reviews. If you must go here, then be prepared to wait for your car and to receive a dirty one (usually wet). The only good from this location is that they talk to you very respectfully and are courteous. While customer treatment helps to cope with their inability to deliver quality service and a quality product, the overall value is at sub-par level. And while this location may be meeting its quotas, a general/area manager needs to step in--its customers are in tolerating mode, but not without frustration. read more

Wish I could give them zero stars :( First, let me start off by saying that I left the Hampton Mall location in tears! I started my experience at the location at 7937 Central Avenue. I walked in and NO ONE greeted me upon arrival. Not saying that Enterprise is the friendliest place to go to but I've always received a greeting at least (my thoughts is that the manager was too busy eating his chicken to care). I gave the person my info including but not limited to my driver's license, full name, and address. I repeated the spelling of my name 4x's as he typed with his index fingers. He then asked me to insert my card into the chip reader and he handed me my i.d. back. He asks the manager for a code, the manager then walks over with greasy hands to type in the code. The associate ask's me (for the 5th time) to spell my full name - I oblige. He then asks me to verify my address. I gave him the address on my I.D. and a couple others he types all 5 in with his index fingers to no avail. I ask him what this was as I had NEVER had this problem and he said: "we just need to verify the address". I asked him why MVA issued id did not suffice and he said: "It just won't". I then asked to speak with the manager walks up with an attitude because I interrupted his lunch. Again, never a greeting. I asked him what was the problem and can we bypass this or if someone could explain what I needed to do and why. He told me to go home to get a utility bill. At this point, the smell of chicken, the bad service, not receiving a greeting initially was enough! I asked them transfer the reservation to the location at Hampton Mall. The associate said "just go" pointing to the right toward the Hampton Mall location. The manager walked away to finish his chicken totally nonchalant. I ask "do I just walk in?" he said "yeah just go down there" and walked away from the screen. On the way to the other location, I get an alert from my bank that my card had been charged. At this point, I was highly disappointed in Enterprise. As I was down $314 and with no car and sent to beg from one from another location. I walk into the HM location and what do you know. No greeting, I told them what happened and the guy with the dingy polo shirt asked: "well why you here?" I ask him was there anything he could do to accommodate my request for a car as I had already paid. I even told him that Geico would fax over a declaration page. He said "Nah you gotta go back there" My mom walks in and asks whats going on? and the whole staff burst into laughter. She asked "whats funny?" and the guy with the black polo sitting on the right (sorry no badges = No names - no one had on a badge, not even management). He said I'm laughing at you because you yelling for nuffin" she said "I yell if I want" and a white man from out of nowhere (probably the most disrespectful of them all) tells us to "Just go" I told him I did not have a car and he said I don't have anything for you and I should leave. I asked him for a refund and he said ok you'll get a refund. I asked him for proof and he stormed away to a computer to type up a refund. Yelling at my mother the entire time. He shoved the receipt at me and told me not to come back. All in all, I left without a car, less $314, and without my dignity. I was embarrassed and let down by the disrespect Enterprise showed toward both me and my mother. I spoke with a customer service agent and she told me there was not much she can do. Unfortunately, I do not expect much after the actions displayed today - there is no excuse! I hope that this never happens again to anyone read more

My experience with Enterprise CAR Rentals located on Central Ave Capital Heights, MD, was REMARKABLE!!! The Gentleman that took care of my daughter & myself was EXCELLENT!!! I reserved a car for today at noon online. I arrived at 12:30 and they did not have any vehicles ready on site. I told the rep to call me when it was ready. Well he never did. I called at 2 pm and I was told it will be ready at 2:30 pm. I arrived at the rental office and the lady rep had a bad attitude working in the office. Therefore I did not rent the vehicle. I do not understand why such ghetto behavior was shinning through her. I have rented many vehicles during my travels and never experienced such bad, ghetto behaviors from a rep before. read more

The waiting area was pretty crowded when I arrived around 4:30pm on a Wednesday in August, but the wait time wasn't unbearable. As it turned out, many of the people waiting were together. The check-out process itself could move a bit faster, however the staff was very professional and pleasant to work with. I even got a follow up call the next day to see if I had any questions about my rental. Drop off was simple and fast. read more

Overall my experience was OK. However, they were an hour picking me up, I booked an 8 passenger van and they only had a 7 passenger when I arrived. I would have been another 45 minutes before they would have been able to pick up my van . Thus I was not a happy camper. read more

This is one of the most friendly staff at a car dealership that I have seen in the area. They were attentive to customers and were very courteous. I normally watch the staff if I am waiting and see how they react to customers. There was a difficult customer there at the time and the staff did not roll their eyes or give any smirks to the other staff about the customer. They maintained their composer and professionalism through out. I was very impressed and made a comment to them about their customer service. Will I rent from here again? Most definitely! read more

Great experience here. Had to rent a car for about 10 days after an accident. The customer service was great, and yes, they picked me up. The only caveat, it was a little slower than I'm used to with car rentals and there were a lot of people waiting although the paperwork was done. I think it's because the lot is so small, they sort of depend on their cleaning staff to work like bandits. I think they do a good job with what was given to them. read more

Rented a car from this location for my NC trip Friday afternoon and returned it Saturday Morning around 11:45am. When I returned home I realized I forgot to get my iPad from under the passenger seat. I called around 12:30pm but they were already closed until Monday. On Monday I gave them a call and asked them to search for my iPad. The manager Latrice told me that the vehicle was not there but they would have the driver (employee) look under the seat. When I called back the staff told me it was not there. I called back 10 minutes later and asked them to check again. They told me they would call the Employee that was driving the car back and ask her to look again. At this time I am mad so I decided to drive to Enterprise myself. When I arrived shockingly the vehicle I rented was there AND a customer was in the driver seat about pull off. I was told the vehicle was gone. The manager let us double check the van. No iPad. When I arrived back home I decided to track my iPad with the app and call corporate. I spoke with 5 different people that whole day repeating myself with the same complaint. Finally around 3:30pm GOOD NEWS. An alert popped up on my phone saying my iPad was located in greenbelt, MD. Now how did it get there. I decided to go back to Enterprise. I asked Latrice (manager) who cleaned the van and her response was "We never cleaned that vehicle." Second lie I was told. Enterprise cleans EVERY car before renting it out. We had to force her to contact her cleaners and when she did she went in ANOTHER ROOM to call and came back saying they didn't answer. Then I was told a 3rd lie which was the man that was about to pull off didn't rent the van. He was taking it somewhere when I clearly asked the employee with dreads and the customer and they both told me he was a customer/renter. I spoke with Travis (district manger)...no help. I called the police...a great help. Even though I told the truth about my Ipad the District manger still told me basically my staff said they don't have it. He also told me Latrice (manager) said the car WAS cleaned. This location is full of liars and they will not take responsibilty for their staff actions. Customers will always be wrong here. No JUSTICE. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!! They will steal and then cover it up so they wont have to reimburse you. First and last time going to this place. read more
