Time was of the essence because I was only in MD Saturday-Sunday. I called Nu-Pro because they had great Yelp feedback and said they were open on Sunday. Not sure where the disconnect was, but I called them twice on Sunday AM and no one answered. I left two messages and never heard back. So, now it was after 10 AM and the time crunch was getting more pressing. I went back to the internet and found DMV Auto Glass, also open on Sundays. I called and Gary, the owner answered, confirmed they had what I needed in stock and they said they could do it the same day. The price was nearly half of what I was quoted online by Safelite and they don't even work Sundays. Didn't have much of a choice and decided to give it a shot. Glad I found them! He said he could make it out between two and three and would give me a ring to let me know when he was on his way. Phone rang around 1 and he was there before 2. Really nice guy and professional. He was upfront that he'd try and save the seal, but can't promise that it would work and that it would be another $20 if it wasn't possible. As it turned out, the seal did need to be replaced, but the job was done well, fast, at my location and at the exact price quoted. He took credit cards remotely via iphone which sends an automatic receipt which was nice as well. Highly recommended.

Whoops, I ran over something on Route 28 south and a few minutes later my tire pressure alarm was…read moregoing off for my drivers side front tire. I had bought gas at Newgate Sunoco in the past so I knew it was the closest service station. I was able to make it there with 50% tire pressure loss and dropping. Amazingly they were able to take care of it with a patch for $30 and I was on my way after just 25 minutes. Wow. While I realize that speedy care is not always guaranteed, I appreciated that I didn't get a run around about needing a couple of new tires when they knew a patch would be fine. Very happy customer!
