They are powerful and get the job done. However for $30 a wash without membership is robbery. I have never written a negative review before, but this place deserves zero stars. I just bought my car less than a month ago, and I noticed there was bird poop on it. I went to this place to try it out. When I left, there was still bird poop on the mirror, and even though my windshield wipers were down one of them broke. I let them know about the situation and they haven't done anything about it. So I now have to go and buy new windshield wipers. I will never be returning. read more

Got back from a road trip where my car was covered in salt and so needed to get it cleaned off. So I saw this place and there were quite a few cars lined up to get in so decide to give it a try. They charge $25 for a one time wash or for the same amount you can have unlimited washes. Based on how they did I guess they have to offer it as I guess it would take 2-3 tries to go through to get your car actually clean. Don't waste your money here find some place else that will actually get your car clean. I have added pictures of what I saw when I got home from driving on clean roads with no snow and ice. Never in my life do I wash my car so regularly... I go twice a week now! Lol For $24.99 a month you get unlimited wash. There are a bunch of parking spots which you get to vacuum your car on your own for free. If you get on the unlimited wash you have to register your car's license plate and there are sensors that will detect your car and will open the gate. The car wash itself is a pretty standard drive in car wash. Keep in mind they use the spinning brushes, and I know some people aren't a fan of them. Don't expect an auto detail like wash. It wont get everything off your car but if you want something that does an okay job and is a quick wash I would go for this place (especially after it snows and there's salt on the road). The unlimited subscription really is only worth it if you go minimum 3 times a month... I've started going twice a week to make sure I get my moneys worth. read more

The equipment ripped the satellite fin off my wife's car. She filed a claim with them. Their customer service responded that all antennas should be removed before entering the car wash and they denied the claim. This is a $1000 repair. Stay far far away from this business. I have been using your company almost 2 years, I didn't have any issue however i have a pickup truck and in Centreville location , they didn't drop the last drying brush, and manager is very rude and not helpful. He even told me that your policy is changed last month, but I'm coming here almost everyday, they always drop the last brushes with no issue. So from today, i don't want your service anymore. If I could rate this place a zero I would. $30 for a wash and not even the outside of the windows got cleaned. Vacuums barely have enough suction to pick up a sand grain. Should have stopped there but needed to get the salt off. Pull up thru the cones and get directed to the pay here screen. While the screen is yelling instructions, the kid is trying to yell over them with other instructions. Watching the car in front of me and see the guy directing you into the tunnel spray the car sporadically with what looks like pesticide. No where coming close to any surface that could be considered bug related. Rolling through the actual car wash, I could tell my car was not getting cleaned. The cloth washers weren't even moving. Just dragging along the car. Got to the drying, air mover, at the end and nothing close to blowing the water off my Jeep. So basically I paid $30 to be yelled at by a teenager, a computer screen and get my Jeep wet. It sure as hell isn't clean. I pulled up to a machine, there were three guys there guiding people into the correct lane, the guy was explaining the prices to me, he took my card and charged me before I was able to confirm that someone was on the other end of the tunnel who was going to clean the inside of my car. I was super disappointed by the low quality of this wash. The value for the price is not there. I had to rewash my car by myself when I got home, so what's the point of paying $30?! The promo membership price was good for what you get and the place is nice and organized.
